1Relay Selection Scheme for AF System with Partial CSI and Optimal Stopping Theory显示文摘Relay selection for Relay Assisted(RA)networks is an economical and effective method to improve the spectrum efficiency.Relay selection performs especially well when the source node has accurate and timely Channel State Information(CSI).However,since perfect CSI knowledge is rarely available,research of relay selection with partial(statistical)CSI is of paramount importance.In this paper,relay selection for RA networks with statistical CSI is formulated as a Multiple-Decision(MD)problem.And,the cost of obtaining the CSI is also considered in the formulated problem.Two relay selection schemes,Maximal Selection Probability(MSP)and Maximal Spectrum Efficiency Expectation(MSEE),are proposed to solve the formulated MD problem under different optimal criteria assumptions based on the optimal stopping theory.The MSP scheme maximizes the probability that the Best Assisted Relay Candidate(BARC)can be selected,whereas the MSEE scheme provides the maximal expectation of the spectrum efficiency.Experimental results show that the proposed schemes effectively improve the spectrum efficiency,and the MSEE scheme is more suitable for stable communication cases.Meanwhile,the MSP scheme is more suitable for burst communication cases.Rui Zhu Tao Li Jianxin Guo Yangchao Huang 2020Tsinghua Science and Technology2020,25,2:4

11Enhanced capacitive energy storage and dielectric temperature stability of A-site disordered high-entropy perovskite oxides显示文摘In this work,a novel high entropy perovskite oxide(1-x)(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))TiO_(3-x)NaNbO_(3)(abbrevi-ated as(1-x)NBBSCT-x NN,x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,and 0.2)was designed to improve temperature dielectric stability and energy storage performance by combining relaxor and antiferroelectric characteristics.The optimal composition of x=0.2 exhibits a high energy storage density of 3.51 J/cm^(3),together with wide temperature stable stability(■<15%,-70 to 110℃),excellent frequency stability(W rec andηvary by only±2.1%and±5.2%within the range of 1-600 Hz)and fast discharge rate(t_(0.9)=55.2 ns).This is mainly due to the enhancement of relaxation behavior and increase of E b caused by the decrease of grain size.These results offer a new strategy for designing high entropy ceramic materials of high performance in the future.Yating Ning Yongping Pu Chunhui Wu Shiyu Zhou Lei Zhang Jinbo Zhang Xian Zhang Yangchao Shang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,14:1

13Effect of roughness on wettability and floatability:Based on wetting film drainage between bubbles and solid surfaces显示文摘Wetting film thinning measurement was introduced to clarify the wettability and floatability of solid surfaces with varying roughness. The wettability was quantified using the contact angle measurement combined with the dynamic force microbalance test between solid surfaces and water droplets, while the floatability was investigated by the bubble-solid surface dynamic attachment observation and the induction time measurement. The results show that the water contact angles reduce(14.53°, 12.74°, and 6.71°)with the increase of glass surface roughness, while the water droplet-glass adhesion forces intensify(11.1, 19.1 and 19.2 μN) owing to the stable wetting film. The distortion of the contact surface and the Wenzel state are the causes. In contrast, the hydrophobized surfaces have the growing apparent contact angles(38.08°, 69.81°, and 81.01°), declining adhesion strength and shortening induction time(863, 352and 12 ms) along with the increasing surface roughness. 17Using X-ray computed tomography and micro-Raman spectrometry to measure individual particle surface area, volume, and morphology towards investigating atmospheric heterogeneous reactions显示文摘Heterogeneous reactions on the aerosol particle surface in the atmosphere play important roles in air pollution, climate change, and global biogeochemical cycles. However, the reported uptake coefficients of heterogeneous reactions usually have large variations and may not be relevant to real atmospheric conditions. One of the major reasons for this is the use of bulk samples in laboratory experiments, while particles in the atmosphere are suspended individually. A number of technologies have been developed recently to study heterogeneous reactions on the surfaces of individual particles. Precise measurements on the reactive surface area, volume, and morphology of individual particles are necessary for calculating the uptake coefficient, quantifying reactants and products, and understanding the reaction mechanism better. In this study, for the first time we used synchrotron radiation X-ray computed tomography(XCT) and micro-Raman spectrometry to measure individual CaCO_3 particle morphology, with sizes ranging from 3.5–6.5 μm. Particle surface area and volume were calculated using a reconstruction method based on software threedimensional(3-D) rendering. The XCT was first validated with high-resolution fieldemission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) to acquire accurate CaCO_3 particle surface area and volume estimates. Our results showed an average difference of only 6.1% in surface area and 3.2% in volume measured either by micro-Raman spectrometry or X-ray tomography. X-ray tomography and FE-SEM can provide more morphological details of individual Ca CO3 particles than micro-Raman spectrometry.
