| 2 | Superplastic behaviour and microstructure evolution of a fine-grained TA15 titanium alloy显示文摘The fine-grained microstructure of TA15 titanium alloy was prepared through two-step forging technology combined with high and low temperatures, and a transnormal superplastic elongation of more than 2000% was obtained. The superplastic behaviour and microstructure evolution were systematically researched at different temperatures and strain rates through superplastic tensile test. The results indicate that the fine-grained TA15 alloy exhibits superplasticity at temperatures of 760-980°C and initial strain rates from 1.1 × 10-2 to 5.5 × 10-5 s-1. The optimal superplastic conditions are 940°C and 3.3 × 10-4 s-1, in which the average elongation is 2526% and the maximum elongation is 2743%. | 3 | Catalytic oxidative desulfurization of fuels in acidic deep eutectic solvents with [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40) as a catalyst显示文摘Deep eutectic solvents(DESs) are a new class of green solvents analogous to ionic liquids due to their biodegradable capacity and low cost. However, the direct extractive desulfurization of diesel oil by DESs cannot meet the government's standard. In this work, amphiphilic polyoxometalates were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and mass spectrometry.The oxidative desulfurization results showed that benzothiophene(BT) could be completely removed by employing a [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40), DES(ChCl/2 Ac) and H_2O_2 system. It was also found that the organic cation of catalysts played a positive role in oxidative desulfurization. The reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature and time, the amount of catalyst and DES and H_2O_2/S(O/S) molar ratio, were optimized. Different sulfides were tested to determine the desulfurization selectivity of the optimal reaction system, and it was found that 97.2% of dibenzothiophene(DBT) could be removed followed by 80.7% of 4-MDBT and 76.0% of 4,6-DMDBT. After reaction, the IR spectra showed that the catalyst [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40) was stable during the reaction process and the oxidative product was dibenzothiophene sulfone(DBTO_2). | 5 | Carbon dioxide catalytic conversion to nano carbon material on the iron–nickel catalysts using CVD-IP method显示文摘The over-consumption of fossil fuels resulted in the large quantity emission of carbon dioxide(CO2), which was the main reason for the climate change and more extreme weathers. Hence, it is extremely pressing to explore efficient and sustainable approaches for the carbon-neutral pathway of CO2 utilization and recycling. In our recent works with this context, we developed successfully a novel 'chemical vapor deposition integrated process(CVD-IP)' technology to converting robustly CO2 into the value-added solid-form carbon materials.The monometallic Fe Ni0–Al2O3(FNi0) and bimetallic Fe Nix–Al2O3(FNi2, FNi4, FNi8 and FNi20) samples were synthesized and effective for this new approach. The catalyst labeled FNi8 gave the better performance, exhibited the single pass solid carbon yield of 30%. | 6 | Molybdenum carbide clusters for thermal conversion of CO2 to CO via reverse water-gas shift reaction显示文摘Molybdenum carbides are highly active for CO2 conversion to CO via the reverse water-gas shift(RWGS)reaction, however the large grain size up to micrometers renders its relatively lower active sites utilization efficiency while generating CH4 as a by-product. In this work, a homogeneously dispersed molybdenum carbide hybrid catalyst with sub-nanosized cluster(the average size as small as 0.5 nm) is prepared via a facile carbothermal treatment for highly selective CO2-CO reduction. The partially disordered Mo2C clusters are characterized by synchrotron high-resolution XRD and atomic resolution HAADF-STEM analysis, for which the source cause of the disorder is pinpointed by XAFS analysis to be the nitrogen intercalants from the carbonaceous precursor. The partially disordered Mo2C clusters show a RWGS rate as high as 184.4 μmol gMo2C-1s-1 at 400 ℃ with a superior selectivity toward CO(> 99.5%). | 7 | CO_2 selective hydrogenation to synthetic natural gas(SNG) over four nano-sized Ni/ZrO_2 samples:ZrO_2 crystalline phase & treatment impact显示文摘Two type zirconia(monoclinic and tetragonal phase ZrO_2) carriers were synthesized via hydrothermal route,and nano-sized zirconia supported nickel catalysts were prepared by incipient impregnation then followed thermal treatment at 300℃ to 500℃,for the CO_2 selective hydrogenation to synthetic natural gas(SNG).The catalysts