1Distributed regression estimation with incomplete data in multi-agent networks显示文摘In this paper, distributed regression estimation problem with incomplete data in a time-varying multi-agent network is investigated. Regression estimation is carried out based on local agent information with incomplete in the non-ignorable mechanism. By virtue of gradient-based design and adaptive filter, a distributed algorithm is proposed to deal with a regression estimation problem with incomplete data. With the help of convex analysis and stochastic approximation techniques, the exact convergence is obtained for the proposed algorithm with incomplete data and a jointly-connected multi-agent topology. Moreover, online regret analysis is also given for real-time learning. Then, simulations for the proposed algorithm are also given to demonstrate how it can solve the estimation problem in a distributed way, even when the network configuration is time-varying.Yinghui WANG Peng LIN Yiguang HONG 2018Science China(Information Sciences)2018,61,9:7

4Promoting Si-graphite composite anodes with SWCNT additives for half and NCM 811 full lithium ion batteries and assessment criteria from an industrial perspective显示文摘Single wall carbon nanotube(SWCNT)additives were formulated into(im-Si-graphite composite electrodes and tested in both half cells and full cells with high nickel cathodes.The critical role of small amount of SWCNT addition(0.2 wt%)was found for significantly improving delithiation capacity,first cycle coulombic efficiency(FCE),and capacity retention.Particularly,Si(10 wt%)-graphite electrode exhibits 560 mAh/g delithiation capacity and 92%FCE at 0.2 C during the first chargedischarge cycle,and 91%capacity retention after 50 cycles(0.5 C)in a half cell.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to illustrate the electrode morphology,compositions and promoting function of the SWCNT additives.In addition,full cells assembled with high nickel-NCM811 cathodes and fim-Si-graphite composite anodes were evaluated for the consistence between half and full cell performance,and the consideration for potential commercial application.Finally,criteria to assess Si-containing anodes are proposed and discussed from an industrial perspective.Jingning SHAN Xiaofang YANG Chao YAN Lin CHEN Fang ZHAO Yiguang JU 2019Frontiers in Energy2019,13,4:1

83D printing-based drug-loaded implanted prosthesis to prevent breast cancer recurrence post-conserving surgery显示文摘Systemic chemotherapy of breast cancer is commonly delivered as a large dose and has toxic side effects.Local chemotherapy would overcome the shortcomings of systemic reconstruction and could play an important role in breast cancer surgery according to personalized demand.The application of three-dimensional(3D)printing technology makes personalized customization possible.We designed and prepared a prosthesis containing paclitaxel(PTX)and doxorubicin(DOX)microspheres(PPDM)based on 3D printing to prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis after breast conserving surgery.Polydimethysiloxane has good biocompatibility and was used as a drug carrier in this study.The average particle size of the PTX and DOX microspheres were approximately 3.1μm and 2.2μm,respectively.The drug loading of PTX and DOX microspheres was 4.2% and 2.1%,respectively.In vitro drug release studies demonstrated that the 3D-printed prosthesis loaded with PTX and DOXmicrospheres could release the drugs continuously for more than 3 weeks and thereby suppress cancer recurrence with reduced side effects.The PTX and DOX microspheres not only exerted a synergistic effect,but also achieved a good sustained release effect.In vivo evaluation showed that the PPDM could effectively inhibit breast cancer recurrence andmetastasis inmice with breast cancer.PPDM are expected to achieve postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer and be highly efficient to prevent local breast cancer recurrence and metastasis.Wenyan Hao Zengjuan Zheng Lin Zhu Lulu Pang JinqiuMa Siqing Zhu Lina Du Yiguang Jin 2021Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,1:0
9High-throughput investigations of configurational-transformation-dominated serrations in CuZr/Cu nanolaminates显示文摘Metallic amorphous/crystalline(A/C)nanolaminates exhibit excellent ductility while retaining their high strength.However,the underlying physical mechanisms and the resultant structural changes during plastic deformation still remain unclear.In the present work,the structure-property relationship of CuZr/Cu A/C nanolaminates is established through integrated high-throughput micro-compression tests and molecular dynamics simulations together with high-resolution transmission electron microcopy.The serrated flow of nanolaminates results from the formation of hexagonal-close-packed(HCP)-type stacking faults and twins inside the face-centered-cubic(FCC)Cu nano-grains,the body-centered-cubic(BCC)-type ordering at their grain boundaries,and the crystallization of the amorphous CuZr layers.The serration behavior of CuZr/Cu A/C nanolaminates is determined by several factors,including the formation of dense dislocation networks from the multiplication of initial dislocations that formed after yielding,weak-spots-related configurational-transitions and shear-transition-zone activities,and deformation-induced devitrification.The present work provides an insight into the heterogeneous deformation mechanism of A/C nanolaminates at the atomic scale,and mechanistic base for the microstructural design of self-toughening metallic-glass(MG)-based composites and A/C nanolaminates.William Yi Wang Bin Gana Deye Lin Jun Wang Yiguang Wang Bin Tang Hongchao Kou Shunli Shang Yi Wang Xingyu Gao Haifeng Song Xidong Hui Laszlo J.Kecskes Zhenhai Xia Karin A.Dahmen Peter K.Liaw Jinshan Lia Zi-Kui Liu 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,52,18:0
