1Open-circuit Fault Diagnosis of Traction Inverter Based on Compressed Sensing Theory显示文摘This study proposes a new method of fault diagnosis based on the least squares support vector machine with gradient information(G-LS-SVM)to solve the insulated-gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)open-circuit failure problem of the traction inverter in a catenary power supply system.First,a simulation model based on traction inverter topology is built,and various voltage fault signal waveforms are simulated based on the IGBT inverter open-circuit fault classification.Second,compressive sensing theory is used to sparsely represent the voltage fault signal and make it a fault signal.The new method has a high degree of sparseness and builds an overcomplete dictionary model containing the feature vectors of voltage fault signals based on a double sparse dictionary model to match the sparse signal characteristics.Finally,the space vector transform is used to represent the three-phase voltage scalar in the traction inverter as a composite quantity to reduce the redundancy of the fault signals and data-processing capabilities.A G-LS-SVM fault diagnosis model is then built to diagnose and identify the voltage fault signal feature vector in an overcomplete dictionary.The simulation results show that the accuracy of this method for various types of IGBT tube fault diagnosis is over 98.92%.Moreover,the G-LS-SVM model is robust and not affected by Gaussian white noise.Yongqi Cheng Weiguang Dong Fengyang Gao Guoqing Xin 2020Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2020,6,1:6
2RNA-Seq Study Reveals AP2-Domain-Containing Signalling Regulators Involved in Initial Imbibition of Seed Germination in Rice显示文摘A number of internal signals are required for seed germination.However,the precise signalling responses in the initial imbibition of seed germination are not yet fully understood in rice.In this study,the RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)approach was conducted in 8 h imbibed seeds to understand the signalling responses in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination.A total of 563 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)with at least 4-fold change were identified in 8 h imbibed seeds compared to dry seeds.MapMan analysis revealed that the majority of signalling response-related DEGs were hormone-and transcription factor-related genes,in which the largest number of DEGs belong to the AP2-domain-containing regulators,and their expressions were significantly induced in the initial imbibition of seed germination in rice.Moreover,at least five AP2-domain-containing transcription factor OsDREBs were identified in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination,and the expressions of 251 DEGs were putatively regulated by OsDREBs through the dehydration-responsive element(DRE)cis-element assay.It suggested that the OsDREBs might play important roles in the regulation of initial seed imbibition in rice.The identified genes provide a valuable resource to study the signalling regulation of seed germination in the future.HE Yongqi ZHAO Jia FENG Defeng HUANG Zhibo LIANG Jiaming ZHENG Yufei CHENG Jinping YING Jifeng WANG Zhoufei 2020Rice science2020,27,4:2

5Global Identification of Significantly Expressed Genes in Developing Endosperm of Rice by Expression Sequence Tags and cDNA Array Approaches显示文摘Rice endosperm plays a very important role in seedling germination and determines the qualities of rice grain. Although studies on specific gene categories in endosperm have been carried out, global view of gene expression at a transcription level in rice endosperm is still limited. To gain a better understanding of the global and tissue-specific gene expression profiles in rice endosperm, a cDNA library from rice endosperm of immature seeds was sequenced. A cDNA array was constructed based on the tentative unique transcripts derived from expression sequence tag (EST) assembling results and then hybridized with cDNAs from five different tissues or organs including endosperm, embryo, leaf, stem and root of rice. Significant redundancy was found for genes encoding prolamin, glutelin, allergen, and starch synthesis proteins, accounting for ~34% of the total ESTs obtained. The cDNA array revealed 87 significantly expressed genes in endosperm compared with the other four organs or tissues. These genes included 13 prolamin family proteins, 17 glutelin family proteins, 12 binding proteins, nine catalytic proteins and four ribosomal proteins, indicating a complicated biological processing in rice endosperm. 6Incorporating metal nanoparticles in porous materials via selective heating effect using microwave显示文摘Metal nanoparticle@porous material composites have attracted increasing attention due to their excellent synergistic catalytic performance.However,it is a challenge to introduce metal nanoparticles into cavities of porous materials without agglomeration on the exterior.Despite the progress achieved,a universal approach that can integrate different kinds of metal nanoparticles and porous materials is still highly desirable.Here we report a facile and general approach to fabricating metal nanoparticle@porous materials by microwave-triggered selective heating.The microwave can pass through the non-polar solvent and act on the polar solvent in the porous materials,causing the polar solvent to be heated,vaporized,and away from the pores of porous materials.The local void produced by the escape of polar solvent facilitates non-polar solvent containing metallic precursor to be dragged into the narrow pores,followed by further reduction,resulting in the complete encapsulation of nanoparticles.A series of metal nanoparticles@porous materials,ranging from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)to zeolites,are successfully prepared by this method and show excellent size selectivity in catalytic reactions.Yingyu Zhou Jiacheng Liu Fuyuan Sun Junchen Ouyang Ruifa Su Fanchen Meng Yongqi Luo Cheng Xu Weina Zhang Suoying Zhang Fengwei Huo 2024Nano Research2024,17,4:0
