1Short-term local prediction of wind speed and wind power based on singular spectrum analysis and locality-sensitive hashing显示文摘With the growing penetration of wind power in power systems, more accurate prediction of wind speed and wind power is required for real-time scheduling and operation. In this paper, a novel forecast model for shortterm prediction of wind speed and wind power is proposed,which is based on singular spectrum analysis(SSA) and locality-sensitive hashing(LSH). To deal with the impact of high volatility of the original time series, SSA is applied to decompose it into two components: the mean trend,which represents the mean tendency of the original time series, and the fluctuation component, which reveals the stochastic characteristics. Both components are reconstructed in a phase space to obtain mean trend segments and fluctuation component segments. After that, LSH is utilized to select similar segments of the mean trend segments, which are then employed in local forecasting, so that the accuracy and efficiency of prediction can be enhanced. Finally, support vector regression is adopted forprediction, where the training input is the synthesis of the similar mean trend segments and the corresponding fluctuation component segments. 2Crust and Upper Mantle Electrical Resistivity Structure in the Panxi Region of the Eastern Tibetan Plateau and Its Significance显示文摘The Panxi region is located in the frontal zone of positive squeezing subduction and side squeezing shearing between the Indian plate and the Eurasian plate. The long-period magnetotelluric(LMT) and broadband magnetotelluric(MT) techniques are both used to study the deep electrical conductivity structure in this region; magnetic and gravity surveys are also performed along the profile. According to the 2-D resistivity model along the Yanyuan-Yongshan profile,a highconductivity layer(HCL) exists widely in the crust,and a high-resistivity block(HRB) exists widely in the upper mantle in general,as seen by the fact that a large HCL exists from the western Jinpingshan tectonic zone to the eastern Mabian tectonic zone in the crust,while the HRB found in the Panxi tectonic zone is of abnormally high resistivity in that background compared to both sides of Panxi tectonic zone. In addition,the gravity and magnetic field anomalies are of high value. Combined with geological data,the results indicate that there probably exists basic or ultrabasic rock with a large thickness in the lithosphere in the Panxi axial region,which indicates that fracture activity once occurred in the lithosphere. As a result,we can infer that the high-resistivity zone in the Panxi lithosphere is the eruption channel for Permian Emeishan basalt and the accumulation channel for basic and ultrabasic rock. The seismic sources along the profile are counted according to seismic record data. The results indicate that the most violent earthquake sources are located at the binding site of the HRB and the HCL,where the tectonic activity zone is generally acknowledged to be; however,the earthquakes occurring in the HCL are not so violent,which reflects the fact that the HCL is a plastic layer,and the fracture threshold of a plastic layer is low generally,making high stress difficult to accumulate but easy to release in the layer. 3Curcumenol triggered ferroptosis in lung cancer cells via lncRNA H19/miR-19b-3p/FTH1 axis显示文摘Curcumenol,an effective ingredient of Wenyujin,has been reported that exerted its antitumor potential in a few cancer types.However,the effect and molecular mechanism of curcumenol in lung cancer are largely unknown.Here,we found that curcumenol induced cell death and suppressed cell proliferation in lung cancer cells.Next,we demonstrated that ferroptosis was the predominant method that contributed to curcumenol-induced cell death of lung cancer in vitro and vivo for the first time.Subsequently,using RNA sequencing,we found that the long non-coding RNA H19(lncRNA H19)was significantly downregulated in lung cancer cells treated with curcumenol,when compared to untreated controls.Overexpression of lncRNA H19 eliminated the anticancer effect of curcumenol,while lncRNA H19 knockdown promoted ferroptosis induced by curcumenol treatment.Mechanistically,we showed that lncRNA H19 functioned as a competing endogenous RNA to bind to miR-19b-3p,thereby enhanced the transcription activity of its endogenous target,ferritin heavy chain 1(FTH1),a marker of ferroptosis.In conclusion,our data show that the natural product curcumenol exerted its antitumor effects on lung cancer by triggering ferroptosis,and the lncRNA H19/miR-19b-3p/FTH1 axis plays an essential role in curcumenol-induced ferroptotic cell death.Therefore,our findings will hopefully provide a valuable drug for treating lung cancer patients.Ruonan Zhang Ting Pan Yu Xiang Mingming Zhang Han Xie Zimao Liang Bi Chen Cong Xu Jing Wang Xingxing Huang Qianru Zhu Ziming Zhao Quan Gao Chengyong Wen Wencheng Liu Weirui Ma Jiao Feng Xueni Sun Ting Duan Elaine Lai-Han Leung Tian Xie Qibiao Wu Xinbing Sui 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:8
