2A multicenter hospital-based diagnosis study of automated breast ultrasound system in detecting breast cancer among Chinese women显示文摘Objective: The automated breast ultrasound system(ABUS) is a potential method for breast cancer detection;however, its diagnostic performance remains unclear. We conducted a hospital-based multicenter diagnostic study to evaluate the clinical performance of the ABUS for breast cancer detection by comparing it to handheld ultrasound(HHUS) and mammography(MG).Methods: Eligible participants underwent HHUS and ABUS testing; women aged 40–69 years additionally underwent MG. Images were interpreted using the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System(BI-RADS).Women in the BI-RADS categories 1–2 were considered negative. Women classified as BI-RADS 3 underwent magnetic resonance imaging to distinguish true-and false-negative results. Core aspiration or surgical biopsy was performed in women classified as BI-RADS 4–5, followed by a pathological diagnosis. Kappa values and agreement rates were calculated between ABUS, HHUS and MG.Results: A total of 1,973 women were included in the final analysis. Of these, 1,353(68.6%) and 620(31.4%)were classified as BI-RADS categories 1–3 and 4–5, respectively. In the older age group, the agreement rate and Kappa value between the ABUS and HHUS were 94.0% and 0.860(P<0.001), respectively; they were 89.2% and0.735(P<0.001) between the ABUS and MG, respectively. Regarding consistency between imaging and pathology results, 78.6% of women classified as BI-RADS 4–5 based on the ABUS were diagnosed with precancerous lesions or cancer; which was 7.2% higher than that of women based on HHUS. For BI-RADS 1–2, the false-negative rates of the ABUS and HHUS were almost identical and were much lower than those of MG.Conclusions: We observed a good diagnostic reliability for the ABUS. 4Land cover mapping using time series HJ-1 / CCD data显示文摘It is very difficult to have remote sensing data with both high spatial resolution and high temporal frequency; thus, two categories of land-use mapping methodology have been developed separately for coarser resolution and finer resolution data. The first category uses time series of data to retrieve the variation of land surface for classification, which are usually used for coarser resolution data with high temporal frequency. The second category uses fine spatial resolution data to classify different land surface. With the launch of Chinese satellite constellation HJ-1in 2008, four 30 m spatial resolution CCDs with about 360 km coverage for each one onboard two satellites made a revisit period of two days, which brought a new type of data with both high spatial resolution and high temporal frequency. Therefore, by taking the spatiotemporal advantage of HJ-1/CCD data we propose a new method for finer resolution land cover mapping using the time series HJ-1/CCD data, which can greatly improve the land cover mapping accuracy. 5Promoting ring-opening efficiency for suppressing toxic intermediates during photocatalytic toluene degradation via surface oxygen vacancies显示文摘Aromatic ring-opening process is well recognized as the rate-determining step for catalytic toluene degradation. In photocatalytic toluene degradation, the toxic intermediates w让h harmful effects may be generated. To clarify the precise reaction mechanism and control the toxic intermediates generation, a closely combined in situ DRIFTS and DFT calculation is utilized to address these important issues. We construct the BiOCl w让h oxygen vacancies (OVs) and reveal the structure of OVs. The defect level caused by oxygen vacancies could promote the light adsorption and charge separation, which further boosts the activation of ring-opening species and enhances the generation process of free radicals. The reaction energy barriers of four possible ring-opening processes on defective BiOCl (OVBOC) are all declined in comparison with perfect BiOCl (BOC). The existence of oxygen vacancies could smooth the ratedetermining step so the ring-opening efficiency of photocatalytic toluene degradation is highly increased. Most importantly, the methyl species would be further oxidized and tend to open the benzene-ring at benzoic acid on BOC while the ring would be broken at the benzyl alcohol on OVBOC. These results indicate that the toluene degradation pathway is shortened via the surface OVs, which enables the production of radicals with high oxidation capability for the accelerated chain scission of the ring-opening intermediates. Finally, the efficiency of the key ring-opening process could be enormously improved and toxic intermediates are effectively restrained. 