1Changes of soil microbial communities during decomposition of straw residues under different land uses显示文摘Monitoring soil microbial communities can lead to better understanding of the transformation processes of organic carbon in soil. The present study investigated the changes of soil microbial communities during straw decomposition in three fields, i.e., cropland, peach orchard and vineyard. Straw decomposition was monitored for 360 d using a mesh-bag method. Soil microbial metabolic activity and functional diversity were measured using the Biolog-Eco system. In all three fields, dried straws with a smaller size decomposed faster than their fresh counterparts that had a larger size. Dried corn straw decomposed slower than dried soybean straw in the early and middle stages, while the reverse trend was found in the late stage. The cropland showed the highest increase in microbial metabolic activity during the straw decomposition, whereas the peach orchard showed the lowest. There was no significant change in the species dominance or evenness of soil microbial communities during the straw decomposition. However, the species richness fluctuated significantly, with the peach orchard showing the highest richness and the cropland the lowest. With different carbon sources, the peach orchard utilised carbon the most, followed by the cropland and the vineyard. In all three fields, carbon was utilized in following decreasing order: saccharides>amino acids>polymers>polyamines>carboxylic acids>aromatic compounds. In terms of carbon-source utilization, soil microbial communities in the peach orchard were less stable than those in the cropland. The metabolic activity and species dominance of soil microbial communities were negatively correlated with the straw residual percentage. Refractory components were primarily accumulated in the late stages, thus slowing down the straw decomposition. The results showed that dried and crushed corn straw was better for application in long-term fields. 3High-performance microwave absorption enabled by Co_(3)O_(4) modified VB-group laminated VS_(2) with frequency modulation from S-band to Ku-band显示文摘High performance microwave absorption(MA)materials especially those with tunable frequency are highly desirable for telecommunication industries and military camouflage in the information era.Herein,we constructed hierarchical heterostructures based on VB-group laminated vanadium disulfide(VS_(2))nanosheets embedded with cobalt tetroxide(Co_(3)O_(4))nanoparticles.The highly dispersed Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles generate strong electromagnetic coupling networks that could enhance the loss properties of MA materials.Moreover,the interconnected VS_(2)layered network results in dipolar/interfacial polarization,multiple reflection and scattering favorable for the enhanced MA performance.Impressively,the maximum reflection loss of the VS_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)hybrids containing 10%Co_(3)O_(4)can reach 57.96 dB at a thin thickness of 1.57 mm,and the bandwidth with an RL value less than-10 dB is as large as 3.5 GHz.The effective MA band could be adjusted in a range of 15.1 GHz(2.9-18 GHz)from S to Ku bands by the increase in thickness from 1.2 mm to 5.5 mm.The results show that the synergistic effect of multiple loss mechanisms and good impedance matching could be the reasons for strong MA capability in nearly all frequency bands,and thus,the high-performance and lightweight MA materials could be developed by the VS_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)hybrids.Zehao Huang Junye Cheng Huibin Zhang Yingfei Xiong Zhanxin Zhou Qingbin Zheng Guangping Zheng Deqing Zhang Maosheng Cao 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,12:6
4Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome patterns and Qi-regulating,chest-relaxing and blood-activating therapy on cardiac syndrome X显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To master the syndrome patterns characteristics and explore the effective therapy methods ofTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) for cardiac syndrome X(CSX).METHODS:The TCM syndrome characteristics were mastered and the TCM intervention programs were determined by clinical investigations for TCM syndrome patterns characteristics of CSX patients.Then,the clinical efficacy studies on TCM intervention for CSX were carried out through randomized controlled trials.RESULTS:CSX is a clinical syndrome with the main manifestations of chest pain and chest stuffiness,and Qi stagnation,phlegm retention and blood stasis are the basic symptoms of CSX.As a result,the Qi-regulating,chest-relaxing and blood-activating therapy integrated with some Western Medicines was adopted for treatment.The effect of Qi-regulating,chest-relaxing and blood-activating therapy can reduce the frequency and degree of angina,improve the symptoms and exercise the tolerance of patients,inhibit the inflammatory response of vascular walls and protect the function of vascular endothelial cells,which is better than that of the simple and conventionalWestern Medicine alone.CONCLUSION:A good effect was achieved in the integration of Chinese and Western Medicines for CSX.The therapy is worthy to be applied further in clinical practice.On the other hand,more long-term and randomised controlled studies with large samples are still required to further determine the clinical efficacy and safety of the therapy.Yingfei Bi Jingyuan Mao Xianliang Wang Yongbin Ge Henghe Wang Zhenpeng Zhang 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:6