were characterized by XRD,CO_2-TPD-MS,XPS,TPSR(CH_4,CO_2) techniques.For comparison,the catalyst NZ-W-400(monoclinic) synthesized in water solvent exhibited a better catalytic activity than the catalyst NZ-M-400(tetragonal) prepared in methanol solvent.The catalyst NZ-W-400 displayed more H_2 absorbed sites,more basic sites and a lower temperature of initial CO_2 activation.Then,the thermal treatment of monoclinic ZrO_2 supported nickel precursor was manufactured at three temperature of 350,400,500℃.The TPSR experiments displayed that there were the lower temperature for CO_2 activation and initial conversion(185℃) as well as the lower peak temperature of CH_4 generation(318℃),for the catalyst calcined at 500℃.This sample contained the more basic sites and the higher catalytic activity,evidenced byCO_2-TPD-MS and performance measurement.As for the NZ-W-350 sample,which exhibited the less basic sites and the lower catalytic activity,its initial temperature for CO_2 activation and conversion was higher(214℃) as well as the higher peak temperature of CH_4 formation(382℃). | Min Chen Zhanglong Guo Jian Zheng Fangli Jing Wei Chu | 2016 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2016,25,6: | 3 |
| 8 | Scheduling Algorithm for Complex Product Development显示文摘This paper describes the Complex product development project scheduling problem (CPDPSP) with a great number of activities, complicated resource, precedence and calendar constraints. By the conversion of precedence constraint relations, the CPDPSP is simplified. Then, according to the predictive control principle, we propose a new scheduling algorithm Based on prediction (BoP-procedure). In order to get the problem characteristics coming from resource status and precedence constraints of the scheduling problem at the scheduling time, a sub-project is constructed on the basis of a sub-AoN (Activity on node) graph of the project. Then, we use the modified GDH-procedure to solve the sub-project scheduling problem and to obtain the maximum feasible active subset for determining the activity group which satisfies resource, precedence and calendar constraints and has the highest scheduling priority at the scheduling time. Additionaily, we make a great number of numerical computations and compare the performance of BoP-procedure algorithm with those of other scheduling algorithms. Computation results show that the BoP-procedure algorithm is more suitable for the CPDPSP. | 9 | Decoupling coefficients of dilatational wave for Biot's dynamic equation and its Green's functions in frequency domain显示文摘Green's functions for Biot's dynamic equation in the frequency domain can be a highly useful tool for the investigation of dynamic responses of a saturated porous medium. Its applications are found in soil dynamics, seismology, earthquake engineering,rock mechanics, geophysics, and acoustics. However, the mathematical work for deriving it can be daunting. Green's functions have been presented utilizing an analogy between the dynamic thermoelasticity and the dynamic poroelasticity in the frequency domain using the u-p formulation. In this work, a special term 'decoupling coefficient' for the decomposition of the fast and slow dilatational waves is proposed and expressed to present a new methodology for deriving the poroelastodynamic Green's functions. The correctness of the solution is demonstrated by numerically comparing the current solution with Cheng's previous solution. The separation of the two waves in the present methodology allows the more accurate evaluation of Green's functions, particularly the solution of the slow dilatational wave. | 12 | Preparation and characteristic of NASICON ceramics显示文摘Hot-pressed sintering was employed to prepare the sodium super ionic conductor (Na1+xZr2SixP3-xO12, 1.8≤x≤2.2) ceramics and compare with the sample obtained from normal-press sintering. The phase formation, density, and conductivity of the hot-press sintered and the normal-press sintered samples were investigated in detail. Results show that the density of NASICON ceramics and the degree of crystallization can be improved by hot-press process efficiently. The density of the sample sintered by normal sintering is obviously lower than that sintered by hot press. XRD analysis indicates all the hot press sintered samples contain mainly monoclinic NASICON and no ZrO2 phase was found. The ionic conductivity of normal-press sintered sample is much lower than that of hot-press sintered sample. When the composition is close to Na3Zr2Si2PO12, the dc conductivities of the hot press sintered samples were in the order of 10-3 S·cm-1.
