1Solvent-and metal-directed lanthanide-organic frameworks based on pamoic acid:observation of slow magnetization relaxation,magnetocaloric effect and luminescent sensing显示文摘Two types of lanthanide coordination polymers, namely, [Ln(PA)(NO_3)(DMA)_3]_n(Ln=Gd(1), Dy(2), Eu(3), Tb(4))(type I), and {[Ln_2(PA)_3(DMF)_4]·2DMF}(Ln=Eu(5), Tb(6))(type II)(PA=Pamoic acid, DMA=dimethylacetamide,DMF=N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized by the reaction of Ln(NO_3)_3·6H_2O with pamoic acid through layer diffusion method. These complexes were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy(IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), fluorescence and magnetic measurements. Solvents and lanthanide atoms in the reaction play an important role in controlling different structures. Type I demonstrated 1-D linear chain structure connected by Ln atoms and PA ligands. Type II exhibited non-interpenetrating 3-D 6-connected 4_36^(12) nets based on binuclear [Ln_2(CO_2)_6(DMF)_4] cores.Magnetic properties of complexes 1–4 were investigated in details. Complex 1 shows significant magnetocaloric effect with–ΔS_m=20.37 J kg^(–1) K^(–1) at 3.0 K and 7 T. Complex 2 exhibits slow relaxation of the magnetization. Complexes 3–6 exhibit both ligand- and metal-centered fluorescent properties. 2Impact of Stack Orientation on Self-Piercing Riveted and Friction Self-Piercing Riveted Aluminum Alloy and Magnesium Alloy Joints显示文摘Self-piercing riveting(SPR)is a mature method to join dissimilar materials in vehicle body assembling.Friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)is a newly developed technology for joining low-ductility materials by combining SPR and friction stir spot welding processes.In this paper,the SPR and F-SPR were employed to join AA6061-T6 aluminum alloy and AZ31B magnesium alloy.The two processes were studied in parallel to investigate the effects of stack orientation on riveting force,macro-geomet-rical features,hardness distributions,and mechanical performance of the joints.The results indicate that both processes exhibit a better overall joint quality by riveting from AZ31B to AA6061-T6.Major cracking in the Mg sheet is produced when riveting from AA6061-T6 to AZ31B in the case of SPR,and the cracking is inhibited with the thermal softening effect by friction heat in the case of F-SPR.The F-SPR process requires approximately one-third of the riveting forces of the SPR process but exhibits a maximum of 45.4%and 59.1%higher tensile-shear strength for the stack orientation with AZ31B on top of AA6061-T6 and the opposite direction,respectively,than those of the SPR joints.The stack orientation of riveting from AZ31B to AA6061-T6 renders better cross-section quality and higher tensile-shear strength and is recommended for both processes.Yunwu Ma Sizhe Niu He Shan Yongbing Li Ninshu Ma 2020Automotive Innovation2020,3,3:2
3Yield Effect of Chemical and Soil Nitrogen on the Mid-season and Ratooning Hybrid Rice显示文摘Using hybrid rice Yixiang1577 as the material,the mid-season and ratooning hybrid rice yield variation was studied in Southern Sichuan at different levels of nitrogen fertilizer. The results showed that rice yield by using N fertilizer increased to the most signifi cant level than no fertilizer ones,and the mid-season rice and rice yield by using more N fertilizer increased to the signif icant level than less fertilizer ones. The rice yield by using no fertilizer ones increased to the most signif icant level than some used fertilizer,and the ratooning rice and rice yield by using more N fertilizer decreased to the most signifi cant level than less fertilizer ones. The rice yield by using some fertilizer increased to the most signif icant level than no fertilizer ones for mid-season+rationing rice and rice yield by using some fertilizer had no obvious differences at different nitrogen levels. Therefore,application of fertilizer can improve yield of mid-season rice and mid-season+rationing rice. Soil test results showed that nutrient contents in rice fi eld in South Sichuan were very rich in nitrogen,which could provide more adequate crop growth potential soil nitrogen nutrition. The crops with a deep root system had stronger ability of utilization on soil nitrogen. 6Friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)of aluminum alloy to magnesium alloy using a flat die显示文摘Friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)process based on a pip die has been invented to solve the cracking problems in riveting high-strength and low-ductility light metals,such as magnesium alloys,cast aluminum,and 7 series aluminum alloys.In this paper,in order to solve quality issues caused by the misalignment between rivet and pip-die in F-SPR,a flat-die based F-SPR process was proposed and employed to join 1.27 mm-thick AA6061-T6 to 3 mm-thick AZ31B.The results indicate that a 1.0 mm die distance is effective to avoid rivet upset and insufficient flaring.As the feed rate increases,the heat input in the whole process decreases,resulting in a larger riveting force,which in turn increases both the bottom thickness and interlock amount.Besides,solid-state bonding,including Al-Mg intermetallic compounds(IMCs),Al-Mg mechanical mixture,and Al-Fe atom interdiffusion was observed at the joint interfaces.The upper Al layer was softened,but the lower Mg layer was hardened,and both sheets exhibited a narrowed affected region with the increase of feed rate,while the rivet hardness shows no obvious change.Three fracture modes appeared accompanying the variations in lap-shear strength and energy absorption as the feed rate increased from 2 mm/s to 8 mm/s.Finally,the F-SPR process using a flat die was compared to those using a pip die and a flat bottom die to show the advantage of flat die on coping with the misalignment problem.Bingxin Yang Yunwu Ma He Shan Sizhe Niu Yongbing Li 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,5:1
7Blue-shifted and naked-eye recognition of H_(2)PO_(4)- and acetylacetone based on a luminescent metal-organic framework with new topology and good stability显示文摘Fluorescence detecting both organic and inorganic analytes has aroused tremendous scientific interests, because fluorescence techniques have high sensitivity and are easy to operate. A new threedimensional(3D) MOF {[(CH_(3))_(2)NH_(2)][Zn_(3)(bbip)(BTDI)1.5(OH)]·DMF·MeOH·3H_(2)O}n(JXUST-13, bbip = 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-1-yl)pyridine and H_(4)BTDI = 5,5-(benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole-4,7-diyl)diisophthalic acid)with new 4,4,8-connceted topology has been successfully synthesized and structurally characterized. Importantly, JXUST-13 could recognize H_(2)PO_(4)-and acetylacetone(Acac) by obvious fluorescence blue shift and slight enhancement with the detection limits of 2.70 μmol/L and 0.21 mmol/L, respectively. In addition, JXUST-13 exhibits relatively good thermal stability, chemical stabilities as well as reusability, and the analytes could be distinguished by naked eye and fluorescence test paper. 8A Comparative Study of Friction Self-Piercing Riveting and Self-Piercing Riveting of Aluminum Alloy AA5182-O显示文摘In this paper,self-piercing riveting(SPR)and friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)processes were employed to join aluminum alloy AA5182-O sheets.Parallel studies were carried out to compare the two processes in terms of joint macrogeometry,tooling force,microhardness,quasi-static mechanical performance,and fatigue behavior.The results indicate that the F-SPR process formed both rivet–sheet interlocking and sheet–sheet solid-state bonding,whereas the SPR process only contained rivet–sheet interlocking.For the same rivet flaring,the F-SPR process required 63%less tooling force than the SPR process because of the softening effect of frictional heat and the lower rivet hardness of F-SPR.The decrease in the switch depth of the F-SPR resulted in more hardening of the aluminum alloy surrounding the rivet.The higher hardness of aluminum and formation of solid-state bonding enhanced the F-SPR joint stiffness under lap-shear loading,which contributed to the higher quasi-static lap-shear strength and longer fatigue life compared to those of the SPR joints.Yunwu Ma He Shan Sizhe Niu Yongbing Li Zhongqin Lin Ninshu Ma 2021Engineering2021,7,12:0