7Highly enhanced visible-light photocatalytic NOx purification and conversion pathway on self-structurally modified g-C-3N4 nanosheets显示文摘The unmodified graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_3N_4) suffers from low photocatalytic activity because of the unfavourable structure.In the present work,we reported a simple self-structural modification strategy to optimize the microstructure of g-C_3N_4 and obtained graphene-like g-C_3N_4 nanosheets with porous structure.In contrast to traditional thermal pyrolysis preparation of g-C_3N_4,the present thermal condensation was improved via pyrolysis of thiourea in an alumina crucible without a cover,followed by secondary heat treatment.The popcorn-like formation and layer-by-layer thermal exfoliation of graphene-like porous g-C_3N_4 was proposed to explain the formation mechanism.The photocatalytic removal performance of both NO and NO_2 with the graphene-like porous g-C_3N_4 for was significantly enhanced by selfstructural modification.Trapping experiments and in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS) measurement were conducted to detect the active species during photocatalysis and the conversion pathway of g-C_3N_4 photocatalysis for NO_x purification was revealed.The photocatalytic activity of graphene-like porous g-C_3N_4 was highly enhanced due to the improved charge separation and increased oxidation capacity of the ·O_2^- radicals and holes.This work could not only provide a novel self-structural modification for design of highly efficient photocatalysts,but also offer new insights into the mechanistic understanding of g-C_3N_4 photocatalysis.Yuhan Li Yanjuan Sun Wingkei Ho Yuxin Zhang Hongwei Huang Qiang Cai Fan Dong 2018Science Bulletin2018,63,10:7

11NIR-triggered thermo-responsive biodegradable hydrogel with combination of photothermal and thermodynamic therapy for hypoxic tumor显示文摘Hypoxia is a typical feature of solid tumors,which highly limits the application of the oxygen-dependent therapy.Also,the dense and hyperbaric tumor tissues impede the penetration of nanoparticles into the deep tumor.Thereby,we designed a novel localized injectable hydrogel combining the photothermal therapy(PTT)and the thermodynamic therapy(TDT),which is based on the generation of free radicals even in the absence of oxygen for hypoxic tumor therapy.In our study,gold nanorods(Au NRs)and 2,2-Azobis[2-(2-imidazalin-2-yl)propane]dihydrochlaride(AIPH)were incorporated into the hydrogel networks,which were formed by the copolymerization of hydrophobic N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM)and hydrophilic glycidyl methacrylate modified hyaluronic acid(HAGMA)to fabricate an injectable and near-infrared(NIR)responsive hydrogel.The crosslinked in situ forming hydrogel could not only realize PTT upon the NIR laser irradiation,but also generate free radicals even in hypoxic condition.Meanwhile the shrink of hydrogels upon thermal could accelerate the generation of free radicals to further damage the tumors,achieving the controlled drug release on demand.The designed hydrogel with a sufficient loading capacity,excellent biocompatibility and negligible systemic toxicity could serve as a long-acting implant for NIR-triggered thermo-responsive free radical generation.The in vitro cytotoxicity result and the in vivo antitumor activity illustrated the excellent therapeutic effect of hydrogels even in the absence of oxygen.Therefore,this innovative oxygen-independent platform combining the antitumor effects of PTT and TDT would bring a new insight into hypoxic tumor therapy by the application of alkyl free radical.Xiaoqi Sun Di Liu Xiaoyu Xu Yifeng Shen Yanjuan Huang Zishan Zeng Meng Xia Chunshun Zhao 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,6:5

14Effect of the injection pressure and orifice diameter on the spray characteristics of biodiesel显示文摘The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the injection pressure and orifice diameter on the spray characteristics of soybean biodiesel.The macroscopic spray characteristics of the spray tip penetration(STP)and spray cone angle(SCA)were tested with a high-speed camera system.The microscopic spray characteristics,such as the statistical size distribution,Sauter mean diameter(SMD),representative diameters and dispersion boundary,were obtained using a Malvern laser particle size analyzer(PSA).The test results showed that with an increasing injection pressure,the STP and the SCA of the biodiesel increased,but the curves of size-volume distribution and cumulative volume distribution of the atomized droplets shifted to smaller diameters.The SMD and representative diameters decreased,and the dispersion boundary was reduced.Moreover,with a decreasing orifice diameter,longer STP and smaller SCA values were observed.Similarly,the size distribution curves of the atomized biodiesel droplets shifted to smaller diameters.The SMD and representative diameters were reduced,and the relative size range of the atomized biodiesel droplets was enlarged.Higher injection pressures and smaller orifice diameters improved the biodiesel atomization;however,the smaller orifice diameters caused an inhomogeneous size distribution of the atomized biodiesel droplets.Limin Geng Yanjuan Wang Yueying Wang Huimei Li 2020Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2020,7,3:4
15Ferritin as a diagnostic, differential diagnostic, and prognostic marker for immune-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:Distinguishing immune-related adverse events(irAEs)caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)from the AEs caused by chemotherapy,targeted therapy,or infection is highly difficult.This study offers new insights into evaluating the diagnosis,differential diagnostic,and prognostic value of ferritin for irAEs induced by ICIs.Methods:From December 1,2018,to April 1,2019,we examined 318 patients with malignant tumors who received serum ferritin monitoring.The cohort comprised 231 patients treated with PD-1 inhibitor or combination with chemotherapy,and 87 patients treated with chemotherapy.Of the 231 patients,90 had irAEs(irAE group),70 had non-irAEs(non-irAE group),67 had no AEs(no irAE-non