8Spatiotemporal distribution of fish eggs and larvae in the Huanghe(Yellow) River estuary, China in 2005–2016显示文摘Decreasing fish resources in estuaries is a subject of anthropogenic activities. Studies of the spatiotemporal distribution of fish eggs and larvae can help identify the status and processes underlying recruitment in a fishery. As the fifth largest river estuary in the world, the Huanghe (Yellow) River estuary (HRE) is a typical estuary that has been seriously aff ected by human activities. Annual surveys on ichthyoplankton and environmental factors were conducted in the months of May of 2005 and 2009-2016 in the HRE to investigate the spatiotemporal distribution of fish eggs and larvae and the associated infl uencing factors. A total of 23 and 20 species of eggs and larvae, respectively, were collected. The dominant orders were Perciformes (51.2%) and Clupeiformes (25.6%). The average number of fish species eggs and larvae were 6.0 and 4.1 in average abundance of 0.91 and 0.13 ind./m^3 , respectively. The dominant species were mainly low-commercial-value small-sized fishes, such as Clupanodon punctatus , Harengula zunasi, and Acanthogobius, whereas certain traditional commercial fishes, such as Trichiurus lepturus , and Clupea pallasii, were not seen. Analysis of the fish egg and larval community revealed four temporal assemblages and two spatial assemblages. Salinity was the main factor on the spatial distribution of ichthyoplankton communities, the species number and Shannon-Weiner diversity index (H′) of the fish egg and larval community near the river mouth with lower salinity were signifi cantly lower than the community far away from the river mouth with higher salinity. In addition, increases of water temperature promoted the number and abundance of fish species eggs, and the areas of abundant prey tended to have a more diversified and abundant of ichthyoplankton species. 9Modification of NiCoCrAlY with Pt: Part Ⅰ. Effect of Pt depositing location and cyclic oxidation performance显示文摘Pt layers of 5 μm in thickness were electroplated before or after depositing NiCoCrAlY coating by arc ion plating(AIP) aiming for identifying the effect of Pt enriching position on microstructure and cyclic oxidation behavior of Pt modified NiCoCrAlY coatings. Al-rich zones formed at the same position of Ptrich zones for both modified coatings due to uphill diffusion of Al driven by Pt. Cyclic oxidation tests at 1000 and 1100?C indicated that oxidation resistance of NiCoCrAlY was improved by Pt modification via different mechanisms: at surface, Pt-rich zone promoted selective oxidation of Al to form α-Al_2O_3,whilst at coating/substrate interface Pt-rich zone acted as effective diffusion barrier for titanium. 12Exploring facile strategies for high-oxidation-state metal nitride synthesis: carbonate-assisted one-step synthesis of Ta_3N_5 films for solar water splitting显示文摘Metal nitrides are widely studied due to their outstanding physical properties, including high hardness,high thermal and chemical stability, low electrical resistivity etc. Generally, metal nitrides can be obtained from the direct reaction of metal and ammonia/nitrogen. However, some of the metal nitrides,such as Ta_3N_5, cannot be synthesized by direct nitridation of metals. To achieve Ta_3N_5, high-oxidationstate Ta precursors like Ta_2O_5, NaTaO_3, TaS_3, K_6Ta_(10.8)O_(30), Ta(N(CH_3)_2)_5 and TaCl_5 have to be employed,which is a time-consuming and laborious process with the possibility of introducing undesirable impurities. Here taking Ta_3N_5 as an example, a facile carbonate-assisted one-step nitridation method is proposed, which enables the direct synthesis of high-oxidation-state metal nitride films from metal precursors under ammonia flow. The mechanism of the nitridation process has been studied, which carbon dioxide released from carbonates decomposition reacts with metallic Ta and assists the one-step conversion of metallic Ta to Ta_3N_5. The as-prepared Ta_3N_5 film, after modified with NiFe layered double hydroxide, exhibits promising water splitting performance and stability. 13A manual inspection of Defects4J bugs and its implications for automatic program repair显示文摘Automatic program repair techniques, which target to generate correct patches for real-world defects automatically, have gained a lot of attention in the last decade. Many different techniques and tools have been proposed and developed. However, even the most sophisticated automatic program repair techniques can only repair a small portion of defects while producing a large number of incorrect patches.A possible reason for the low performance is the test suites of real-world programs are usually too weak to guarantee the behavior of a program. To understand to what extent defects can be fixed with exiting test suites, we manually analyzed 50 real-world defects from Defects4J, where a large portion(i.e., 82%) of them were correctly fixed. This result suggests that there is much room for the current automatic program repair techniques to improve. Furthermore, we summarized seven fault localization and seven patch generation strategies that are useful in localizing and fixing these defects, and compared those strategies with current techniques. 