1Study on Energy Law of Similitude for Laser Propulsion in Repetitively-pulsed Mode显示文摘激光推进的能量相似律,指确定的激光能量有与之相对应的最佳喷管尺寸,使得冲量耦合系数最大且不变的规律。用入射的激光能量、喷管几何参数和环境气体参数构造了无量纲因子,采用理论分析、实验测量和辐射流体动力学数值模拟相结合的方法,建立了脉冲激光推进的能量相似律。三种研究方法得到的定性规律之间相互印证,揭示的能量相似律合理可信。在此基础上,进一步分析了无量纲因子和能量相似律的物理意义和工程意义。结果表明:冲量耦合系数在无量纲因子0.4附近取得极大值;当无量纲因子固定时,冲量耦合系数几乎不受入射激光能量影响。本文的研究结论和规律性认识,不仅对目前可实现的激光能量范围,可给出优化的喷管尺寸,而且,对以后工程化放大后的激光能量,也能给出可信可靠的喷管优化尺寸。Hong Yanjia Cao Zhengrui Li Qian 2009Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009,22,6:6
2Wideband tunable passively Q-switched fiber laser at 2.8 μm using a broadband carbon nanotube saturable absorber显示文摘We propose and demonstrate a widely tunable passively Q-switched Ho^(3+)∕Pr^(3+)-codoped ZrF_4-BaF_2-LaF_3-AlF_3-NaF fiber laser operating in the 2.8 μm mid-infrared(MIR) waveband based on a single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT) saturable absorber(SA). The SWCNTs have diameters ranging from 1.4 to 1.7 nm. The modulation depth and saturation intensity of the SWCNT SA measured at 2850 nm are 16.5% and 1.66 MW∕cm^2, respectively. Stable Q-switched pulses with the shortest pulse duration of 1.46 μs and the maximum pulse energy of 0.43 μJ are achieved at a launched pump power of 445.6 mW. The combined use of a broadband SWCNT SA and a plane ruled grating ensures a broad continuously tuning range of 55.0 nm from 2837.6 to 2892.6 nm.The output powers, emission spectra, repetition rates, and pulse durations at different tuning wavelengths are also characterized and analyzed. Our results indicate that SWCNTs can be excellent broadband SAs in the 3 μm MIR region. 3Effect on glycemia in rats with type 2 diabetes induced by streptozotocin: low-frequency electro-pulse needling stimulated Weiwanxiashu(EX-B 3) and Zusanli(ST 36)显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of low frequency electro-pulse acupuncture(EA) on blood glucose in rats with streptozotocin-induced type 2diabetes, and the possible mechanism underlying the action.METHODS: Rat models were established with high fat feeding and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ)(30 mg/kg). Rats with a random blood glucose > 16.7 mmol/L and blood glucose at 2 h-point of oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) > 11.1 mmol/L were included as diabetic rats, and randomly divided into model group, EA Weiwanxiashu(EX-B 3) group, EA Zusanli(ST 36)group, glimepiride group, and EA non-acupoint group(n = 12). EA(2 Hz continuous wave, 2 m A,20 min/day, 6 days/week, 4 weeks) and intra-gastric administration of glimepiride were applied as interventions. With fasting blood glucose and OGTT tested at the end of the intervention, thestudy observed the patterns of hypoglycemic effects. For mechanism study, it observes hematoxylin and eosin staining and Masson staining of pancreas paraffin sections, protein expression of glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor(GLP-1R) in the pancreas and skeletal muscle, glucose transporter 4(GLUT4) protein expression in skeletal muscle membrane, to detect whether EA controls blood glucose via regulation of GLP-1R.RESULTS: EA Weiwanxiashu(EX-B 3) significantly increased model rats' pancreas GLP-1R, and GLUT4 of skeletal muscle membrane; the therapy significantly decreased model rats' skeletal muscle GLP-1R, restored pancreas morphology, and reduced fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance indices.CONCLUSION: EA Weiwanxiashu(EX-B 3) alone has significant effect on glycemia. EA Weiwanxiashu(EX-B 3) plus glimepiride further strengthen the effect. 5Harmonic dissipative soliton resonance pulses in a fiber ring laser at different values of anomalous dispersion显示文摘The pulse dynamics of harmonic mode-locking in a dissipative soliton resonance(DSR) region in an erbiumdoped fiber ring laser is investigated at different values of anomalous dispersion. The fiber laser is mode-locked by a nonlinear polarization rotation technique. By inserting 0–200 m anomalous dispersion single-mode fiber in the laser cavity, the cavity length is changed from 17.3 to 217.3 m, and the corresponding dispersion of the cavity ranges from -0.27 to-4.67 ps^2. The observed results show that the tuning range of repetition rate under a harmonic DSR condition is highly influenced by the cavity dispersion. Furthermore, it is found that, by automatically adjusting their harmonic orders, the lasers can work at certain values of repetition rate, which are independent of the cavity length and dispersion. 6Review on the corrosion-promotion activity of graphene and its inhibition显示文摘Graphene films(GFs) and graphene-reinforced nanocomposite coatings(GNCs) have received unprecedented attention for corrosion protection because graphene possesses a remarkable chemical inertness and is completely impermeable to aggressive chemicals. However, the high electric conductivity and positive potential of graphene make graphene-based metal protectors tend to exhibit an undesirable high corrosion-promotion activity(CPA), which is widely known as the phenomenon that graphene connecting with metal accelerates the corrosion of metal substrate by inducing micro-galvanic corrosion at the defect sites of GFs or GNCs in aggressive environments. Therefore, inhibiting the CPA of graphene is currently a key focus for the application of graphene in the field of corrosion protection. 