1Effects of Pulsed Magnetic Field on Microsegregation of Solute Elements in a Ni-Based Single Crystal Superalloy显示文摘The effects of a pulsed magnetic field(PMF) on the microsegregation of solute elements during directional solidification of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy were experimentally investigated,and the results show that the PMF significantly affects the microsegregation of Al,Ti,Co,Mo and W elements in the alloy.However,the distribution behavior differs for both positive and negative segregation elements.With the PMF,the microsegregation of negative segregation elements,Co and W,was restrained effectively,while that of positive segregation elements,Al,Tiand Mo,was aggravated.A segregation model was established to reveal the distribution mechanism of the elements with PMF.It is considered that,under the action of PMF,the jumping of solute atoms from the liquid phase to solid phase is hindered,but the jumping of solute atoms from the solid phase into liquid phase is promoted during solidification.As a result,the effective distribution coefficient of the solute atoms is reduced,which leads to the reduction of microsegregation of negative segregation elements and aggravation of microsegregation of positive segregation elements.Yingju Li Yuefei Teng Xiaohui Feng Yuansheng Yang 2017Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,1:12
2Photoreduction of CO_2 to methanol over Bi_2S_3/CdS photocatalyst under visible light irradiation显示文摘The Bi2S3,CdS and Bi2S3/CdS photocatalysts were prepared by direct reactions between their corresponding salt and thiourea in a hy- drothermal autoclave.The photocatalytic activities of these photocatalysts for reducing CO2 to CH3OH under visible light irradiation have been investigated.The results show that the photocatalytic activity and visible light response of Bi2S3 are higher than those of CdS.The Bi2S3 modification can enhance the photocatalytic activity and visible light response of CdS.The photocatalytic activity of Bi2S3/CdS hetero-junction photocatalyst was the highest and the highest yields of methanol was 613μmol/g when the weight proportion of Bi2S3 to CdS was 15%,which was about three times as large as that of CdS or two times of that of Bi2S3.Xin Li Juntao Chen Huiling Li Jingtian Li Yitao Xu Yingju Liu Jiarong Zhou 2011Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,4:11
3Influence of the low voltage pulsed magnetic field on the columnar-to-equiaxed transition during directional solidification of superalloy K4169显示文摘The low voltage pulsed magnetic field(LVPMF)disrupts the columnar dendrite growth,and the columnarto-equiaxed transition(CET)occurs during the directional solidification of superalloy K4169.Within the pulse voltage ranging from 100Vto 200 V,a transition from columnar to equiaxed grain was observed,and the grain size decreased as the pulse voltage rised.As the pulse frequency increased,the CET occurred,and the grains were refined.However,the grains became coarse,and the solidification structure was columnar crystal again when frequency increased to 10 Hz.The LVPMF had an optimal frequency to promote CET.The LVPMF on the CET was affected by the withdrawal speed and increasing the withdrawal speed enhances the CET.The distribution of electromagnetic force and flow field in the melt under the LVPMF were modeled and simulated to reveal the CET mechanism.It is considered that the CET should be attributed to the coupling effects of magnetic vibration and melt convection induced by the LVPMF.Kuiliang Zhang Yingju Li Yuansheng Yang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,13:7
4Catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace selenium in microemulsion after separation and enrichment by SDG显示文摘A new catalytic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of trace amount of Se(IV) in microemulsion medium. The method is based on the catalytic effect of traces of Se(IV) on the oxidation of 2’,4’-dichlorophenylfluorone (p-CPF) by potassium bromate with HNO3 as an activator in the presence of nonionic microemulsion medium. Under optimum conditions, the calibration graph is linear in the range of 0.4-15 μg?L?1 of Se(IV) at 480 nm. The detection limit achieved is 9.86 × 10?10 μg?L?1. Samples were dissolved and the obtained trace Se(IV) was separated and enriched by sulphydryl dextrane gel (SDG). 5Effect of Pulsed Magnetic Field on the Residual Stress of Rolled Magnium Alloy AZ31 Sheet显示文摘A novel method of pulsed magnetic field(PMF)treatment was developed to eliminate the residual stress of rolled magnesium alloy AZ31 sheet in this study.The eff ect of PMF on residual stress of rolled AZ31 sheet was investigated and its mechanism was analyzed.The experimental results revealed that the pulse frequency had a significant impact on residual stress.After 10.0 Hz PMF treatment,the average and maximum reduction rates of residual stress along the rolled direction were 26.6%and 30.3%,respectively.It was found that the dislocation density and parallel dislocation in grains of the rolled sheet increased after it was treated by the pulsed magnetic field.The simulation results showed that the Lorentz force generated by the pulsed magnetic field can lead to basal slip,thereby resulting in local plastic deformation.Besides,the Joule heat produced during the PMF treatment was conducive to the elimination of residual stress.Meng Yan Cong Wang Tianjiao Luo Yingju Li Xiaohui Feng Qiuyan Huang Yuansheng Yang 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,1:3