irAE group),and 4 had unclassified AEs.In the 87 patients,60 had AEs(AE group),and 27 had no AEs(no AE group).Statistical analyses were conducted with nonparametric Mann-Whitney tests.Results:At the onset of AEs in the irAE group,ferritin(normal range,35–150μg/L)rose to a median of 927μg/L(range,117–17,825μg/L)from 86μg/L at baseline(range,29–421μg/L)(P<0.001).Ferritin levels at the onset of AEs in the irAE group were significantly higher than those in the non-irAE group(median,81μg/L;range,32–478μg/L)(P<0.001)and the AE group(median,103μg/L;range,23–712μg/L)(P<0.001).After treatment in the irAE group,ferritin continuously decreased to a normal range in recovered patients,showed no significant changes in stable patients,and continued to rise in patients who died.Conclusions:Ferritin can be used as a diagnostic,differential diagnostic,and prognostic marker for irAEs in patients treated with ICIs.Weihong Zhang Yuan Meng Lin Yang Meng Shen Li Zhou Runmei Li Yang Wang Weijiao Du Yanjuan Xiong Ying Han Xinwei Zhang Liang Liu Xiubao Ren 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4
16Algorithm for Calculating Torque Base in Vehicle Traction Control System显示文摘Existing research on the traction control system(TCS) mainly focuses on control methods, such as the PID control, fuzzy logic control, etc, aiming at achieving an ideal slip rate of the drive wheel over long control periods. The initial output of the TCS (referred to as the torque base in this paper), which has a great impact on the driving performance of the vehicle in early cycles, remains to be investigated. In order to improve the control performance of the TCS in the first several cycles, an algorithm is proposed to determine the torque base. First, torque bases are calculated by two different methods, one based on states judgment and the other based on the vehicle dynamics. The confidence level of the torque base calculated based on the vehicle dynamics is also obtained. The final torque base is then determined based on the two torque bases and the confidence level. Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation and vehicle tests emulating sudden start on low friction roads have been conducted to verify the proposed algorithm. The control performance of a PID-controlled TCS with and without the proposed torque base algorithm is compared, showing that the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the TCS over the first several cycles and enhances about 5% vehicle speed by contrast. 17Enhancing through-plane thermal conductivity of fluoropolymer composite by developing in situ nano-urethane linkage at graphene–graphene interface显示文摘Attributed to the intense development and complexity in electronic devices,energy dissipation is becoming more essential nowadays.The carbonaceous materials particularly graphene(Gr)-based thermal interface materials(TIMs)are exceptional in heat management.However,because of the anisotropic behavior of Gr in composites,the TIMs having outstanding through-plane thermal conductivity(┴TC)are needed to fulfill the upcoming innovation in numerous devices.In order to achieve this,herein,nano-urethane linkage-based modified Gr and carbon fibers architecture termed as nanourethane linkage(NUL)-Gr/carbon fibers(CFs)is fabricated.Wherein,toluene diisocyanate is utilized to develop a novel but simple NUL to shape a new interface between graphene sheets.Interestingly,the prepared composite of NUL-Gr/CFs with polyvinylidene fluoride matrix shows outstanding performance in heat management.Owing to the unique structure of NUL-Gr/CFs,an unprecedented value of┴TC(~7.96 W·m^–1·K^–1)is achieved at a low filler fraction of 13.8 wt.%which translates into an improvement of^3,980%of pristine polymer.The achieved outcomes elucidate the significance of the covalent interaction between graphene sheets as well as strong bonding among graphene and matrix in the composites and manifest the potential of proposed NUL-Gr/CFs architecture for practical applications.Muhammad Maqbool Haichang Guo Akbar Bashir Ali Usman Adeel YAbid Guansong He Yanjuan Ren Zeeshan Ali Shulin Bai 2020Nano Research2020,13,10:3
18Inhibition of the toxic byproduct during photocatalytic NO oxidation via La doping in ZnO显示文摘It is of a great challenge to develop semiconductor photocatalysts with potential possibilities to simultaneously enhance photocatalytic efficiency and inhibit generation of toxic intermediates.In this study,we developed a facile method to induce the La doping and cationic vacancie(V(Zn))on ZnO for the highly efficient complete NO oxidation.The photocatalytic NO removal efficiency increases from 36.2%to 53,6%.Most importantly,a significant suppressed NO2 production also has been realized.According to the DFT calculations,ESR spectra and in situ FTIR spectra,the introduction of La^3+induce the redistribution of charge carriers in La-ZnO,which promote the production of·O2^- and lead to the formation of V(Zn)for the formation of·OH,contributing to the complete oxidation of NO to nitrate.Besides,the conversion pathway of photocatalytic NO oxidation has been elaborated,This work paves a new way to simultaneously realize the photocatalytic pollutants removal and the inhibition of toxic intermediates generation for efficient and safe air purification.Chaowei Yuan Wen Cui Yanjuan Sun Jiadong Wang Ruimin Chen Jin Zhang Yuxin Zhang Fan Dong 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,3:3