4Characterization of Five Kinds of Wood Vinegar Obtained from Agricultural and Forestry Wastes and Identification of Major Antioxidants in Wood Vinegar显示文摘Wood vinegar(WV)has a powerful antioxidant activity,but it is unclear which components are responsible for the antioxidant activity.In the present study,the double-column retention index qualitative method was used for the identification of the major components in five kinds of W7 And the major antioxidants of wood vinegar were accurately identified with the aid of Pearson product-moment correlation coefficients and authentic standard samples. 7Perspectives and challenges for lead-free energy-storage multilayer ceramic capacitors显示文摘The growing demand for high-power-density electric and electronic systems has encouraged the development of energy-storage capacitors with attributes such as high energy density,high capacitance density,high voltage and frequency,low weight,high-temperature operability,and environmental friendliness.Compared with their electrolytic and film counterparts,energy-storage multilayer ceramic capacitors(MLCCs)stand out for their extremely low equivalent series resistance and equivalent series inductance,high current handling capability,and high-temperature stability.These characteristics are important for applications including fast-switching third-generation wide-bandgap semiconductors in electric vehicles,5G base stations,clean energy generation,and smart grids.There have been numerous reports on state-of-the-art MLCC energy-storage solutions.However,lead-free capacitors generally have a low-energy density,and high-energy density capacitors frequently contain lead,which is a key issue that hinders their broad application.In this review,we present perspectives and challenges for lead-free energy-storage MLCCs.Initially,the energy-storage mechanism and device characterization are introduced;then,dielectric ceramics for energy-storage applications with aspects of composition and structural optimization are summarized.Progress on state-of-the-art energy-storage MLCCs is discussed after elaboration of the fabrication process and structural design of the electrode.Emerging applications of energy-storage MLCCs are then discussed in terms of advanced pulsed power sources and high-density power converters from a theoretical and technological point of view.Finally,the challenges and future prospects for industrialization of lab-scale lead-free energy-storage MLCCs are discussed.Peiyao ZHAO Ziming CAI Longwen WU Chaoqiong ZHU Longtu LI Xiaohui WANG 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,6:3
8Selective hydrocracking of light cycle oil into high-octane gasoline over bi-functional catalysts显示文摘Light cycle oil(LCO) with high content of poly-aromatics was difficult to upgrade and convert,which had hindered upgrading fuel quality to meet with the standard of automotive diesel for the purpose of sustainable development.The hydrocracking behaviors of typical aromatics in LCO of naphthalene and tetralin were investigated over NiMo and CoMo catalysts.Several characterization methods including N2-adsoprtion and desorption,ammonia temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),Pyridine infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR),CO infrared spectroscopy(CO-IR),Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were applied to determine the properties of different catalysts.The results showed that CoMo catalyst with high concentration of S-edges could hydrosaturate more naphthalene to tetralin but exhibit lower yield of high-value light aromatics(carbon numbers less than 10) than NiMo catalyst.NiMo catalyst with high concentration of Mo-edges also presented a higher selectivity of converting naphthalene into cyclanes than CoMo catalyst.Subsequently,the naphthalene and LCO hydrocracking performances were also investigated over different catalysts systems.The activity evaluation and kinetic analysis results showed that the naphthalene hydrocracking conversion and the yield of light aromatics for CoMo-AY/NiMo-AY grading catalysts were higher than NiMo-AY/CoMo-AY grading catalysts at same condition.A stepwise reaction principle was proposed to explain the high efficiency of CoMo-AY/NiMoAY grading catalysts.Finally,the LCO hydrocracking evaluation results confirmed that CoMo-AY/NiMoAY catalysts grading system with low carbon deposition and high stability could remain high percentage of active phases,which was more efficient to convert LCO to high-octane gasoline.Zhengkai Cao Xia Zhang Chunming Xu Xinlu Huang Ziming Wu Chong Peng Aijun Duan 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3

