| 2 | Metagenomic insights into the profile of antibiotic resistomes in sediments of aquaculture wastewater treatment system显示文摘To meet the rapidly growing global demand for aquaculture products,large amounts of antibiotics were used in aquaculture,which might accelerate the evolution of antibiotic-resistant bacteria(ARB)and the propagation of antibiotic genes(ARGs).In our research,we revealed the ARGs profiles,their co-occurrence with mobile genetic elements(MGEs),and potential hosts in sediments of a crab pond wastewater purification system based on metagenomic analysis.The residual antibiotic seems to increase the propagation of ARGs in the crab pond,but there was no clear relationship between a given antibiotic type and the corresponding resistance genes.The effect of aquaculture on sediment was not as profound as that of other anthropogentic activities,but increased the relative abundance of sulfon-amide resistance gene.A higher abundance of MGEs,especially plasmid,increased the po-tential ARGs dissemination risk in crab and purification ponds.Multidrug and sulfonamide resistance genes had greater potential to transfer because they were more frequently carried by MGEs.The horizontal gene transfer was likely to occur among a variety of microorgan-isms,and various ARGs hosts including Pseudomonas,Acinetobacter,Escherichia,and Klebsiella were identified.Bacterial community influenced the composition of ARG hosts,and Pro-teobacteria was the predominant hosts.Overall,our study provides novel insights into the environmental risk of ARGs in sediments of aquaculture wastewater treatment system. | Jianfei Chen Yuyin Yang Xinshu Jiang Yanchu Ke Tao He Shuguang Xie | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,3: | 1 |

| 4 | Kinetic Analysis of Vectored Electric Propulsion System for Stratosphere Airship显示文摘To enhance the controllability of stratosphere airship,a vectored electric propulsion system is used.By using the Lagrangian method,a kinetic model of the vectored electric propulsion system is established and validated through ground tests.The fake gyroscopic torque is first proposed,which the vector mechanism should overcome besides the inertial torque and the gravitational torque.The fake gyroscopic torque is caused by the difference between inertial moments about two principal inertial axes of the propeller in the rotating plane,appears only when the propeller is rotating and is proportional with the rotation speed.It is a sinusoidal pulse,with a frequency that is twice of the rotation speed.Considering the fake gyroscope torque pulse and aerodynamic efficiency,three blade propeller is recommended for the vectored propulsion system used for stratosphere airship. | Nie Ying Zhou Jianghua Yang Yanchu Wang Sheng Wang Xuwei | 2016 | Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2016,33,5: | 1 |
| 5 | In situ performance and stability tests of large-area flexible polymer solar cells in the 35-km stratospheric environment显示文摘Flexible organic solar cells(FOSCs)are one of the most promising power sources for aerospace aircraft due to their atractive advantages with high power-per-weight ratio and excellent mechanical flexibility.Understanding the performance and stability of high-performance FOSCs is essential for the further development of FOSCs for aerospace applications.In this paper,after systematic investigations on the performance of the state-of-the-art high-performance solar cells under thermal cycle and intensive UV irradiation conditions,in situ performance and stability tests of the solar cells in the 35 km stratospheric environment were carried out through a high-altitude balloon uploading.The encapsulated FOSCs with an area of 0.64 cm^(2)gave the highest power density of 15.26 mW/cm^(2)and an efficiency over 11%,corresponding to a power-per-weight ratio of over 3.32 k W/kg.More importantly,the cells showed stable power output during the 3-h continuous flight at 35 km and only 10%performance decay after return to the lab,suggesting promising stability of the FOSCs in the stratospheric environment. | Zihan Xu Guoning Xu Qun Luo Yunfei Han Yu Tang Ying Miao Yongxiang Li Jian Qin Jingbo Guo Wusong Zha Chao Gong Kun Lu Jianqi Zhang Zhixiang Wei Rong Cai Yanchu Yang Zhaojie Li Chang-Qi Ma | 2023 | National Science Review2023,10,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Pricing Continuously Monitored Barrier Options under the SABR Model:A Closed‐Form Approximation显示文摘The stochastic alpha beta rho(SABR)model introduced by Hagan et al.(2002)is widely used in both fixed income and the foreign exchange(FX)markets.Continuously monitored barrier option contracts are among the most popular derivative contracts in the FX markets.In this paper,we develop closed-form formulas to approximate various types of barrier option prices(down-and-out/in,up-and-out/in)under the SABR model.We first derive an approximate formula for the survival density.The barrier option price is the one-dimensional integral of its payoff function and the survival density,which can be easily implemented and quickly evaluated.The approximation error of the survival density is also analyzed.To the best of our knowledge,it is the first time that analytical(approximate)formulas for the survival density and the barrier option prices for the SABR model are derived.Numerical experiments demonstrate the validity and efficiency of these formulas. | Nian Yang Yanchu Liu Zhenyu Cui | 2017 | Journal of Management Science and Engineering2017,2,2: | 0 |