92D Cd-MOF and its mixed-matrix membranes for luminescence sensing antibiotics in various aqueous systems and visible fingerprint identifying显示文摘The abuse of antibiotics has brought great harm to the human living environment and health,so it is extremely significant to develop an efficient and simple method to detect trace antibiotic residues in various wastewaters.Herein,a new two-dimensional(2D)Cd-based metal−organic framework(Cd-MOF,namely LCU-111)and its mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)is sifted as luminescence sensors for efficient monitoring antibiotic nitrofurazone(NFZ)in various aqueous systems and applied as visible fingerprint identifying.The LCU-111 has good selectivity,sensibility,reproducibility and anti-interference for luminescent quenching NFZ with low detection limits(LODs)of 0.4567,0.3649 and 0.8071 ppm in aqueous solution,HEPES biological buffer,and real urban Tuhai River water,respectively.Interestingly,the luminescent test papers and MMMs allow the NFZ sensing easier and more rapid by naked eyes,only with a low LOD of 0.8117 ppm for MMMs sensor.Notably,by combining multiple experiments with density functional theory(DFT)calculations,the photo-induced electron transfer(PET)quenching mechanism is further elucidated.More importantly,potential practical applications of LCU-111 for latent fingerprint visualization provide lifelike evidences for effective identification of individuals,which can be applied in criminal investigation.Kexin Ma Jing Li Huiyan Ma Yan Yang Hua Yang Jing Lu Yunwu Li Jianmin Dou Suna Wang Suijun Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:0
10Theoretical analysis of acoustic suspended sediment observation显示文摘A theoretical analysis of designing an acoustic backscatter system for observations of suspended sediments has been made through a derived sonar equation. Some formulae and data for reference in determining several main technical parameters of the system, such as optimum frequency, sound transmission power, aperture of transducer etc., airs provided. And some key problems on the acoustic observation of suspended sediments, such as data processing of a time--Varying stochastic process, compensation of sound propagation loss in complicated conditions and in-situ calibration of sediment concentration, are discussed in detail. 11Microstructural evolution in friction self-piercing riveted aluminum alloy AA7075-T6 joints显示文摘Friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)is an emerging technique for low ductility materials joining,which creates a mechanical and solid-state hybrid joint with a semi-hollow rivet.The severe plastic deformation of work materials and localized elevated temperatures during the F-SPR process yield complex and heterogeneous microstructures.The cut-off action of the work materials by the rivet further complicates the material flow during joint formation.This study employed the F-SPR process to join AA7075-T6 aluminum alloy sheets and systematically investigated the microstructural evolutions using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)techniques.The results suggested that as the base material approached the rivet,grains were deformed and recrystallized,forming two distinct fine grain zones(FGZs)surrounding the rivet and in the rivet cavity,re s pectively.Solid-state bonding of aluminum sheets occurred in the FGZs.The formation of FGZ outside the rivet is due to dynamic recrystallization(DRX)triggered by the sliding-to-sticking transition at the rivet/sheet interface.The FGZ in the rivet cavity was caused by the rotation of the trapped aluminum,which created a sticking affected zone at the trapped aluminum/lower sheet interface and led to DRX.Strain rate gradient in the trapped aluminum drove the further expansion of the sticking affected zone and resulted in grain refinement in a larger span.Yunwu Ma Sizhe Niu Huihong Liu Yongbing Li Ninshu Ma 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,23:0
12Combined strengthening mechanism of solid-state bonding and mechanical interlocking in friction self-piercing riveted AA7075-T6 aluminum alloy joints显示文摘A recently developed friction self-piercing riveting(F-SPR)technique based on the combination of fric-tion stir processing and riveting has been reported to possess both solid-state bonding and mechanical fastening characteristics.However,there is still a lack of quantitative understanding of the hybrid en-hancement mechanism,hindering its engineering application.To fill in this gap,the current research investigated the microstructure evolution,microhardness distribution,and miniature-tensile performance of the aluminum alloy AA7075-T6 F-SPR joints by experiments.An accurate numerical simulation model was established to quantitatively evaluate the individual contributions of microstructure,local bonding strength,and macro interlocking to the performance of the joint,which could well explain the experi-mental results.It was found that due to the friction stirring of the rivet,solid-state bonding driven by dynamic recrystallization is realized between the trapped aluminum in the rivet cavity and the bottom aluminum sheet.The solid-state bonding zone has 75%yield strength,81%ultimate tensile strength,and 106%elongation compared to the base material.This solid-state bonding enables the internal interlock-ing between the trapped aluminum and the rivet to withstand the additional load,which forms a novel dual-interlock fastening mechanism and increases the peak cross-tension force by 14.3%compared to the single-interlock joint.Yunwu Ma Bingxin Yang Shanqing Hu He Shan Peihao Geng Yongbing Li Ninshu Ma 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,10:0

