1Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb ages of the “Xinghuadukou Group” in Hanjiayuanzi and Xinlin areas and the “Zhalantun Group” in Inner Mongolia,Da Hinggan Mountains显示文摘A report is presented of SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating data of meta-igneous and meta-sedimentary rocks of the Xinghuadukou Group(Xinlin-Hanjiayuanzi area,Heilongjiang Province)and meta-volcanic rocks of the Zhalantun Group(Zhalantun district,Inner Mongolia).The SHRIMP analyses show that the meta-igneous rocks from the Xinghuadukou Group formed at 506±10―547±46 Ma,belonging to Early-Middle Precambrian,whereas the meta-sedimentary rocks yielded detrital zircons,with ages of 1.0―1.2,1.6―1.8 and 2.5―2.6 Ga,indicative of deposition age at least<1.0 Ga. Meta-basic volcanic rocks from the Zhalantun Group have a formation age of 506±3 Ma.These data suggest that both the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups formed during Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic time,rather than Paleoproterozoic time as previously thought.Early Precambrian inherited zircons in the meta-igneous rocks and numerous Precambrian detrital zircons in the meta-sedimentary rocks imply that these rocks were formed proximal to older crust.It is inferred that the Xinghuadukou and Zhalantun Groups represent Cambrian and/or Neoproterozoic vol- cano-sedimentary sequences formed in an active continental margin setting.MIAO LaiCheng LIU DunYi ZHANG FuQin FAN WeiMing SHI YuRuo XIE HangQiang 2007Chinese Science Bulletin2007,52,8:86
2Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating of meta-diorite from the basement of the Songliao Basin and its geological significance显示文摘The basement of the Songliao Basin mainly contains low-grade metamorphic rocks and granites. It has been long disputed whether the basin has Precambrian metamorphic basement. This is a report of zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating results of a meta-diorite sample, which was taken from the Si-5 drilling hole in the southern portion of the Songliao Basin. The SHRIMP analyses indicate that the meta-diorite with a weighted mean 207Pb/206Pb age of 1839±7 Ma (2σ, n = 8) was emplaced during Paleo-Proterozoic time. Additionally, the meta-diorite has old Nd model ages (TDM1: 2999Ma; TDM2: 2849Ma). 5SHRIMP zircon U-Pb dating of the Gangou granitoids,Central Tianshan Mountains,Northwest China and tectonic significances显示文摘Two types of granitoids,highly deformed augen granitoids and undeformed fine-grained granitoids,are widely distributed in Gangou area,Central Tianshan Mountains,Northwest China. The augen granitoids are high-K calc-alkaline characterized by high K2O,Rb,Y and Th,and low Sr and Sr/Y. They also have high contents of large ion lithophile elements (LILE),such as Ba,Rb,K and Th,and relatively low con-tents of high field strength elements (HFSE),such as Zr,Y and Nb. The fine-grained granitoids are calc-alkaline characterized by high Sr,low Y and HREE,similar to adakitic rocks,and with Na2O/K2O<2 (1.76―1.91),high ISr (0.70689―0.70981),and negative εNd(t ) (-2.4―-5.3). High-precision SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating results indicate that the Gangou augen granitiods were formed at 428 ± 10 Ma,and the fine-grained granitoids were emplaced at 361―368 Ma. 7Effect of Ce on the thermal stability of the Ω phase in an Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy显示文摘This paper studies the effect of Ce on the thermal stability of the Ω phase in an Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloy by TEM and tensile testing. It has been shown that Ce substantially increases the nucleation density of the Ω phase by acting as the heterogeneous nucleation center. 8Paleomagnetic study on orogenic belt:An example from Early Cretaceous volcanic rocks,Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘We report paleomagnetic results for Early Cretaceous lava flows collected from the Suhongtu area of Inner Mongolia, the middle part of the Tianshan-Mongolia Fold Belt (TMFB). Rock-magnetic experiments for different lava flows indicate that the main magnetic mineral is pseudo-single-domain (PSD) magnetite. The characteristic high-temperature remanence com- ponent is isolated by thermal demagnetization temperature steps between 300°C and 585'C, which yields a mean direction of D = 23.6°, I=56.0° with α 95 = 2.3°. We interpret this high-temperature remanence component as primary magnetization based mainly upon the petrographic analysis, which shows that the shape of magnetite crystal is relatively rounded square or polygon without internal reflection and deuterogenous phenomenon. The correspond- ing pole of the high-temperature remanence component is at 71.1°N, 200.5°E with A 95 = 2.7°. 9Evidence of Nd isotope for unhomogeneity and origin of upper mantle of North China platform显示文摘Based on isptopic age of Sm-Nd and its initial composition and its evolution obtained during the recent years of archean metamorphic magnesio-ferro the vocanics of upper mantle of the North China platform, it is concluded that the isotopic composition of Archean upper mantle of the North China platform is not homogeneous, and values of /Nd don not change regularly through the whole Archean; in contrast, they present obvious differences in different regions. 