| 1 | Simultaneous recovery of carbon and sulfur resources from reduction of CO_2 with H_2S using catalysts显示文摘An approach to the simultaneous reclamation of carbon and sulfur resources from CO_2 and H_2S has been proposed and effectively implemented with the aid of catalysts. A brief thermodynamic study reveals the potential of direct reduction of CO_2 with H_2S(15:15 mol% balanced with N_2) for selective production of CO and elemental sulfur. The experiments carried out in a fixed-bed flow reactor over the temperature range of 400–800 °C give evidence of the importance of the employment of catalysts. Both the conversions of the reactants and the selectivities of the target products can be substantially promoted over most catalysts studied. Nevertheless, little difference appears among their catalytic performance. The results also prove that the presence of CO_2 can remarkably enhance H_2S conversion and the sulfur yield in comparison with H_2S direct decomposition. A longtime reaction test on Mg O catalyst manifests its superior durability at high temperature(700 °C) and huge gas hourly space velocity(100,000 h-1). | 2 | A general strategy for the reliable joining of Al/Ti dissimilar alloys via ultrasonic assisted friction stir welding显示文摘Ultrasonic assisted friction stir welding(UaFSW) was used to join 6061-T6 aluminum and Ti6Al4 V alloys.A small plunge depth endowed with the low heat input was used and the sound joints without obvious thickness reduction were achieved. A diffusion-type bonding without the intermetallic compounds layer was observed at the joint interface. The ultrasonic improved the diffusion thickness and decreased the average size of grains and titanium alloy fragments. A hook-like structure was formed at the bottom interface of the UaFSW joint, which improved the bonding length and the mechanical interlocking. The microhardness of the stir zone was increased because of the further grain refinement induced by ultrasonic. | 4 | Effect of Different Sowing Dates in South Henan 's Rice-growing Areas on the Growth and Yield of Ratoon Rice显示文摘In order to determine the optimal sowing date of ratoon rice in South Henan's rice-growing areas,this paper performs a comparative analysis of rice growth process,seedling quality and yield of first season rice and ratoon rice under different sowing date treatments. The results show that under climatic conditions( 2014),by using dry seedling cultivation in a small plastic shed,the growth of seedling sown on February21 was affected,while the sowing treatments from March 1 to April 11 can breed normal seedlings,and in this period,the maturity period of first season rice was delayed with prolonged sowing date,and ratoon rice yield declined with prolonged sowing date( total production of rice sown on 11 March reaching a peak). | 5 | The origin and evolution of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in yam显示文摘Diosgenin,mainly produced by Dioscorea species,is a traditional precursor of most hormonal drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.The mechanisms that underlie the origin and evolution of diosgenin biosynthesis in plants remain unclear.After sequencing the whole genome of Dioscorea zingiberensis,we revealed the evolutionary trajectory of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea and demonstrated the de novo biosynthesis of diosgenin in a yeast cell factory.First,we found that P450 gene duplication and neofunctionalization,driven by positive selection,played important roles in the origin of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway.Subsequently,we found that the enrichment of diosgenin in the yam lineage was regulated by CpG islands,which evolved to regulate gene expression in the diosgenin pathway and balance the carbon flux between the biosynthesis of diosgenin and starch.Finally,by integrating genes fromplants,animals,and yeast,weheterologously synthesized diosgenin to 10mg/l in genetically-engineered yeast.Our study not only reveals the origin and evolutionary mechanisms of the diosgenin biosynthetic pathway in Dioscorea,but also introduces an alternative approach for the production of diosgenin through synthetic biology. | Jian Cheng Jing Chen Xiaonan Liu Xiangchen Li Weixiong Zhang Zhubo Dai Lina Lu Xiang Zhou Jing Cai Xueli Zhang Huifeng Jiang Yanhe Ma | 2021 | Plant Communications2021,2,1: | 2 |