16Impact of short-term organic amendments incorporation on soil structure and hydrology in semiarid agricultural lands显示文摘Soil structure plays an important role in edaphic conditions and the environment. In this study, we investigated the effects of organic amendment on soil structure and hydraulic properties. A corn field in a semiarid land was separately amended with sheep manure compost at five different rates (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 t/ha) and corn stover (6 t/ha) in combination with two decomposing agents. The soil structure of different amended soils was analyzed from the aggregate and pore domain perspectives. The internal pore structure of the soil was visualized through X-ray computed tomography and quantified using a pore-network model. Soil aggregate-size distribution and stability, saturated hydraulic conductivity, and water-retention curves were measured by sampling or in situ. The gas permeability and diffusivity of different amended soils were simulated based on the extracted pore networks. The aggregate stability of the amended soils was improved compared with the control, that is, the mean weight diameter increased and the percentage of aggregate destruction decreased. The stability of soil aggregates varied non-monotonically with the application rate of compost and decreased after treatment with corn stover and decomposing agents. The pore-network parameters including air-filled porosity, pore radius, throat length, and coordinate number increased for the amended soils compared with the control. The mean pore size increased with increasing compost incorporation rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of the compost-amended soils was higher than that of the control but varied quadratically with the application rate. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of soil treated with corn stover and decomposing agents was clearly higher than that without the agent and the control. The greater gas diffusivity and air permeability indicate that soil aeration improved following the incorporation of organic amendments. The air permeability versus air-filled porosity relationship followed a power law, and the gas diffusivity versus air-filled porosity relationship was characterized by a generalized density-corrected model regardless of amendment. 17Analysis on the combination ability and stability of rice restore line Yihui1577显示文摘Yihui1577 was bred after over 10 generations by crossing R16 and Yunnan purple rice.Many new hybrid rice varieties had been bred with Yihui1577,of which Gangyou1577,Ⅱyou1577,Nyou1577 and Yixiang1577 were certified by Sichuan Province Crop Variety Release Committee,Gangyou1577 and Yixiang1577 were certified by National Crop Variety Release Committee.The series varieties bred with Yihui1577 had been used widely with accumulated areas of 1 200 000 hm2.By using Yihui1577 as breeding material,an excellent restore line Yihui 3003 and some other restore lines,such as Yihui1979,Yihui 315 with good rice quality and good combination ability had been bred.Analysis of combination ability and stability about restore line Yihui1577 was made by using agricultural experimentation and statistical approach.The combination ability analysis was made in complete dual crossing method with 4 CMS lines and 6 restorer lines.It showed that the general combination ability effect value of Yihui1577 was 0.226,while Minghui63 was-0.113.So the general combination ability of Yihui1577 was prior to that of Minghui 63.Stability analysis showed that the F value of Gangyou1577 was 1.81378,while Sanyou 63 was 1.40327,both didn't reach significant level.So Gangyou1577 had the same stability as Sanyou63.The same conclusion had got in the stability analysis of the breeds ofⅡyou 1577,Yixiang1577,Nyou 1577 and so on.BAO Lingfeng LIN Gang ZHAO Deming LI Yunwu HE Bing 2007Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2007,14,4:0
