| 1 | The program structure designing and optimizing tests of GRAPES physics显示文摘According to the modularization and standardization of program structure in Global/Regional Assimilation and Prediction System (GRAPES), the plug-compatible and transplantable regional meso-scale and global middle-range physics software package is established. The package's component integrality is comparative with the other advanced models physics. A three-level structure of connecting GRAPES physics and dynamic frame has been constructed. The friendly interface is designed for users to plug in their own physics packages. Phenomenon of grid-point storm rainfall in numerical prediction is analyzed with the numerical tests. The scheme of air vertical velocity calculation is improved. Optimizing tests of physics schemes are performed with the correlative parameters adjusting. The results show that the false grid-point storm rainfall is removed by precipitation scheme improving. | 2 | Palaeoenvironmental changes from pollen record in deep sea core PC-1 from northern Okinawa Trough,East China Sea during the past 24 ka显示文摘A pollen record of core PC-1 from the northern Okinawa Trough,East China Sea(ECS),provides information on vegetation and climate changes since 24 cal.kaBP.A total of 103 samples were palynologically analyzed at 8 cm intervals with a time resolution of 230 a.Four pollen zones are recognized:zone I(812―715 cm,24.2―21.1 cal.kaBP),zone II(715―451 cm,21.1―15.2 cal.kaBP),zone III(451―251 cm,15.2―10.8 cal.kaBP),zone IV(251―0 cm,10.8―0.3 cal.kaBP),corresponding to Late MIS 3,Last Glacial Maximum(LGM),deglaciation and Holocene,respectively.The LGM is characterized by the dominance of herbs,mainly Artemisia,and high pollen influx,implying an open vegetation on the exposed continental shelf and a cool and dry climate.The deglaciation is a climate warming stage with Pinus percentage increased and Artemisia percentage decreased and a rapid sealevel rise.The Holo-cene is characterized by predominance of tree pollen with rapid increase in Castanea-Castanopsis in-dicating the development of mixed evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest and a warm,humid climate.Low pollen influx during the Holocene probably implies submergence of the continental shelf and retreat of the pollen source area.The vegetation indicated by pollen assemblage found in this upper zone is consistent with the present vegetation found in Kyushu,Japan.Originating from the humid mountain area of North Luzon of the Philippines,Tasmania and New Zealand,Phyllocladus with sporadic occurrence throughout PC-1 core probably suggests the influence of Palaeo-Kuroshio Current or intense summer monsoon.The observed changes in Pinus and Herbs percentage indicate fluctuations of the sea level,and high Pinus percentage corresponds to high sea level.Spectrum analysis of the pollen percentage record reveals many millennial-scale periodicities,such as periodicities of 6.8,3.8,2.2,1.6 ka. | XU HongYan CHANG FengMing LUO YunLi SUN XiangJun | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,20: | 9 |
| 3 | A Novel Single Phase Grounding Fault Protection Scheme Without Threshold Setting for Neutral Ineffectively Earthed Power Systems显示文摘The setting values of thresholds for fault feature parameters are critical in all kinds of protection schemes.When the detected feature parameter value exceeds the setting value,the protection will trip.However,the setting value based conventional protection schemes sometimes cannot satisfy the protection requirements of neutral ineffectively earthed power systems(NIEPS)due to wide variations in operating conditions and the complexities of fault cases.In this paper,a novel single phase grounding fault protection scheme without threshold setting is proposed.The fault detection is achieved based on operating states rather than setting values.A fuzzy c-means algorithm is used to divide the operating state of the protected feeder into non-fault states and fault states.The cluster center of each state is then obtained by classifying the historical feature samples of the protected feeder extracted under various operating conditions into their corresponding states in a constructed multi-dimensional fault feature space.The distances between the detected feature samples and the cluster centers of the non-fault and the fault states are calculated.If the distance to the fault state is shorter than that to the non-fault state,a fault is detected.Otherwise,the feeder is considered normal.A PSCAD/EMTDC simulator is used to simulate a 35 kV NIEPS under various operating conditions,non-linear loads,and complex fault cases.Results show that the proposed single phase grounding fault protection scheme without threshold setting can protect the system correctly under all kinds of faults. | Xiangjun Zeng Kun Yu Yuanyuan Wang Yao Xu | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,3: | 9 |

| 7 | Strain rate sensitivity of tensile properties in high Nb containing TiAl alloys显示文摘The effect of strain rate on the yield strength of high Nb containing TiAl alloy was studied. The results show that the strain rate sensitivity varies with the test temperature, and the yield strength is not sensitive to the strain rate at room temperature but sig- nificantly sensitive to the strain rate at high temperature. An increase of the strain rate or a decrease of the temperature results in an obvious change of fracture mode. | 9 | An object detection method for bayberry trees based on an improved YOLO algorithm显示文摘To quickly detect and count the number of bayberry trees,this paper improves the YOLO-v4 model and proposes an optimal YOLO-v4 method for detecting bayberry trees based on UAV images.We used the Leaky_ReLU activation function to accelerate the model extraction speed and used the DIoU NMS to retain the most accurate prediction boxes.In order to increase the recall rate of the object detection and construct the optimal YOLO-v4 model,the K-Means clustering method was embedded into DIoU NMS.We trained the model using UAV images of bayberry trees,it was determined that the optimal YOLO-v4 model threshold was 0.25,which had the best extraction effect.The optimal YOLO-v4 model had a detection accuracy of up to 97.78%and a recall rate of up to 98.16%on the dataset.The optimal YOLO-v4 model was compared with YOLO-v4,YOLO-v4 tiny,the YOLO-v3 model,and the Faster R-CNN model.With guaranteed accuracy,the recall rate was higher,up to 97.45%,and the detection of bayberry trees was better in different contexts.The result shows that the optimal YOLO-v4 model can accurately achieve the rapid detection and statistics of the number of bayberry trees in large-area orchards. | Youliang Chen Hanli Xu Xiangjun Zhang Peng Gao Zhigang Xu Xiaobin Huang | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 2 |

| 16 | 来源于人膀胱癌细胞株EJ的HSP70负载的DC所激发的特异性CTL细胞的体外应答效应(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate whether human dendritic cells (DC) derived from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), which were pulsed by heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) isolated from human bladder tumor cell lines of EJ, were able to induce peptide specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) response in vitro and give the experimental foundation for the future clinical trials of immunotherapy in bladder tumor. Methods: The EJ-derived HSP70 co-cultured with DC from the healthy volunteers' PBMC, along with the crude lysate (the supernatant before HSP70 purification) from EJ cells were used as the experimental groups and DC not pulsed by any tumor cells antigen were the blank control. The autologous T-lymphocytes were added into the above various DC groups, and after incubation, the stimulation indexes (SI) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were detected to evaluate the immune activities of various DC groups. The killing effects of CTL to target cells, EJ and Hela cells, were determined with 51Cr releasing test. Results: Both DC/HSP70 and DC/the crude lysate could effectively activate CTL in vitro and kill target cells EJ. The killing effect of DC/HSP70 to EJ was much stronger than DC/the crude lysate (the supernatant before HSP70 purification) (P < 0.05). DC without any tumor cell antigens had a lower killing power to EJ. Meanwhile, DC/ HSP70 had little killing power to Hela non-relevant to bladder tumor histopathologically as compared with EJ cells (P < 0.05).
