| 1 | Discovery of mitochondrial chimeric-gene associated with cytoplasmic male sterility of HL-rice显示文摘The mitochondrial genome libraries of HL-type sterile line(A) and maintainer line(B) have been constructed. Mitochondrial gene, atp6, was used to screen libraries, due to the different Southern and Northern blot results between sterile and maintainer line. Sequencing analysis of positive clones proved that there were two copies of atp6 gene in sterile line and only one in maintainer line. One copy of atpt6 in sterile line was same to that in maintainer line; the other showed different flanking sequence from the 49th nucleotide downstream of the termination codon of atp6 gene. A new chimeric gene, orfH79, was found in the region. | 3 | The editing sites in transcripts of functional genes of rice mitochondria显示文摘RNA editing exists extensively in the higher plant mitochondria, and is a required step for forming functional proteins. There may be some relationship between RNA editing and cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), a kind of phenomenon that is attributed to mitochondrial genome mutations. The research materials used are the gametophytic male sterility line (A), maintainer line (B) and F1 hybrid (F1) of HL-type CMS rice. cDNAs and DNAs of atp6 and coxII have been obtained from A, B and F1 by PCR and RT-PCR. Comparing sequences of cDNAs and DNAs, 18 and 15 editing sites were found respectively in the transcripts of atp6 and coxll. A, B and F1 shared the same editing sites. | 11 | Positron emission tomography detector performance with different crystal pitches显示文摘Aims:In this work,we evaluated the performance of three pitches positron emission tomography(PET)detectors for building a high-resolution small-animal PET imaging experimental platform.Methods:The evaluation of PET detectors includes twodimensional crystal identification,energy resolution,and crystal look-up table.The nuclear instrumentation module and PXI data acquisition(DAQ)system were both used to obtain flood images.The energy spectrum of the Na-22 source was measured.PET detectors of 2.0 and 1.6 mm pitches used in our present experiment were composed of lutetium yttrium oxyorthosilicate(LYSO)crystals directly coupled to position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes(PSPMTs).The 1.3-mm pitch detector comprises a LYSO crystal,a tapered light-guide,and a PSPMT.The crystal sizes of the detectors were a 10×10 array of 2.0×2.0×10 mm^(3) crystals,a 10×10 array of 1.6×1.6×10 mm^(3) crystals,and an 18×18 array of 1.3×1.3×10 mm^(3) crystals,respectively.Due to the lower sampling frequency of the DAQ system,a spline interpolation algorithm was introduced in the signal waveform to reconstruct the peak values.Results:The experimental results indicated that all three PET detector crystals could be clearly identified.A detailed analysis demonstrated that the key characteristic full width at half maximum(FWHM)values of the crystals profile could reach 0.46±0.03,0.32±0.03,and 0.21±0.02 mm,while the crystal average energy resolutions were 16.8%±1.76%,20.1%±2.24%,and 31.5%±3.76%,which correspond to pitches of 2.0-,1.6-,and 1.3-mm,respectively.Conclusions:The PET detector modules of LYSO crystal arrays could be potentially used in the small-animal PET imaging applications and are promising to achieve submillimeter PET images. | LinGe Tong YaMing Fan Ming Dong Liang Zhao ZhongXing Li YingGuo Li TianQuan Wang YongZhi Yin XiMeng Chen | 2017 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2017，1，2： | 1 |
| 12 | Overexpression of OsKTN80a, a katanin P80ortholog, caused the repressed cell elongation and stalled cell division mediated by microtubule apparatus defects in primary root in Oryza sativa显示文摘Katanin, a microtubule‐severing enzyme, consists of two subunits: the catalytic subunit P60, and the regulatory subunit P80. In several species, P80 functions in meiotic spindle organization, the flagella biogenesis, the neuronal development, and the male gamete production. However,the P80 function in higher plants remains elusive. In this study, we found that there are three katanin P80 orthologs(OsKTN80a, OsKTN80b, and OsKTN80c) in Oryza sativa L.Overexpression of OsKTN80a caused the retarded root growth of rice seedlings. Further investigation indicates that the retained root growth was caused by the repressed cell elongation in the elongation zone and the stalled cytokinesis in the division zone in the root tip. The in vivo examination suggests that OsKTN80a acts as a microtubule stabilizer. | 18 | Crystallization and Orientation Modulation Enable Highly Efficient Doctor-Bladed Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘With the rapid rise in perovskite solar cells(PSCs)performance,it is imperative to develop scalable fabrication techniques to accelerate potential commercialization.However,the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of PSCs fabricated via scalable two-step sequential deposition lag far behind the state-of-the-art spin-coated ones.Herein,the additive methylammonium chloride(MACl)is introduced to modulate the crystallization and orientation of a two-step sequential doctorbladed perovskite film in ambient conditions.MACl can significantly improve perovskite film quality and increase grain size and crystallinity,thus decreasing trap density and suppressing nonradiative recombination.Meanwhile,MACl also promotes the preferred face-up orientation of the(100)plane of perovskite film,which is more conducive to the transport and collection of carriers,thereby significantly improving the fill factor.As a result,a champion PCE of 23.14%and excellent longterm stability are achieved for PSCs based on the structure of ITO/SnO_(2)/FA_(1-x)MA_xPb(I_(1-y)Br_y)_3/Spiro-OMeTAD/Ag.The superior PCEs of 21.20%and 17.54%are achieved for 1.03 cm~2 PSC and 10.93 cm~2 mini-module,respectively.These results represent substantial progress in large-scale two-step sequential deposition of high-performance PSCs for practical applications. | Jianhui Chang Erming Feng Hengyue Li Yang Ding Caoyu Long Yuanji Gao Yingguo Yang Chenyi Yi Zijian Zheng Junliang Yang | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023，15，10： | 0 |

| 20 | General modeling and optimization technique for real-world earth observation satellite scheduling显示文摘Over the last two decades,many modeling and optimization techniques have been developed for earth observation satellite(EOS)scheduling problems,but few of them show good generality to be engineered in realworld applications.This study proposes a general modeling and optimization technique for common and real-world EOS scheduling cases;it includes a decoupled framework,a general modeling method,and an easy-to-use algorithm library.In this technique,a framework that decouples the modeling,constraints,and optimization of EOS scheduling problems is built.With this framework,the EOS scheduling problems are appropriately modeled in a general manner,where the executable opportunity,another format of the well-known visible time window per EOS operation,is viewed as a selectable resource to be optimized.On this basis,10 types of optimization algorithms,such as Tabu search and genetic algorithm,and a parallel competitive memetic algorithm,are developed.For simplified EOS scheduling problems,the proposed technique shows better performance in applicability and effectiveness than the state-of-the-art algorithms.In addition,a complicatedly constrained real-world benchmark exampled by a four-EOS Chinese commercial constellation is provided,and the technique is qualified and outperforms the in-use scheduling system by more than 50%. | Feng YAO Yonghao DU Lei LI Lining XING Yingguo CHEN | 2023 | Frontiers of Engineering Management2023，10，4： | 0 |