6Simulation of the Influence of Pulsed Magnetic Field on the Superalloy Melt with the Solid-Liquid Interface in Directional Solidification显示文摘The effect of the pulsed magnetic field on the grain refinement of superalloy K4169 has been studied in directional solidification.In the presence of the solid-liquid interface condition,the distributions of the electromagnetic force,flow field,temperature field,and Joule heat in front of the solid-liquid interface in directional solidification with the pulsed magnetic field are simulated.The calculation results show that the largest electromagnetic force in the melt appears near the solid-liquid interface,and the electromagnetic force is distributed in a gradient.There are intensive electromagnetic vibrations in front of the solid-liquid interface.The forced melt convection is mainly concentrated in front of the solid-liquid interface,accompanied by a larger flow velocity.The simulation results indicate that the grain refinement is attributed to that the electromagnetic vibration and forced convection increase the nucleation rate and the probability of dendrite fragments survival,for making dendrite easily fragmented,homogenizing the melt temperature,and increasing the undercooling in front of the solid-liquid interface.Kuiliang Zhang Yingju Li Yuansheng Yang 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,10:2
7Heterogeneous reaction of NO_2 on the surface of montmorillonite particles显示文摘The studies on heterogeneous reactions over montmorillonite,which is a typical 2:1 layered aluminosilicate,will benefit to the understanding of heterogeneous reactions on clay minerals.Montmorillonite can be classified as sodium montmorillonite or calcium montmorillonite depending on the cation presented between the different layers.Using diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS),the heterogeneous reaction mechanism of NO2 on the surface of montmorillonite was firstly investigated.Results showed that the reaction of NO2 on the surface of sodium and calcium montmorillonite fit a first-order kinetics,and the reaction duration of calcium montmorillonite was longer than that of sodium montmorillonite under the dry condition.For either sodium or calcium montmorillonite,the uptake coefficient decreased as humidity increased.Zefeng Zhang Jing Shang Tong Zhu Hongjun Li Defeng Zhao Yingju Liu Chunxiang Ye 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,10:2
8Effect of the microstructure parameters on the corrosion characteristics of Mg-Zn-Ca alloy with columnar structure显示文摘Magnesium alloys with homogeneous degradation and controlled degradation rate are desirable for biodegradable materials.In the present work,Mg-3 wt.%Zn-0.2 wt.%Ca alloys with different columnar structures were fabricated and the degradation in 0.9 wt.%NaCl were investigated.With the increase of the growth rate for the directional solidification,the microstructure of the directionally solidified(DSed)alloy evolved from cellular to dendritic coupled with the change of the spacing of the primary trunks(λ_(1))and the volume fraction(fv)of Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3) phase.The results of the corrosion test suggested that the alloy with cellular structure experienced homogeneous corrosion and exhibited the lowest corrosion rate.The good corrosion resistance of the alloy with cellular structure was attributed to the protective corrosion products film(CPF),which was closely related to the fv of Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3) phase andλ_(1).To evaluate the corrosion rates(CR)of the DSed Mg-Zn-Ca alloys with different microstructures,a parameterαwas proposed in this work,which was calculated byλ_(1) and the fv of Ca_(2)Mg_(6)Zn_(3) phase.The fitting result showed that there was a linear relationship between CR andα,which was CR=4.1899+0.00432α.This means that the CR of the DSed Mg-Zn-Ca alloy can be evaluated if the microstructure had been characterized.Yi Zhang Xiaohui Feng Qiuyan Huang Yingju Li Yuansheng Yang 2023Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2023,11,5:1