10Saccades of video head impulse test in Meniere's disease and Vestibular Migraine: What can we learn from?显示文摘Background:Saccades are often observed on video head impulse tests(vHIT)in patients with Meniere's Disease(MD)and Vestibular Migraine(VM).However,their saccadic features are not fully described.Objective:This study aims to identify the saccades characteristics of MD and VM.Methods:75 VM patients and 103 definite unilateral MD patients were enrolled in this study.First raw saccades were exported and analyzed.The VM patients were divided into left and right based on their ears,while the MD patients were separated into affected and unaffected subgroups based on their audiograms and symptoms.Results:The MD patients have more saccades on the affected side(85%vs.69%),and saccade velocity is more consistent than the contralateral side(shown by the coefficient of variation).The saccades occurrence rates on both sides are similar in VM(77%vs.76%),as are other saccadic parameters.The MD patients have more significant inter-aural differences than the VM patients,manifested in higher velocity(p-value 0.000),earlier arriving(p-value 0.010),and more time-domain gathered(p-value 0.003)on the affected side.Conclusions:Bilateral saccades are commonly observed in MD and VM.In contrast to MD,saccades on VM are subtle,scattered,and late-arrived.Furthermore,the MD patients showed inconsistent saccadic distribution with more velocity-uniform saccades on the affected side.Yi Du Xingjian Liu Lili Ren Yu Wang Fei Ji Weiwei Guo Ziming Wu 2023Journal of Otology2023,18,2:1

12Scoping review update on somatic symptom disorder that includes additional Chinese data显示文摘Somatic symptom disorder(SSD)is a new diagnosis introduced into the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition(DSM-5),which is expected to solve the diagnostic difficulties of patients with medically unexplained symptoms.Based on the previous work,this review aims to comprehensively synthesise updated evidence related to SSD from recent years in English publications and,more extensively,from data published in Chinese language journals.The scoping review update was based on an earlier scoping review and included Chinese language publication data from China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),WANFANG and WEIPU between January 2013 and May 2022 and data from PubMed,PsyclNFO,and Cochrane Library between June 2020 and May 2022.Initially,2984 articles were identified,of which 63 full texts were included for analysis.In China,SSD is mainly applied in scientific research,but it also shows good predictive validity and clinical application potential.The mean frequency of SSD was 4.5%in the general population,25.2%in the primary care population and 33.5%in diverse specialised care settings.Biological factors,such as brain region changes and heart rate variability,are associated with the onset of sSD.Psychological impairment related to somatic symptoms is the best predictor of prognosis.While adolescent SSD is significantly associated with family function,SSD overall is associated with an increased dysfunction of cognition and emotion,decreased quality of life,and high comorbidity with anxiety and depressive disorders.Further research is needed on suicide risk and cultural and gender-related issues.Updating the data of Chinese language studies,our research enriches the evidence-based findings related to the topics addressed in the text sections of the SSD chapter of DSM-5.However,research gaps remain about SSD reliability,population-based prevalence,suicide risk,and cultural and gender-related issues.Heng Wu Ayinuer Manglike Yixiao Chen Ziming Liu Kurt Fritzsche Zheng Lu 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,3:1
13Channel-wise attention model-based fire and rating level detection in video显示文摘Due to natural disaster and global warning, one can expect unexpected fire, which causes panic among people and extent to death. To reduce the impact of fire, the authors propose a new method for predicting and rating fire in video through deep-learning models in this work such that rescue team can save lives of people. The proposed method explores a hybrid deep convolutional neural network, which involves motion detection and maximally stable extremal region for detecting and rating fire in video. Further, the authors propose to use a channel-wise attention mechanism of the deep neural network for detecting rating of fire level. 