| 1 | 三维超高场7T高分辨磁敏感加权像静脉造影(英文)显示文摘目的超高场磁共振具有高信噪比和独特的磁敏感对比,使其在无创性脑血管造影尤其是对小静脉的检测有明显优势。本文探讨如何在超高场磁共振7T优化和获取高质量的磁敏感加权像(SWI)静脉造影。方法选择10例正常志愿者作为研究对象,采集一系列7TSWI静脉造影数据并与3T结果作对比。选择参数TR=30~45ms,TE=13~26ms,带宽(BW)=80~140Hz/pixel,翻转角(FA)=10~25?;所有的数据用同样的图像后处理方式得到最小信号叠加投影(mIP)的SWI静脉造影像,并进行定量化分析。结果图像优化后,我们得到高分辨率的7T静脉造影图像。根据静脉血的T2*选择优化TE:16ms(7T),28ms(3T);FA:15?(3T和7T)。相对于3T,7TSWI图像有较高的信噪比和静脉与周围组织的对比度,并显示出更多的微小静脉。结论超高场SWI静脉造影对于显示微小静脉具有明显的优势。 | Yulin Ge Samuel Barnes Samantha Heller Daniel K.Sodickson Lin Tang E.Mark Haacke Jianping Dai Robert I.Grossman | 2010 | 磁共振成像2010,1,2: | 8 |
| 2 | 超高场MRI:脑部成像结果探讨(英文)显示文摘随着射频和线圈技术的提高,超高场磁共振近年来有了很大的发展。与常规的场强,超高场MR主要具有以下优势:(1)信噪比的显著增加保证了高分辨率和高质量的图像,从而大大提高了微小结构的检出;(2)由于磁敏感效应的增加,T2*或磁敏感技术有了更广泛的应用,尤其是对异常的铁沉积,微小出血点和小静脉血管的检测;(3)高场T1弛豫时间的增加可以提高ASL灌注成像技术的应用;(4)信号本身的增加也可提高fMRI和MRS的分辨率等。当然,目前超高场强磁共振技术也还有一些局限性:(1)SAR的明显增加限制了采集层数并影响采集时间;(2)高场下RF磁场(B1)的不均匀性造成图像信号的不均匀;(3)增加的磁敏感效应也在颅底增加了相应的伪影等。本文对高场7T在纽约大学医疗中心脑部MR的最初临床应用结果 进行了分析。 | Yulin Ge Robert I. | 3 | Structures of SdrD from Staphylococcus aureus reveal the molecular mechanism of how the cell surface receptors recognize their ligands显示文摘Staphylococcus aureus is the most important Gram-positive colonizer of human skin and nasal passage,causing high morbidity and mortality.SD-repeat containing protein D(SdrD),an MSCRAMM(Microbial Surface Components Recognizing Adhesive Matrix Molecules)family surface protein,plays an important role in S.aureus adhesion and pathogenesis,while its binding target and molecular mechanism remain largely unknown.Here we solved the crystal structures of SdrD N2-N3 domain and N2-N3-B1 domain.Through structural analysis and comparisons,we characterized the ligand binding site of SdrD,and proposed a featured sequence motif of its potential ligands.In addition,the structures revealed for the first time the interactions between B1 domain and N2-N3 domain among B domain-containing MSCRAMMs.Our results may help in understanding the roles SdrD plays in S.aureus adhesion and shed light on the development of novel antibiotics. | Xiao Wang Jingpeng Ge Bao Liu Yulin Hu Maojun Yang | 2013 | Protein & Cell2013,4,4: | 3 |

