| 4 | Regulatory effects of inhibiting the activation of glial cells on retinal synaptic plasticity显示文摘Various retinal injuries induced by ocular hypertension have been shown to induce plastic changes in retinal synapses,but the potential regulatory mechanism of synaptic plasticity after retinal injury was still unclear.A rat model of acute ocular hypertension was established by injecting saline intravitreally for an hour,and elevating the intraocular pressure to 14.63 kPa(110 mmHg).Western blot assay and immunofluorescence results showed that synaptophysin expression had a distinct spatiotemporal change that increased in the inner plexiform layer within 1 day and spread across the outer plexiform layer after 3 days.Glial fibrillary acidic protein expression in retinae was greatly increased after 3 days,and reached a peak at 7 days,which was also consistent with the peak time of synaptophysin expression in the outer plexiform layer following the increased intraocular pressure.Fluorocitrate,a glial metabolic inhibitor,was intravitreally injected to inhibit glial cell activation following high intraocular pressure.This significantly inhibited the enhanced glial fibrillary acidic protein expression induced by high intraocular pressure injury.Synaptophysin expression also decreased in the inner plexiform layer within a day and the widened distribution in the outer plexiform layer had disappeared by 3 days.The results suggested that retinal glial cell activation might play an important role in the process of retinal synaptic plasticity induced by acute high intraocular pressure through affecting the expression and distribution of synaptic functional proteins,such as synaptophysin. | Lihong Zhou Hui Wang Jia Luo Kun Xiong Leping Zeng Dan Chen Jufang Huang | 2014 | Neural Regeneration Research2014,9,4: | 2 |

| 12 | Ti2AlC triggered in-situ ultrafine TiC/Inconel 718 composites:Microstructure and enhanced properties显示文摘In situ ultrafine TiC dispersion reinforced Inconel 718 alloy with enhanced mechanical properties was fabricated by the technique of reactive hot-press sintering Ti2AlC and In718 powders.The effect of Ti2AlC precursor additions(5 vol.%,10 vol.%,15 vol.%)on microstructure and mechanical properties of TiC/In718 composites were investigated.A relationship of microstructural characteristics,room and elevated temperature mechanical performance,and underlying strengthening mechanisms were analyzed.The results show that initial Ti2AlC precursor transformed completely into ultrafine TiC particulate(~230 nm)and distributed uniformly in the matrix after sintering 5 and 10 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718.However,TiC particulates tended to aggregate to stripes with the addition of Ti2AlC up to 15 vol.%,which,in adverse,weaken the properties of In718.The 5 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718 sample showed a higher tensile strength of 1404±13 MPa with a noticeable elongation of 9.8%at room temperature compared to the pure In718(ultimate tensile strength(UTS)=1310 MPa,elongation=21.5%).At 600℃,700℃,800℃and 900℃,tensile strength of the as-sintered 5 vol.%Ti2AlC/In718 composite was determined to be 1333±13 MPa,1010±10 MPa,685±25 MPa and 276±3 MPa,increased by 9.2%,14.6%,14.2%and 55%,respectively,compared with that of monolithic In718 alloy.The excellent tensile properties of TiC/In718 composite can be ascribed to the combined mechanisms in term of increased dislocation density,dispersive Orowan and load transfer mechanisms. | Wenqiang Hu Zhenying Huang Qun Yu Yuanbo Wang Yidan Jiao Cong Lei Leping Cai Hongxiang Zhai Yang Zhou | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,16: | 1 |

| 14 | Microstructure and Hot Deformation Behavior of Mg-9Al-3Si-0.375Sr-0.78Y Alloy显示文摘Using Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator,the high temperature plastic deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of Mg-9Al-3Si-0.375Sr-0.78Y alloy are investigated at the temperature of 523 K?673 K and the strain rate of 10^(-3)s^(-1) 10 s^(-1).True strain-true stress curves show the characteristics of the typical dynamically recrystallization process.The Arrhenius constitutive equation of the hyperbolic model is established.The average activation energy and the strain rate sensitivity index are,respectively,221.578 kJ·mol^(-1) and 0.137.The result shows that theα-Mg phase exhibits dynamic recrystallization (DRX)characteristics obviously.But no DRX occurs in the β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase.Hot deformation does not affect the primary Mg_(2)Si phase.Under the conditions of low temperature (523 K?673 K) and high strain rate(1 s^(-1) 10 s^(-1)),the flow instability and macro-defects such as crack appear in the specimens.However,there are finer recrystallization grains.Under the conditions of high temperature(≥673 K)or low strain rate,the