9Porosity,Pore Size Distribution and Chloride Permeability of Shotcrete Modified with Nano Particles at Early Age显示文摘Nano particles have been found to be effective in enhancing many properties of regular concretes. However, there is little information on the effect of nano particles on shotcrete. In fact, if similar positive effect of nano particles can also appear in shotcrete, they will greatly benefit the wide application of shotcrete in more and more repair and strengthening of structures in civil engineering, especially in corrosive environments. In this study, through experiments on 70 specimens, the effects of nano SiO_2, CaCO_3 and Al_2O_3 particles on the early-age porosity, pore size distribution, compressive strength and chloride permeability of shotcrete were investigated.Test results indicated that nano SiO_2 particles significantly increased the compressive strength and chloride penetration resistance; nano Al_2O_3 and CaCO_3 particles had slight enhancing effect on the compressive strength; nano CaCO_3 particles were most effective in promoting the chloride penetration resistance of shotcrete. 13Elucidating electrochemical intercalation mechanisms of biomass-derived hard carbon in sodium-/potassium-ion batteries显示文摘Hard carbon materials are characterized by having rich resources,simple processing technology,and low cost,and they are promising as one of the anode electrodes for commercial applications of sodium-/potassium-ion batteries.Simultaneously,exploring the alkali metal ion storage mechanism is particularly important for designing high-performance electrode materials.However,the structure of hard carbon is more complex,and the description of energy storage behavior is quite controversial.In this study,the Magnolia grandiflora Lima leaf is used as a precursor,combined with simple pyrolysis and impurity removal processes,to obtain biomass-derived hard carbon material(carbonized Magnolia grandiflora Lima leaf[CMGL]).When it is used as an anode for sodium-ion batteries,it exhibits a high specific capacity of 315mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate is 90.0%after 100 cycles.For potassium-ion batteries,the charge specific capacity is 263.5mAh/g,with a capacity retention rate of 85.5%at the same cycling.Furthermore,different electrochemical analysis methods and microstructure characterization techniques were used to further elucidate the sodium/potassium storage mechanism of the material.All the results indicate that the high potential slope region represents the adsorption/desorption characteristics on the surface active sites,whereas the low-potential quasiplateau region belongs to the ion insertion/extraction in the graphitic microcrystallites interlayer.It is noteworthy that potassium ion is randomly intercalated between the graphitic microcrystallite layer without forming a segmented intercalation compound structure.Ziyi Zhu Wentao Zhong Yanjia Zhang Peng Dong Shigang Sun Yingjie Zhang Xue Li 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,4:1

19SH3P2,an SH3 domain-containing protein that interacts with both Pib and AvrPib,suppresses effector-triggered,Pib-mediated immunity in rice显示文摘Plants usually keep resistance(R)proteins in a static state under normal conditions to avoid autoimmunity and save energy for growth,but R proteins can be rapidly activated upon perceiving pathogen invasion.Pib,the first cloned blast disease R gene in rice,encoding a nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat(NLR)protein,mediates resistance to the blast fungal(Magnaporthe oryzae)isolates carrying the avirulence gene AvrPib.However,the molecular mechanisms about how Pib recognizes AvrPib and how it is inactivated and activated remain largely unclear.In this study,through map-based cloning and CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing,we proved that Pib contributes to the blast disease resistance of rice cultivar Yunyin(YY).Furthermore,an SH3 domain-containing protein,SH3P2,was found to associate with Pib mainly at clathrin-coated vesicles in rice cells,via direct binding with the coiled-coil(CC)domain of Pib.Interestingly,overexpression of SH3P2 in YY compromised Pib-mediated resistance to M.oryzae isolates carrying AvrPib and Pib-AvrPib recognition-induced cell death.SH3P2 competitively inhibits the self-association of the Pib CC domain in vitro,suggesting that binding of SH3P2 with Pib undermines its homodimerization.Moreover,SH3P2 can also interact with AvrPib and displays higher affinity to AvrPib than to Pib,which leads to dissociation of SH3P2 from Pib in the presence of AvrPib.Taken together,our results suggest that SH3P2 functions as a“protector”to keep Pib in a static state by direct interaction during normal growth but could be triggered off by the invasion of AvrPib-carrying M.oryzae isolates.Our study reveals a new mechanism about how an NLR protein is inactivated under normal conditions but is activated upon pathogen infection.Yunjie Xie Yupeng Wang Xiangzhen Yu Yuelong Lin Yongsheng Zhu Jinwen Chen Hongguang Xie Qingqing Zhang Lanning Wang Yidong Wei Yanjia Xiao Qiuhua Cai Yanmei Zheng Mo Wang Huaan Xie Jianfu Zhang 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,12:1