| 6 | A Multifunctional {P_(2)Mo_(5)}-based Hybrid Applying to Catalysis, Electrocatalysis and Dye Adsorption显示文摘As a common environmental pollutant, thioether can cause serious environmental pollution, so selective oxidation of thioether has become one of the current research hotspots. In this paper, an inorganic-organic hybrid based on a Standberg-type polyoxometalate, [Hbiz]_(5)[HP_(2)Mo_(5)O_(23)]·5H_(2)O(1)(biz=benzimidazole), was obtained by adjusting pH under hydrothermal conditions. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 can be used as an excellent catalyst for the oxidation of thioanisole. The experimental results showed that thioanisole could be catalytically oxidized to methyl phenyl sulfoxide by compound 1 as a catalyst within 40 min. The conversion rate and selectivity reached 99%. Compound 1 had good cycling stability as a heterogeneous catalyst. In addition, the electrocatalytic reduction of H_(2)O_(2) and Cr_(2)O_(7)^(2−) for hybrid 1 was preliminarily investigated. | 7 | Joint formation mechanism of high depth-to-width ratio friction stir welding显示文摘High depth-to-width ratio friction stir welding is an attractive method for the joining demands of alum inum profiles, which is sparked with its extrem ely low heat input and high mechanical performance. In this study, the joint form ation mechanism was studied by a num erical model of plastic flow combined with experim ental approaches. A fluid-solid-interaction algorithm was proposed to establish the coupling model, and the material to be welded was treated as non-New tonian fluid. The thread structure and the milling facets on tool pin prom oted drastic turbulence of material. The thread structure converged the plasticized material by its inclined plane, and then drove the attached material to refill the welds. The milling facets brought about the periodic dynamic material flow. The thread structure and the milling facets increased the strain rate greatly under the extremely low heat input, which avoided the welding defects. The condition of the peak tem perature of 648 K and the strain rate of 151 s^-1 attributed to the lowest coarsening degree of precipitate. The tensile strength of the joint reached 265 MPa, equivalent to 86% of base material. | 19 | Facile synthesis of defected TiO_(2-x)(B) nanosheet/graphene oxide hybrids with high photocatalytic H_(2) activity显示文摘TiO_(2)(B) nanosheets/GO(graphene oxide) hybrids are considered to be outstanding performance photocatalysts for high efficiency of H_(2) evolution. However, they still suffer severe challenges during the synthetic processes, such as a large amount of the capping agents adhering on the surface and easy occurrence of aggregation. To figure out these obstacles, Ar plasma treatment as a modified method in this study not only enable the TiO_(2)(B) nanosheets distributed uniformly on the GO sheets but also engineer defects within TiO_(2)(B) nanosheets to significantly improve the photocatalytic activity for the water splitting. The hydrogen evolution rate of the TiO_(2)-x(B)/GO sheets is 1.4 times higher compared with that of original TiO_(2)(B)/GO sheets without Ar plasma treatment. The improved photocatalytic properties were owing to the synergetic effects of oxygen vacancies and the heterojunction between GO and TiO_(2)(B), which can promote the visible light utilization and accelerate separation and transportation of photogenerated electron-holes. | 20 | Themagnetic field measurement system for HEPS-TF superconducting wiggler显示文摘Background High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)is the fourth-generation synchrotron radiation source to be established in China.HEPS is a high-performance and high-energy synchrotron radiation light source with a beam energy of 6 GeV and an ultra-low emittance of better than 0.06 nm×rad(http://gffzz0c2c778f4fee478bhc5uofkbo50bo6bnk.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/heps/index.html).Superconducting 3W1 wiggler magnet is one of the insertion devices in High Energy Photon Source Test Facility project(HEPS-TF).And it is also the key component to obtain higher brightness in high photon energy range.Purpose In the development process of superconducting wiggler,in order to ensure the magnetic field quality of each processing,it is necessary to monitor the magnetic field performance of before and after the full length bare magnet installed with cryostat.Therefore,different magnetic field measuring devices are being developed for different develop stages.Methods The magnetic field performance of the full length bare magnet should be tested in vertical at low temperature.After the magnetic structure is installed in the horizontal cryostat,the horizontal test is carried out.In view of these two processes,the vertical magnetic field measurement system and the horizontal magnetic field measurement system have been developed,respectively.Results The magnetic performances of the full length bare magnet and assembled with the horizontal cryostat were measured by the vertical and horizontal magnetic field measurement system.The first and second field integrals are corrected to better than the Physical requirements according to the magnetic field measurement results.Detailed magnetic field performances are described in this paper.Conclusion After more than a year operation of 3W1-SCW on the BII line station,the characteristic energy and photon flux of synchrotron radiation have been greatly improved,and the performance is excellent.It indicates that the measurement results of the magnetic field measurement system are reliable and credible. | Wan Chen ZhiQiang Li Zhuo Zhang XiangChen Yang FuSan Chen XianJing Sun Huihua Lu | 2022 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2022,6,1: | 0 |