16CuO nanoflowers/copper fiber felt integrated porous electrode for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The structure of current collectors has significant effects on the performance of a lithium-ion battery(LIB).In this study,we use copper fiber felts made by multi-tooth cutting and high-temperature solid-phase sintering as the current collector for LIBs.An integrated porous electrode based on CuO nanoflowers/copper fiber felt is developed for the anode.Results suggest that the reversible capacity and cycle stability of this new anode are significantly improved,compared with the pristine bare-surface copper plate under the same condition of rate cycles.The new anode structure based on the copper-fiber felt with a porosity of 60%exhibits a higher performance with an initial specific capacity of 609.5 mAh g^(-1)and retains 486.1 mAh g^(-1)after 200 cycles at a current density of 0.5 C.The improved electrochemical performance of this electrode is attributed to its large surface area of CuO nanoflowers and porous structure of the copper fiber felt,due to enhanced contact between the active material of CuO nanoflowers and electrolyte.This pore-rich structure makes the electrolyte easy to permeate into the electrode,shortens the diffusion path of Li^(+),reduces the internal resistance and alleviates the volume expansion of the active material during the insertion and desertion processes of Li^(+).YUAN Wei YE YinTong YANG Yang ZHANG XiaoQing PAN BaoYou PENG ZiMing WU MuLun QIU ZhiQiang WANG Chun YUAN YuHang YAN ZhiGuo TANG Yong 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11:1
17Molecular cloning,characterization and expression analysis of three key starch synthesis-related genes from the bulb of a rare lily germplasm,Lilium brownii var.giganteum显示文摘Starch is the predominant compound in bulb scales,and previous studies have shown that bulblet development is closely associated with starch enrichment.However,how starch synthesis affects bulbification at the molecular level is unclear.In this study,we demonstrate that Lilium brownii var.giganteum,a wild lily with a giant bulb in nature,and L.brownii,the native species,have different starch levels and characteristics according to cytological and ultra-structural observations.We cloned the complete sequence of three key gene-encoding enzymes(LbgAGPS,LbgGBSS,and LbgSSⅢ)during starch synthesis by rapid amplification of 5’and 3’complementary DNA(cDNA)ends(RACE)technology.Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the proteins deduced by these genes contain the canonical conserved domains.Constructed phylogenetic trees confirmed the evolutionary relationships with proteins from other species,including monocotyledons and dicotyledons.The transcript levels of various tissues and time course samples obtained during bulblet development uncovered relatively high expression levels in bulblets and gradual increase expression accompanying bulblet growth.Moreover,a set of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)was discovered in the AGPS genes of four lily genotypes,and a purifying selection fashion was predicted according to the non-synonymous/synonymous(Ka/Ks)values.Taken together,our results suggested that key starch-synthesizing genes might play important roles in bulblet development and lead to distinctive phenotypes in bulblet size.Yun WU Minyi SUN Shiqi LI Ruihan MIN Cong GAO Qundan LYU Ziming REN Yiping XIA 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,6:1

20NDFIP1 limits cellular TAZ accumulation via exosomal sorting to inhibit NSCLC proliferation显示文摘NDFIP1 has been previously reported as a tumor suppressor in multiple solid tumors,but the function of NDFIP1 in NSCLC and the underlying mechanism are still unknown.Besides,the WW domain containing proteins can be recognized by NDFIP1,resulted in the loading of the target proteins into exosomes.However,whether WW domain-containing transcription regulator 1(WWTR1,also known as TAZ)can be packaged into exosomes by NDFIP1 and if so,whether the release of this oncogenic protein via exosomes has an effect on tumor development has not been investigated to any extent.Here,we first found that NDFIP1 was low expressed in NSCLC samples and cell lines,which is associated with shorter OS.Then,we confirmed the interaction between TAZ and NDFIP1,and the existence of TAZ in exosomes,which requires NDFIP1.Critically,knockout of NDFIP1 led to TAZ accumulation with no change in its mRNA level and degradation rate.And the cellular TAZ level could be altered by exosome secretion.Furthermore,NDFIP1 inhibited proliferation in vitro and in vivo,and silencing TAZ eliminated the increase of proliferation caused by NDFIP1 knockout.Moreover,TAZ was negatively correlated with NDFIP1 in subcutaneous xenograft model and clinical samples,and the serum exosomal TAZ level was lower in NSCLC patients.In summary,our data uncover a new tumor suppressor,NDFIP1 in NSCLC,and a new exosome-related regulatory mechanism of TAZ.Yirui Cheng Xin Lu Fan Li Zhuo Chen Yanshuang Zhang Qing Han Qingyu Zeng Tingyu Wu Ziming Li Shun Lu Cecilia Williams Weiliang Xia 2023Protein & Cell2023,14,2:0
