1The crucial role of lysine in the hepatic metabolism of growing Holstein dairy heifers as revealed by LC-MS-based untargeted metabolomics显示文摘The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of supplementing rumen-protected Lys based on a Lys-deficient diet on liver metabolism in growing Holstein heifers.The experiment was conducted for 3 months with 36 Holstein heifers(initial body weight:200±9.0 kg;7-month-old).Heifers were randomly assigned to 2 diets based on corn,soybean meal,alfalfa hay,and wheat bran:control,Lysdeficient diet(LD;0.66%Lys in diet),and Lys-adequate diet(LA;1.00%Lys in diet).The results showed no difference in growth performance between the 2 groups(P>0.05).However,there was a clear trend of increasing feed conversion rate with Lys supplementation(0.05Fanlin Kong Yuan Li Qiyu Diao Yanliang Bi Yan Tu 2021Animal Nutrition2021,,4:1
2WGI-Net:A weighted group integration network for RGB-D salient object detection显示文摘Salient object detection is used as a preprocess in many computer vision tasks(such as salient object segmentation,video salient object detection,etc.).When performing salient object detection,depth information can provide clues to the location of target objects,so effective fusion of RGB and depth feature information is important.In this paper,we propose a new feature information aggregation approach,weighted group integration(WGI),to effectively integrate RGB and depth feature information.We use a dual-branch structure to slice the input RGB image and depth map separately and then merge the results separately by concatenation.As grouped features may lose global information about the target object,we also make use of the idea of residual learning,taking the features captured by the original fusion method as supplementary information to ensure both accuracy and completeness of the fused information.Experiments on five datasets show that our model performs better than typical existing approaches for four evaluation metrics.Yanliang Ge Cong Zhang Kang Wang Ziqi Liu Hongbo Bi 2021Computational Visual Media2021,7,1:0
3Synthesis and electrochemical properties of Th-doped LiMn_2O_4 powders for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘To improve the cycle performance of eco-friendly and cost-effective spinel LiMn2O4 as the Li secondary batteries, the Th-doped LiThxMn1-xO4 spinel powers were synthesized by solid-state method. The starting materials, Li2CO3, MnO2 and Th(NO3)4·4H2O, were mixed uniformly using a traditional ball milling, which resulted in a uniform particle size distribution in the mixed powers. Tests of X-ray diffraction, SEM, impedance spectra and charge-discharge were carried out for LiThxMn1-xO4 cathode materials. Results show that the synthesized LiTh0.01Mn1.99O4 material exhibits standard spinel structure, regular particle morphology and excellent property of charge-discharge for big current. The capacity retention of the material modified by doping Th is more than 85.1% of the first discharge specific capacity of 111.5 mAh·g-1 after 20 cycles at the current rate 1C, while the pristine LiMn2O4 is only 57% of the first discharge specific capacity of 110.2 mAh·g-1 after the same cycles at the same current rate.LI Chao FAN Yanliang LI Shuzhong XIE Bing BI Lei YANG Shuting 2006Rare Metals2006,25,z1:0