| 6 | Rational design of a hollow porous structure for enhancing diffusion kinetics of K ions in edge-nitrogen doped carbon nanorods显示文摘The high electrical conductivity makes it possible for one-dimensional(1D)carbon materials to be used as the promising anodes for potassium ion batteries(PIBs),however,the sluggish diffusion kinetics caused by large-sized potassium ions(K^(+))limits their practical applications in energy storage systems.In this work,hollow carbon nanorods were rationally designed as a case to verify the superiority of 1D hollow structure to improve the diffusion kinetics of K^(+).Simultaneously,edge-N(pyridinic-N and pyrrolic-N)atoms were also introduced into 1D hollow carbon structure,which can provide ample active sites and defects in graphitic lattices to adsorb K^(+),providing extra capacitive storage capacity.As expected,the optimized edge-N doped hollow carbon nanorods(ENHCRs)exhibits a high reversible capacity of 544 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.1 A·g^(−1)after 200 cycles.Even at 5 A·g^(−1),it displays a long-term cycling stability with 255 mAh·g^(−1)over 10,000 cycles.The electrochemical measurements confirm that the hollow structure is favorable to improve the transfer kinetics of K^(+)during cycling.And the theoretical calculations demonstrate that edge-N doping can enhance the local electronegativity of graphitic lattices to adsorb much more K^(+),where edge-N doping synergizes with 1D hollow structure to achieve enhanced K^(+)-storage performances. | Ping Niu Yang Yang Zhiqiang Li Gaohui Ding Lingzhi Wei Ge Yao Helin Niu Yulin Min Fangcai Zheng Qianwang Chen | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 1 |

| 9 | Lithium deposition behavior in hard carbon hosts:Optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy study显示文摘Lithium(Li)metal is an ideal anode for the next generation high-energy-density batteries.However,it suffers from dendrite growth,side reactions,and infinite relative volume change.Effective strategies are using porous carbons or surface modification carbons to guide Li deposition into their pores.While the Li deposition behavior is still ambiguous.Here,we systematically determine their deposition behavior in various surface-modified carbons and in different electrolytes via optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy study.It is found that Li will not spontaneously deposit into the carbon pores,which is significantly dependent on the carbon surface,current density,areal capacity,and electrolyte.Thus,a“lithiophilic”modified commercial hard carbon with Ag is developed as a stable“host”and efficient surface protection derived from the localized high-concentration electrolyte exhibits a pretty low volume change(5.3%)during cycling at a current density of 2 mA·cm^(−2)and an areal capacity of 2 mAh·cm^(−2).This strategy addresses the volume change and dendrite problems by rationally designed host and electrolyte,providing a broad perspective for realizing Li-metal anode. | Ge Zhou Yulin Zhao Chuan Hu Zhenzhen Ren Hong Li Liping Wang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,6: | 0 |

| 11 | A model for anticancer surveillance was pharmacologically developed to evaluate vitality principle in breast cancer rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate vitality principle in breast cancer rats by pharmacologically developing a model for anticancer surveillance.METHODS: The breast cancer in rats was replicated with 7,12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene(DMBA, i.g.,100 mg/kg) at d_(001). The anticancer surveillance was defined as the intervals between the primary sensitization and the first challenge stirred with complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA), the various intervals(k = 0.80) were dominated from d_(025)(600.00 h) to d_(095)(2288.82 h). The optimal surveillant status was confirmed with the median effective interval(EI_(50))from tumor volume regressive curve, for developing the pharmacodynamic model. The tumor and tumor infiltrating lymphocyte histopathology was used to confirm the immune surveillance being affected with CFA in breast cancer tumorigenesis.The availability of this model was confirmed with Shugan Liangxue prescription(SLP), from the vitality principle, and assured further from interleukin-12 levels.RESULTS: The regressive curve was set up between the intervals and tumor volumes, the EI_(50) in SLP-treated rats(1475.00 h, Y_(SLP)= 0.1026 +0.8780/[1 + 10^(27.1425-8.565x)]) was postponed, which was 1.87 multiple of the EI_(50) in CFA rats(791.40 h, y =-0.0525 + 0.9452/[1 + 10^(30.4870-10.52x)], so did prepone the curve between the intervals and the immunological biomarker, serum interleukin-12 levels, the EI_(50) in SLP-treated rats(744.90 h, Y_(SLP)=-0.0145 + 0.7455/[1 + 10^(52.09636-18.13x)]) be 0.78 multiple of the EI_(50) in CFA rats(960.10 h, Y_(CFA)= 0.2460 + 0.7270/[1 + 10^(-67.1546 +22.52x)]), this immunological action being mediated the anticancer prognosis. Tumor histology was confirmed the more tumor infiltrating lymphocytes activated in SLP rats with CFA stirred immunity than rats only received CFA.CONCLUSION: The model for anticancer surveillance was pharmacologically established as the optimal interval(791.40 h) between the primary sensitization and the first challenge stirred with complete Freund's adjuvant.