microstructure of the alloy shows good homogeneity.The size of the primary Mg_(2)Si phase is uniform,the size of the β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase is small,and the distribution of the β-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase is uniform. | CHEN Leping ZHANG Lianteng XU Yong ZHOU Quan | 2022 | 上海航天(中英文)2022,39,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Oxidized Dopamine Acrylamide Primer to Achieve Durable Resin-Dentin Bonding显示文摘The durability of the resin-dentin bonding interface is a key issue in clinical esthetic dentistry.Inspired by the extraordinary bioadhesive properties of marine mussels in a wet environment,we designed and synthetized N-2-(3,4-dihydroxylphenyl)acrylamide(DAA)according to the functional domain of mussel adhesive proteins.DAA’s properties of collagen cross-linking,collagenase inhibition,inducing collagen mineralization in vitro,and as a novel prime monomer for clinical dentin adhesion use,its optimal parameters,and effect on the adhesive longevity and the bonding interface’s integrity and mineralization,were evaluated in vitro and in vivo.The results showed that oxide DAA can inhibit the activity of collagenase and cross collagen fibers to improve the anti-enzymatic hydrolysis of collagen fibers and induce intrafibrillar and interfibrillar collagen mineralization.As a primer used in the etch-rinse tooth adhesive system,oxide DAA can improve the durability and integrity of the bonding interface by anti-degradation and mineralization of the exposed collagen matrix.Oxidized DAA(OX-DAA)is a promising primer for improving dentin durability;using 5%OX-DAA ethanol solution and treating the etched dentin surface for 30 s is the optimal choice when used as a primer in the etch-rinse tooth adhesive system. | Leping Wu Hui Shao Yang Tao Jingya Wu Xinhui Wang Qiufeng Nian Shunli Zheng Chris Ying Cao Yuancong Zhao Zheng Zhou Hai Ming Wong Quan-Li Li | 2023 | Research2023,,4: | 0 |
| 17 | A Molecular Analysis of Critical Factors for Interface and Size Effects on Heat Conduction in Nanoconfined Water Film显示文摘Heat conduction of nanoconfined liquid may differ from its bulk because of the effects of size,geometry,interface,temperature,etc.In this study,the roles of some critical factors for the heat conduction of nanoconfined water film are systematically analyzed by using the molecular dynamics method.With decreasing thickness,the normal thermal conductivity of nanoconfined water film between two copper plates decreases exponentially,while the thermal resistance,peak of the radial distribution function,and atomistic heat path increase exponentially.The average bond order,radial distribution function,mean squared displacement,and vibrational density of states are calculated to analyze the effects of structure,distribution,molecular diffusion,and vibration of water molecules on heat conduction especially in a region having no oxygen atoms(which is observed by the near-wall density profile).The results show that phonon scattering is dominant for determining the reduced thermal conductivity in this near-wall region.The thermal conductivity ratio of confined water film to bulk water has a roughly linear relationship with the logarithm of the proportion of the near-wall region.Moreover,the high interfacial thermal resistance is positively correlated to the film thickness,but it has a negligible impact on heat conduction.This work provides insights into the contribution of water molecules near the solid/liquid interface to the heat conduction of nanoconfined liquid for process intensification. | JIN Lu ZHOU Leping DU Xiaoze | 2022 | Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,4: | 0 |
| 18 | Comparison analysis of sampling methods to estimate regional precipitation based on the Kriging interpolation methods: A case of northwestern China显示文摘The accuracy of spatial interpolation of precipitation data is determined by the actual spatial variability of the precipitation, the interpolation method, and the distribution of observatories whose selections are particularly important. In this paper, three spatial sampling programs, including spatial random sampling, spatial stratified sampling, and spatial sandwich sampling, are used to analyze the data from meteorological stations of northwestern China. We compared the accuracy of ordinary Kriging interpolation methods on the basis of the sampling results. The error values of the regional annual precipitation interpolation based on spatial sandwich sampling, including ME(0.1513), RMSE(95.91), ASE(101.84), MSE(-0.0036), and RMSSE(1.0397), were optimal under the premise of abundant prior knowledge. The result of spatial stratified sampling was poor, and spatial random sampling was even worse. Spatial sandwich sampling was the best sampling method, which minimized the error of regional precipitation estimation.