10Paleomagnetism of early Paleozoic volcanic rocks from the Beishan area,Gansu of northwest China:Preliminary insight into early Paleozoic kinemics of the Beishan terrane显示文摘We report rock magnetic and paleomagnetic results for Middle Silurian Gongpoquan and Middle Ordo-vician Huaniushan volcanic samples collected from the Ma-zongshan and Hongliuyuan areas of Gansu Province, northwest China. The results indicate that the main magnetic mineral of the Gongpoquan and Huaniushan volcanic rock is magnetite, and it may remain characteristic remanent magnetization acquired at the time of formation of the rocks. However, with the exception of samples from site go20, most of Middle Ordovician Huaniushan volcanic samples have a very weak nature remanent magnetization, and generally show an erratic demagnetization behavior, which does not allow isolation of characteristic remanent magnetizations from these samples. 11Highly Selective Biomimetic Flexible Tactile Sensor for Neuroprosthetics显示文摘Biomimetic flexible tactile sensors endow prosthetics with the ability to manipulate objects,similar to human hands.However,it is still a great challenge to selectively respond to static and sliding friction forces,which is crucial tactile information relevant to the perception of weight and slippage during grasps.Here,inspired by the structure of fingerprints and the selective response of Ruffini endings to friction forces,we developed a biomimetic flexible capacitive sensor to selectively detect static and sliding friction forces.The sensor is designed as a novel plane-parallel capacitor,in which silver nanowire-3D polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)electrodes are placed in a spiral configuration and set perpendicular to the substrate.Silver nanowires are uniformly distributed on the surfaces of 3D polydimethylsiloxane microcolumns,and silicon rubber(Ecoflex^(■))acts as the dielectric material.The capacitance of the sensor remains nearly constant under different applied normal forces but increases with the static friction force and decreases when sliding occurs.Furthermore,aiming at the slippage perception of neuroprosthetics,a custom-designed signal encoding circuit was designed to transform the capacitance signal into a bionic pulsed signal modulated by the applied sliding friction force.Test results demonstrate the great potential of the novel biomimetic flexible sensors with directional and dynamic sensitivity of haptic force for smart neuroprosthetics.Yue Li Zhiguang Cao Tie Li Fuqin Sun Yuanyuan Bai Qifeng Lu Shuqi Wang Xianqing Yang Manzhao Hao Ning Lan Ting Zhang 2020Research2020,,1:4
12Biological receptor-inspired flexible artificial synapse based on ionic dynamics显示文摘The memristor has been regarded as a promising candidate for constructing a neuromorphic computing platform that is capable of confronting the bottleneck of the traditional von Neumann architecture.Here,inspired by the working mechanism of the G-protein-linked receptor of biological cells,a novel double-layer memristive device with reduced graphene oxide(rGO)nanosheets covered by chitosan(an ionic conductive polymer)as the channel material is constructed.The protons in chitosan and the functional groups in rGO nanosheets imitate the functions of the ligands and receptors of biological cells,respectively.Smooth changes in the response current depending on the historical applied voltages are observed,offering a promising pathway toward biorealistic synaptic emulation.The memristive behavior is mainly a result of the interaction between protons provided by chitosan and the defects and functional groups in the rGO nanosheets.The channel current is due to the hopping of protons through functional groups and is limited by the traps in the rGO nanosheets.The transition from short-term to long-term potentiation is achieved,and learning-forgetting behaviors of the memristor mimicking those of the human brain are demonstrated.Overall,the bioinspired memristor-type artificial synaptic device shows great potential in neuromorphic networks.Qifeng Lu Fuqin Sun Lin Liu Lianhui Li Yingyi Wang Mingming Hao Zihao Wang Shuqi Wang Ting Zhang 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:2
13Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating for gabbro at Chaotiehe in the Haicheng area, eastern Liaoning显示文摘Chaotiehe gabbroic intrusion in the eastern part of Liaoning Province was dated by the zircon SHRIMP U-Pb technique. The results gave an emplacement age of 126±4 Ma, indicating that the intrusion thus formed during the lithospheric thinning of the North China Craton (NCC) in the Early Cretaceous rather than in a rifting setting during the Paleoproterozoic as previously thought. The gabbroic intrusion contains abundant old zircons with Paleoproterozoic (2.10-2.46 Ga and ca. 1.87 Ga) and Neoproterozoic (747-969 Ma) ages. The Paleoproterozoic zircons were probably derived from NCC itself, whereas the Neoproterozoic ones were likely from materials of the Yangtze