14Reactive Inorganic Vapor Deposition of Perovskite Oxynitride Films for Solar Energy Conversion显示文摘The synthesis of perovskite oxynitrides,which are promising photoanode candidates for solar energy conversion,is normally accomplished by high-temperature ammonolysis of oxides and carbonate precursors,thus making the deposition of their planar films onto conductive substrates challenging.Here,we proposed a facile strategy to prepare a series of perovskite oxynitride films.Taking SrTaO_(2)N as a prototype,we prepared SrTaO_(2)N films on Ta foils under NH_(3) flow by utilizing the vaporized SrCl_(2)/SrCO_(3) eutectic salt.The SrTaO_(2)N films exhibit solar water-splitting photocurrents of 3.0 mA cm^(-2) at 1.23 V vs.RHE(reversible hydrogen electrode),which increases by 270%compared to the highest photocurrent(1.1 mA cm^(-2) at 1.23 V vs.RHE)of SrTaO_(2)N reported in the literature.This strategy may also be applied to directly prepare a series of perovskite oxynitride films on conductive substrates such as ATaO_(2)N(A=Ca,Ba)and ANbO_(2)N(A=Sr,Ba).Tao Fang Huiting Huang Jianyong Feng Yingfei Hu Qinfeng Qian Shicheng Yan Zhentao Yu Zhaosheng Li Zhigang Zou 2019Research2019,,1:2

16Tool wear during high speed turning in situ TiC_p/TiB_w hybrid reinforced Ti-6Al-4V matrix composite显示文摘Chipping, adhesive wear, abrasive wear and crater wear are prevalent for both the polycrystalline diamond(PCD) and the carbide tools during high speed turning of TiC_p/TiB_w hybrid reinforced Ti-6Al-4V(TC4) matrix composite(TMCs). The combined effects of abrasive wear and diffusion wear caused the big crater on PCD and carbide tool rake face. Compared to the PCD, bigger size of crater was found on the carbide tool due to much higher cutting temperature and the violent chemical reaction between the Ti element in the workpiece and the WC in the tool.However, the marks of the abrasive wear looked much slighter or even could not be observed on the carbide tool especially when low levels of cutting parameters were used, which attributes to much lower hardness and smaller size of WC combined with more significant chemical degradation of carbide. When cutting TC4 using PCD tool, notch wear was the most significant wear pattern which was not found when cutting the TMCs. However, chipping, adhesive wear and crater wear were much milder when compared to the cutting of titanium matrix composite. 17DIV: Dynamic Integrity Validation Framework for Detecting Compromises on Virtual Machine Based Cloud Services in Real Time显示文摘with the increasing popularity of cloud services,attacks on the cloud infrastructure also increase dramatically.Especially,how to monitor the integrity of cloud execution environments is still a difficult task.In this paper,a real-time dynamic integrity validation(DIV) framework is proposed to monitor the integrity of virtual machine based execution environments in the cloud.DIV can detect the integrity of the whole architecture stack from the cloud servers up to the VM OS by extending the current trusted chain into virtual machine's architecture stack.DIV introduces a trusted third party(TTP) to collect the integrity information and detect remotely the integrity violations on VMs periodically to avoid the heavy involvement of cloud tenants and unnecessary information leakage of the cloud providers.To evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of DIV framework,a prototype on KVM/QEMU is implemented,and extensive analysis and experimental evaluation are performed.Experimental results show that the DIV can efficiently validate the integrity of files and loaded programs in real-time,with minor performance overhead.WANG Chunlu LIU Chuanyi LIU Bin DONG Yingfei 2014China Communications2014,11,8:2

19Effects of NPY Gene on Total Number of Eggs at 300 Days of Age in Donglan Black-bone Chicken显示文摘In this study,PCR-RFLP technique was employed to detect the genetic polymorphism of NPY gene and analyze the effects of various genotypes on the total number of eggs at 300 days of age in 135 Donglan black-bone chicken. According to the results,there were three genotypes( AA,AB and BB) of NPY gene in Donglan black-bone chicken group. Different genotypes exhibited significant effects( P < 0. 05) on the total number of eggs at 300 days of age. The total number of eggs at 300 days of age of AA genotype was significantly higher than that of BB genotype( P < 0. 05). 20The study of the adductor muscle-shell interface structure in three Mollusc species显示文摘The adductor muscle scar(AMS) is the fixation point of adductor muscle to the shell. It is an important organicinorganic interface and stress distribution area. Despite recent advances, our understanding of the structure and composition of the AMS remain limited. Here, we report study on the AMS of three bivalves: Mytilus coruscus,Chlamys farreri and Ruditapes philippinarum. Results showed that there were significant differences among their AMS structures. Both M. coruscus and C. farreri were found to have a columnar layer above the nacreous platelet shell structure at the AMS and this layer was more organized in M. coruscus. There was no distinguishable twolayer structure in R. philippinarum. Atomic force microscopy(AFM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) results showed that the AMS was much smoother than the nacreous inner shell in all the three species and the AMS had minor different compositions from the nacreous shell layer. SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl-sulfate polyacrylamide gel electophoresis) study of the proteins isolated from the interface indicated that there was a 70 k Da protein which seemed to be specifically located to the highly organized columnar AMS structure in Mytilus coruscus.
