2Experimental Study of H_(2)and/or N_(2)Addition Effects on CO/CO_(2)-Air Flames using a Combustion Diagnostic System显示文摘In this work,the effects of H_(2)(0–8 vol%)addition,N_(2)(0–8 vol%)addition,and H_(2)/N_(2)(4 vol%/4 vol%)addition in CO/CO_(2)gas flow on the flame structure,flame temperature,and CO_(2)concentration in flames were investigated.A combustion diagnostic system based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)was utilized to measure the flame temperature and CO_(2)concentration in flames simultaneously.This work simulated the combustion of converter gas(CO/CO_(2)/H_(2)/N_(2))in an industrial turbulent partly premixed burner.The results show that with the addition of H_(2)(0–8 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)flame and the addition of H_(2)(4 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)/N_(2)(4vol%)flame,the flame length is longer than that with the same volume addition of N_(2).The added reactions caused by the addition of H_(2)(4 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)flame and CO/CO_(2)/N_(2)(4 vol%)flame result in a larger high-temperature reaction zone.The enrichment of H_(2)(8 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)/H_(2)(4 vol%)flame,the dilution of N_(2)(0–8 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)flame,and the dilution of N_(2)(4 vol%)in CO/CO_(2)/H_(2)(4 vol%)flame make little difference on the high-temperature reaction zone.The promotion effects of H_(2)addition on CO_(2)formation are more prominent than the dilution effects of N_(2)addition on CO_(2)concentration in flames.LIU Yu XUE Qingguo ZUO Haibin SHE Xuefeng WANG Jingsong 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,4:2

5Element migration and phase distribution characteristics during crystallization of rare earth phase in rare earth slag显示文摘The crystallization experiment of molten rare earth(RE)slag under different cooling rates was carried out.The characteristics of element migration and phase distribution during RE phase crystallization were studied by using different equipment.The experimental results show that there are two RE phases in the RE slag,namely(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))6F and(Ca,Ce,La,Mg)_(3)(Ti,Al,Nb)_(2)O_(7).During the cooling crystallization process of molten RE slag,Ca and P elements in the RE phase of(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))_(6)F migrate from inside to outside,and finally gather at the outer edge of the phase to form phase Ca_(3)(PO4)2.The RE phase(Ca,Ce,La)_(5)(SiO_(4))_(6)F is distributed inside the furnace-cooled slag,and the RE phase(Ca,Ce,-La,Mg)_(3)(Ti,AI,Nb)_(2)O_(7)is distributed in the surface layer of the furnace-cooled slag.And based on the phase distribution characteristics,the central hollowing method is proposed to realize the preliminary enrichment of valuable elements Ti,Nb and RE in RE slag.Wanli Yi Xuefeng She Huai Zhang Zhenlong An Jingsong Wang Qingguo Xue 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,5:0