Craton that had previously been subducted beneath NCC. 14Trimetallic Au@PdPt core-shell nanoparticles with ultrathin PdPt skin as highly stable electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction in acid solution显示文摘To design efficient and low-cost core-shell electrocatalysts with an ultrathin platinum shell, the balance between platinum dosage and durability in acid solution is of great importance. In the present work, trimetallic Au@PdPt core-shell nanoparticles(NPs)with Pd/Pt molar ratios ranging from 0.31:1 to 4.20:1 were synthesized based on the Au catalytic reduction strategy and the subsequent metallic replacement reaction. When the Pd/Pt molar ratio is 1.19:1(designated as Au@Pd_(1.19) Pt_1 NPs), the superior electrochemical activity and stability were achieved for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) in acid solution. Especially, the specific and mass activities of Au@Pd_(1.19) Pt_1 NPs are 1.31 and 6.09 times higher than those of commercial Pt/C catalyst. In addition, the Au@Pd_(1.19) Pt_1 NPs presented a good durability in acid solution. After 3000 potential cycles between 0.1 and 0.7 V(vs. Ag/AgCl), the oxygen reduction activity is almost unchanged. 16Bio-inspired flexible artificial synapses for pain perception and nerve injuries显示文摘Imitation of the perception system of living creatures is of great importance for the construction of artificial nerves and intelligent human-machine interfaces.However,a prominent challenge is to emulate the functions of the biological synapse,which is the basic building block of the neural system.Here,inspired by the pain perception mechanism of the living creatures,a flexible double-layer memristor was constructed,with 90%semiconducting single-wall carbon nanotubes(s-SWCNTs)covered by LiClO4 doped polyoxyethylene oxide(PEO:LiClO4)as the channel materials.The carriers(protons and Li+)from PEO:LiClO4 imitated the functions of Na+and K+in biological systems.A potentiation of the post-synaptic signal was observed with mild stimuli,while the post-synaptic signal was inhibited with severe stimuli with a pulse voltage larger than 1.4 V in this research.These behaviors resemble the sensation of pain,neuroprotection,and possible injuries to the neural system.To explore the underlying mechanism of the phenomenon,the fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Raman spectrum,and current(IV)sweep were carried out.It was inferred that the observed results are attributable to the interaction between carriers in PEO:LiClO4 and functional groups and defects in the s-SWCNTs.The enhanced channel current results from the fulfillment of the traps by the carriers,and the suppression of the current is due to the intercalation of Li+in the s-SWCNTs.This flexible artificial synapse opens a new avenue for the construction of biocompatible electronic devices towards artificial intelligence systems.Qifeng Lu Fuqin Sun Lin Liu Lianhui Li Mingming Hao Zihao Wang Ting Zhang 2020npj Flexible Electronics2020,4,1:1
17“Top-down” and “bottom-up” strategies for wafer-scaled miniaturized gas sensors design and fabrication显示文摘Manufacture of large-scale patterned nanomaterials via top-down techniques,such as printing and slurry coating,have been used for fabrication of miniaturized gas sensors.However,the reproducibility and uniformity of the sensors in wafer-scale fabrication are still a challenge.In this work,a“top-down”and“bottom-up”combined strategy was proposed to manufacture wafer-scaled miniaturized gas sensors with high-throughput by in-situ growth of Ni(OH)2 nanowalls at specific locations.First,the micro-hotplate based sensor chips were fabricated on a two-inch(2″)silicon wafer by micro-electro-mechanical-system(MEMS)fabrication techniques(“top-down”strategy).Then a template-guided controllable de-wetting method was used to assemble a porous thermoplastic elastomer(TPE)thin film with uniform micro-sized holes(relative standard deviation(RSD)of the size of micro-holes<3.5%,n>300),which serves as the patterned mask for in-situ growing Ni(OH)2 nanowalls at the micro-hole areas(“bottom-up”strategy).The obtained gas microsensors based on this strategy showed great reproducibility of electric properties(RSD<0.8%,n=8)and sensing response toward real-time H _(2)S detection(RSD<3.5%,n=8).Lin Liu Yingyi Wang Fuqin Sun Yanbing Dai Shuqi Wang Yuanyuan Bai Lianhui Li Tie Li Ting Zhang Sujie Qin 2020Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1:1
18Mineralization dynamics of Paishanlou gold deposit in Fuxin, Liaoning Province显示文摘FROM the 1980s of this century, the very great advances in Precambrian geology and deposits, such as thefinding of Abitibi gold deposit in Quebec Province of Canada bearing on Archaean Greenstone Belts havecaused a progressive effect to show that the large and ultra-large deposits have something to do with ductile shear zones (DSZ). During the past 10 years, a lot of DSZ were recognized at several places inChina, specially at the geological background areas of Precambrian and granite district. Meanwhile somelarge gold deposits have been discovered at Heitai, Paishanlou, Jinshan and Jiapigou, which formed inDSZs.
