| 2 | Present Terrestrial Heat Flow Measurements of the Geothermal Fields in the Chagan Sag of the YingenEjinaqi Basin,Inner Mongolia,China显示文摘Owing to the lack o f terrestrial heat flow data, studying lithospheric thermal structure and geodynamics of the Yingen-Ejinaqi Basin in Inner Mongolia is limited. In this paper, the terrestrial heat flow o f the Chagan sag in the YingenEjinaqi Basin were calculated by 193 system steady-state temperature measurements of 4 wells, and newly measuring 62 rock thermal conductivity and 20 heat production rate data on basis o f the original 107 rock thermal conductivity and 70 heat production data. The results show that the average thermal conductivity and heat production rate are 2.11 ±0.28 W/(m.K) and2.42±0.25 nW/m^3 in the Lower Cretaceous o f the Chagan sag. The average geothermal gradient from the Lower Suhongtu 2 Formation to the Suhongtu 1 Fonnation is 37.6 °C/km, and that o f the Bayingebi 2 Formation is 27.4 °C/km. Meanwhile, the average terrestrial heat flow in the Chagan sag is 70.6 mW/m^2. On the above results, it is clear that there is an obvious negative correlation between the thermal conductivity o f the stratum and its geothermal gradient. Moreover, it reveals that there is a geothermal state between tectonically stable and active areas. | 3 | Multiple Dolomitization and Fluid Flow Events in the Precambrian Dengying Formation of Sichuan Basin, Southwestern China显示文摘The Precambrian Dengying Formation is a set of large-scale, extensively dolomitized, carbonate reservoirs occurring within the Sichuan Basin. Petrographic and geochemical studies reveal dolomitization was a direct result of precipitation by chemically distinct fluids occurring at different times and at different intensities. Based on this evidence, dolomitization and multiple fluid flow events are analyzed, and three types of fluid evolution models are proposed. Results of analysis show that Precambrian Dengying Formation carbonates were deposited in a restricted peritidal environment(630–542 Ma). A high temperature and high Mg^(2+) concentration seawater was a direct result of dolomitization for the micrite matrix, and for fibrous aragonite in primary pores. Geochemical evidence shows low δ^(18)O values of micritic dolomite varying from-1.29‰ to-4.52‰ PDB, abundant light rare earth elements(REEs), and low dolomite order degrees. Microbes and meteoric water significantly altered dolomite original chemical signatures, resulting in algal micritic dolomite and the fine-grained, granular, dolosparite dolomite having very negative δ^(18)O values. Finely crystalline cement dolomite(536.3–280 Ma) and coarsely crystalline cement dolomite have a higher crystallization degree and higher order degree. The diagenetic sequence and fluid inclusion evidence imply a linear correlation between their burial depth and homogenization temperatures, which closely resemble the temperature of generated hydrocarbon. Compared with finely crystalline dolomite, precipitation of coarsely crystalline dolomite was more affected by restricted basinal fluids. In addition, there is a trend toward a more negative δ^(18)O value, higher salinity, higher Fe and Mn concentrations, REE-rich. Two periods of hydrothermal fluids are identified, as the exceptionally high temperatures as opposed to the temperatures of burial history, in addition to the presence of high salinity fluid inclusions. The early hydrothermal fluid flow event was characterized by hot magnesium-and silicon-rich fluids, as demonstrated by the recrystallized matrix dolomite that is intimately associated with flint, opal, and microcrystalline quartz in intergranular or intercrystalline pores. This event was likely the result of a seafloor hydrothermal chimney eruption during Episode I of the Tongwan Movement(536.3±5.5 Ma). In contrast, later hydrothermal fluids, which caused precipitation of saddle dolomite, were characterized by high salinity(15–16.05 wt% NaCl equivalent) and homogenization temperatures(250 to 265°C), δ^(18)O values that were more enriched, and REE signatures. Geochemical data and the paragenetic sequence indicate that this hydrothermal fluid was related to extensive Permian large igneous province activity(360–280 Ma). | 4 | Preparation and characterization of nanostructured Al_2O_3-13wt.%TiO_2 ceramic coatings by plasma spraying显示文摘Nanostructured and conventional Al2O3-13wt.%TiO2 ceramic coatings were prepared by plasma spraying with nanostructured agglomerated and conventional powders, respectively. The microstructure and microhardness of the coatings were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and microhardness measurement. Meanwhile, the friction and wear behaviors were analyzed and compared using a ball-on-disk tribometer. The results show that the conventional coating has lamellar stacking characteristic and has some pores. However, the nanostructured coating shows a bimodal microstructure, which is composed of both fully melted regions and partially melted regions. According to the microstructural difference, the partially melted regions can be divided into liquid-phase sintered regions (a three-dimensional net or skeleton-like structure: Al2O3-rich submicron particles embedded in the TiO2-rich matrix) and solid-phase sintered regions (remained nanoparticles). The microstructural characteristics of the liquid-phase sintered region are formed due to the selective melting of TiO2 nanoparticles during plasma spraying. On the other hand, the TiO2 and Al2O3 nanoparticles of the solid-phase sintered regions are all unmelted during plasma spraying. | 5 | Activation of Rac1-PI3K/Akt is required for epidermal growth factorinduced PAK1 activation and cell migration in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells显示文摘Epidermal growth factor (EGF) may increase cell motility,an event implicated in cancer cell invasion and metastasis.However,the underlying mechanisms for EGF-induced cell motility remain elusive.In this study,we found that EGF treatment could activate Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1 (Rac1),PI3K/Akt and p21actived kinase (PAK1) along with cell migration.Ectopic expression of PAK1 K299R,a dominant negative PAK1 mutant,could largely abolish EGF-induced cell migration.Blocking PI3K/Akt signalling with LY294002 or Akt siRNA remarkably inhibited both EGF-induced PAK1 activation and cell migration.Furthermore,expression of dominant-negative Rac1 (T17N) could largely block EGF-induced PI3K/Akt-PAK1 activation and cell migration.Interestingly,EGF could induce a significant production of ROS,and N-acetyl-L-cysteine,a scavenger of ROS which abolished the EGF-induced ROS generation,cell migration,as well as activation of PI3K/Akt and PAK,but not Rac1.Our study demonstrated that EGF-induced cell migration involves a cascade of signalling events,including activation of Rac1,generation of ROS and subsequent activation of PI3K/Akt and PAK1. | Yu Yang Jun Du Zhenzhen Hu Jiaojing Liu Yinhui Tian Yichao Zhu Le Wang Luo Gu | 2011 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2011,25,4: | 3 |

| 10 | β-Cyclodextrin carbon-based nanoparticles with a core-shell-shell structure for efficient adsorption of crystal violet and bisphenol A显示文摘Textile wastewater contains highly toxic,nondegradable,carcinogenic organic pollutants,causing severe damage to the ecological environment.In this work,β-cyclodextrin carbon-sphere-based nanocomposite(CS/SiO_(2)@β-CD)with a core-shell-shell configuration was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and subsequent sedimentation-azeotropic distillation with SiO_(2)as intermediate layer for the removal of crystal violet(CV)and bisphenol A(BPA).The chemical structure and morphology of the CS/SiO_(2)@β-CD were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and TEM.The effects of contact time,pH,temperature and initial concentration of the absorbates on the adsorption property were explored.The CS/SiO_(2)@β-CD showed excellent adsorption capacity on CV and BPA,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 87.873 mg g^(-1)and 165.095 mg g^(-1),respectively.Their adsorption process was in line with the pseudo-second-order and pseudo-first-order kinetic models,respectively.The adsorption thermodynamics could be better fitted by Langmuir model than by Freundlich model.The calculated thermodynamic parameters(-ΔG0,ΔS0 andΔH0)illustrated the adsorption of CV was endothermic,in contrast,the adsorption of BPA was exothermic process.Furthermore,the CS/SiO_(2)@β-CD showed excellent recovery performance,making it a potential adsorbent for the practical treatment of textile wastewater. | Tian Tian Mengling Liu Yinhui Li Jian Han Liang Ren Heike Lorenz Qing Wu Jianxin Chen | 2022 | Particuology2022,20,3: | 1 |

| 15 | Three dimensional BC/rGA aerogel:preparation,characterization,and adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)显示文摘Graphene-based composite aerogel doped with other low-cost materials can reduce the cost and promote the use in water treatment.This work prepared ball-milled biochar/reduced graphene oxide aerogel(BC/rGA)using GO and low-cost ball-milled biochar(BC)in a certain proportion with the freeze-thawing technique and sol-gel method,and applied BC/rGA on the Cr(Ⅵ)removal from aquatic environments.The characterization results showed that aerogel had a honeycomb briquette three-dimension(3D)and mesoporous structure with interconnected pores,and proved the preparation progress of aerogel in principle.Compared with GO,rGA and BC/rGA had better adsorption performance with 3D structure and well-developed pores,and BC/rGA with the mixture ratio of BC and GO of 1:4 was more appropriate.The adsorption kinetics data of rGA and BC/rGA_((1:4))were fitting well with the pseudo-second-order model(R^(2)>0.951),and the isotherm adsorption results were fitting the Langmuir model well(R^(2)>0.974).The results demonstrated that the adsorption process was monolayer and endothermic adsorption involving chemisorp-tion.Additionally,the adsorption capacities of rGA and BC/rGA_((1:4))at solution pH 2 were 3.71 and 3.89 times greater than those at solution pH 8,respectively.High background ion strength and low temperature slightly inhibited the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)by both rGA and BC/rGA_((1:4)).The adsorption mechanisms of Cr(Ⅵ)on rGA and BC/rGA_((1:4))were electrostatic interaction,reduction and ion exchange.The use of BC/rGA could reduce the cost and promote the green reuse of agricultural waste.Overall,BC/rGA could be used as a promising green adsorbent alternative for the feasible treatment of heavy metal contaminated water. | Naiju Che Na Liu Yinhui Li Chao Li Yanli Liu Chengliang Li | 2022 | Biochar2022,4,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Engineering trienzyme cascade-triggered fluorescent immunosensor platform by sequentially integrating alkaline phosphatase, tyrosinase and horseradish peroxidase显示文摘Mulit-enzyme cascades are a major type of chemical transformations and play a crucial role in biological signal transduction and metabolism. Herein, a trienzyme cascade-triggered fluorescent immunosensor platform was constructed by sequentially integrating alkaline phosphatase(ALP), tyrosinase(TYR)and horseradish peroxidase(HRP). The proposed platform was based on HRP-induced a rapid in situ fluorogenic reaction between dopamine(DA) and 1,5-dihydroxynaphthalene(DHA) to produce a strong yellow azamonardine fluorescent compound(AFC). The obtained AFC was clearly characterized by highresolution mass spectrum,1H NMR,^(13)C NMR and theoretical calculations. The integration of the twoenzyme system(TYR and HRP) or three-enzyme system(ALP, TYR and HRP) led to a maximum of 400.0-fold and 250.0-fold fluorescence enhancements, respectively. Using cardiac troponin I(c Tn I) as the model antigen, a trienzyme cascade-triggered fluorescent immunosensor platform was developed for quantitative detecting c Tn I in a wide linear range from 2 ng/m L to 150 ng/m L with a detection limit of 0.67ng/m L. In addition, the proposed platform was successfully applied in detection of c Tn I in serum of clinical patients.