13Controlling dynamic recrystallization via modified LPSO phase morphology and distribution in Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr alloy显示文摘Featured initial microstructures of Mg-11Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy(wt%) were obtained by adjusting temperatures of solid solution and cooling methods, including island intergranular 18R and 14H LPSO phases with low-density stacking faults, differentially spaced lamellar intragranular 14H-LPSO phases, and network intergranular 18R-LPSO phases with high-density intragranular stacking faults. Effects of these featured LPSO phases and stacking faults on dynamic recrystallization(DRX) behavior were investigated via hot compression. Promoted DRX behavior via particle stimulated nucleation(PSN) is introduced by coexisting intergranular island 18R and 14H LPSO phases and intragranular wide spacing lamellar 14H-LPSO phases, contributing the highest DRX fraction of 42.6%. Conversely, it is found that DRX behavior with network intergranular 18R-LPSO phases and dense intragranular stacking fault is considerably inhibited with the lowest fraction of 22.8%. That is, the restricted DRX due to dislocations pinning by stacking faults overwhelms the enhanced DRX behavior via PSN of island intergranular 18R and 14H LPSO phases. 16Heat-treated glassy carbon under pressure exhibiting superior hardness,strength and elasticity显示文摘Glassy carbon(GC)is a type of non-graphitizing disordered carbon material at ambient pressure and high temperatures,which has been widely used due to its excellent mechanical properties.Here we report the changes in the microstructure and mechanical properties of GC treated at high pressures(up to 5 GPa)and high temperatures.The formation of intermediate sp2-sp3 phases is identified at moderate treatment temperatures before the complete graphitization of GC,by analyzing synchrotron X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra,and transmission electron microscopy images.The intermediate metastable carbon materials exhibit superior mechanical properties with hardness reaching up to 10 GPa and compressive strength reaching as high as 2.5 GPa,nearly doubling those of raw GC,and improving elasticity and thermal stability.The synthesis pressure used in this study can be achieved in the industry on a commercial scale,enabling the scalable synthesis of this type of strong,hard,and elastic carbon materials.Meng Hu Shuangshuang Zhang Bing Liu Yingju Wu Kun Luo Zihe Li Mengdong Ma Dongli Yu Lingyu Liu Yufei Gao Zhisheng Zhao Yoshio Kono Ligang Bai Guoyin Shen Wentao Hu Yang Zhang Ralf Riedel Bo Xu Julong He Yongjun Tian 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:1

18Extraordinary high-temperature mechanical properties in binder-free nanopolycrystalline WC ceramic显示文摘From the perspective of high-temperature applications,materials with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties are always desirable.The present work demonstrates that the binder-free nanopolycrystalline WC ceramic with an average grain size of 103 nm obtained by high-pressure and hightemperature sintering exhibits excellent mechanical properties at both room temperature and high temperature up to 1000℃.Specifically,the binder-free nanopolycrystalline WC ceramic still maintains a considerably high Vicker hardness H_(V)of 23.4 GPa at 1000℃,which is only 22%lower than the room temperature H_(V).This outstanding thermo-mechanical stability is superior to that of typical technical ceramics,e.g.SiC,Si_(3)N_(4),Al_(2)O_(3),etc.Nanocrystalline grains with many dislocations,numerous low-energy,highly stableΣ2 grain boundaries,and a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient,are responsible for the observed outstanding high-temperature mechanical properties.Hongfeng Dong Baozhong Li BoBo Liu Yang Zhang Lei Sun Kun Luo Yingju Wu Mengdong Ma Bing Liu Wentao Hu Julong He Dongli Yu Bo Xu Zhisheng Zhao Yongjun Tian 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,2:1

20The improved QV signature scheme based on conic curves over Z_n显示文摘The classical RSA is vulnerable to low private exponent attacks (LPEA) and has homomorphism. KMOV based on elliptic curve En(a,b) over Zn can resist LPEA but still has homomorphism. QV over En(a,b) not only can resist LPEA but also has no homomorphism. However,QV over En(a,b) requires the existence of points whose order is Mn= lcm{#Ep(a,b),#Eq(a,b)}. This requirement is impractical for all general elliptic curves. Besides,the computation over En(a,b) is quite complicated. In this paper,we further study conic curve Cn(a,b) over Zn and its corresponding properties,and advance several key theorems and corollaries for designing digital signature schemes,and point out that Cn(a,b) always has some points whose order is Mn= lcm{#Ep(a,b),#Eq(a,b)}. Thereby we present an improved QV signature over Cn(a,b),which inherits the property of non-homomorphism and can resist the Wiener attack. Furthermore,under the same security requirements,the improved QV scheme is easier than that over En(a,b),with respect plaintext embedding,inverse elements computation,points computation and points' order calculation.
