1Linguistic Dynamic Modeling and Analysis of Psychological Health State Using Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Sets显示文摘The study of psychological health state is helpful to build appropriate models and take effective intervention strategies, and the results benefit the intervened released from psychological distress within the shortest possible time. In this paper, interval type-2 fuzzy sets and fuzzy comprehension evaluation are applied in the analysis of mental health status and crisis intervention. A closed-loop linguistic dynamic intervention model for psychological health state is built. 7Antifungal effects of BiOBr nanosheets carrying surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide显示文摘BiOBr nanosheets are important photocatalytic nanomaterials. However, their biological effects remain to be explored. In this study, we investigated the antifungal effect of BiOBr nanosheets on Candida albicans. Strikingly,the nanosheets strongly inhibited the growth of C. albicans [IC_(50)=(96±4.7) mg/L],hyphal development and biofilm formation. Compareed to the antifungal effect of the cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, the inhibitory effect of the nanosheets on fungal pathogen was attributed to cetyltrimethylammonium bromide adsorbed by the nanosheets. Thermal gravity analysis and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide release experiment indicated that only 0.42% cetyltrimethylammonium bromide on BiOBr nanosheets was released. 8Trapping Efficacy of Two Types of New Sex Lures for Athetis lepigone (Moschler) in Fields显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to compare trapping efficacy of two types of new sex lures for Athetis lepigone(Moschler)in fields.[Method]The trapping performance of two lures for A.lepigone was tested in Hongdong County of Shanxi Province of China from June 21 to August 20 in 2012.[Result]The average number of moths trapped by lure B was 2.49 times of that trapped by lure A during June 21and August 17,and the difference was significant.The maximum number of A.lepigone moth trapped by lure B at one basin within a single day reached 280,while that trapped by lure A was only 85.The validity of two lures in fields reached 58 d,basically consistent with seasonal dynamics of A.lepigone moth trapped by lures.[Conclusion]Lure B is of higher quality and could be recommended to apply in dynamic monitoring and trapping control against A.lepigone adults.Li Xia Sheng Ru Wang Zhenying Yu Yi Pan Wenliang Li Mei Gao Zhanlin Sheng Chengfa 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,6:0
9Gelatin filter capture-based high-throughput sequencing analysis of microbial diversity in haze particulate matter显示文摘Airborne particulate matter(PM),especially PM2.5,can be easily adsorbed by human respiratory system.Their roles in carrying pathogens for spreading epidemic diseases has attracted great concern.Herein,we developed a novel gelatin filter-based and culture-independent method for investigation of the microbial diversity in PM samples during a haze episode in Tianjin,China.This method involves particle capture by gelatin filters,filter dissolution for DNA extraction,and high-throughput sequencing for analysis of the microbial diversity.A total of 584 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)of bacteria and 370 OTUs of fungi at the genus level were identified during hazy days.The results showed that both bacterial and fungal diversities could be evaluated by this method.This study provides a convenient strategy for investigation of microbial biodiversity in haze,facilitating accurate evaluation of airborne epidemic diseases.Meiqing Sun Zhanlin Ding Hong Wang Guangping Yu Zhe Feng Bingzhi Li Penghui Li 2019The Journal of Biomedical Research2019,33,6:0
10Asperterzine,a symmetric aromatized derivative of epipolythiodioxopiperazine,from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus terreus PR-P-2显示文摘A new epipolythiodioxopiperazine(ETP), asperterzine(1), along with two known analogs, bisdethiobis(methylthio)-acetylaranotin(2) and bisdethiobis(methylthio)-acetylapoaranotin(3), was isolated from the plant endophytic fungus Aspergillus terreus PR-P-2. The structure elucidation of 1 was accomplished by a combination of spectral methods and electronic circular dichroism(ECD) spectrum. Asperterzine(1)was a symmetric aromatized ETP found as a natural product for the first time. Compounds 2 and 3 showed strong cytotoxicity against HL-60 cell line. 11INVESTIGATION ON FAULT DETECTION & DIAGNOSIS FOR POSITION SERVO SYSTEM OF AIRCRAFT ACTUATOR显示文摘A new approach to fault dignosis dealing with nonlinear system Hopfieldneural networks (HNN) is presented. The model parameters of the nonlinear systemtreated as functions of measured operating points and faults are estimated by HNN. Boththe nominal model of the healthy system and HNN training models corresponding to everyoperating point are recognized. In addition, the anticipated fault models corresponding toevery kind of fault and every operating point are obtaind in advance. The real systemmodel parameters of the system estimated by generalization process of HNN are matchedwith the nominal models of the healthy system and anticipated fault models. Consequent-ly, the final result of fault detection and diagnosis is acquired. 12Catalyst particle shapes and pore structure engineering for hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation reactions显示文摘Catalyst particle shapes and pore structure engineering are crucial for alleviating internal diffusion limitations in the hydrodesulfiirization(HDS)/hydrodeni-trogenation(HDN)of gas oil.The effects of catalyst particle shapes(sphere,cylinder,trilobe,and tetralobe)and pore structures(pore diameter and porosity)on HDS/HDN performance at the particle scale are investigated via mathematical modeling.The relationship between particle shape and effectiveness factor is first established,and the specific surface areas of different catalyst particles show a positive correlation with the average HDS/HDN reaction rates.The catalyst particle shapes primarily alter the average HDS/HDN reaction rate to adjust the HDS/HDN effectiveness factor.An optimal average HDS/HDN reaction rate exists as the catalyst pore diameter and porosity increase,and this optimum value indicates a tradeoff between diffusion and reaction.In contrast to catalyst particle shapes,the catalyst pore diameter and the porosity of catalyst particles primarily alter the surface HDS/HDN reaction rate to adjust the HDS/HDN effectiveness factor.This study provides insights into the engineering of catalyst particle shapes and pore structures for improving HDS/HDN catalyst particle efficiency.Yao Shi Zhao Li Changfeng Yang Zhanlin Yang Zhenhui Lv Chong Peng Bao-Lian Su Weikang Yuan Xinggui Zhou Xuezhi Duan 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,6:0
