1亚洲人造地表覆盖遥感精细化分类与分布特征分析显示文摘人造地表覆盖是刻画人类活动对陆地表层生态系统影响的重要因素,具有高度动态、结构复杂和类型镶嵌等特征.由于当前缺乏有效的洲际尺度人造地表覆盖精细化遥感探测方法和高精度的数据产品,由此影响了城市化对区域气候、生态系统过程和全球环境变化影响评估的可靠性.本研究构建了人造地表覆盖等级层次结构分类系统,发展了基于2010年全球地表覆盖30m分辨率产品(GlobeLand30)的人造地表覆盖二级类型像元组分提取的技术方法,研发了亚洲2010年高精度城市建成区及其内部城市不透水地表和植被覆盖组分比例数据产品.基于多源数据融合和专家知识方法获取的城市建成区及其内部组分分类的总体精度为90.79%;城市内部不透水地表比例组分信息提取平均相对误差为0.87,总体上数据产品具有较高的质量和可靠性.遥感精细化信息提取局部误差与不同气候带城市建筑与植被镶嵌程度密切有关.遥感精细化分类表明,亚洲城市建成区面积181785.96km^2,占亚洲陆表面积的0.59%;城市内部结构组分中,城市不透水地表总面积为116504.72km^2,占亚洲城市建成区面积的64.09%,植被和裸土面积占34.56%.在空间上,城市不透水地表自东向西呈现集聚式、分散式和无显著分布特征三级梯度.中国、印度和日本等国家,城市不透水地表总面积排在前三位,分别占亚洲城市不透水地表面积的32.77%、16.10%和11.93%.研究发现,城市建成区内部不透水地表与植被覆盖组分比例与国家的经济发展程度及区域气候环境密切相关,对于经济较为发达的国家,城市建成区内部镶嵌类型中不透水地表比例相对较低,如韩国、新加坡城市不透水地表比例约为50~60%,公共绿地植被面积比例相对较高,而对于经济发展水平较低的国家,城市建成区内部镶嵌类型中城市不透水地表比例则接近或超过80%.城市建成区内不透水地表、植被组分及空间分布特征集中反映了亚洲地区人口集聚和经济发展水平以及对子流域环境健康状况影响程度.匡文慧 陈利军 刘纪远 XIANG WeiNing 迟文峰 LU DengSheng 杨天荣 潘涛 刘爱琳 2016中国科学:地球科学2016,46,9:13
2Remote sensing-based artificial surface cover classification in Asia and spatial pattern analysis显示文摘Artificial surfaces, characterized with intensive land-use changes and complex landscape structures, are important indicators of human impacts on terrestrial ecosystems. Without high-resolution land-cover data at continental scale, it is hard to evaluate the impacts of urbanization on regional climate, ecosystem processes and global environment. This study constructed a hierarchical classification system for artificial surfaces, promoted a remote sensing method to retrieve subpixel components of artificial surfaces from 30-m resolution satellite imageries(Globe Land30) and developed a series of data products of high-precision urban built-up areas including impervious surface and vegetation cover in Asia in 2010. Our assessment, based on multisource data and expert knowledge, showed that the overall accuracy of classification was 90.79%. The mean relative error for the impervious surface components of cities was 0.87. The local error of the extracted information was closely related to the heterogeneity of urban buildings and vegetation in different climate zones. According to our results, the urban built-up area was 18.18×104 km2, accounting for 0.59% of the total land surface areas in Asia; urban impervious surfaces were 11.65×104 km2, accounting for 64.09% of the total urban built-up area in Asia. Vegetation and bare soils accounted for 34.56% of the urban built-up areas. There were three gradients: a concentrated distribution, a scattered distribution and an indeterminate distribution from east to west in terms of spatial pattern of urban impervious surfaces. China, India and Japan ranked as the top three countries with the largest impervious surface areas, which respectively accounted for 32.77%, 16.10% and 11.93% of the urban impervious surface area of Asia. We found the proportions of impervious surface and vegetation cover within urban built-up areas were closely related to the economic development degree of the country and regional climate environment. Built-up areas in developed countries had relatively low impervious surface and high public green vegetation cover, with 50–60% urban impervious surfaces in Japan, South Korea and Singapore. In comparison, the proportion of urban impervious surfaces in developing countries is approaching or exceeding 80% in Asia. 11Etiological characteristics of influenza-like illness in Jiangsu province from 2012 to 2016显示文摘Influenza-like illness(ILI)is an acute respiratory infection caused by various pathogens.However,the epidemiologic characteristics of ILI pathogens in Jiangsu province are unclear.To better understand the ILI etiology,the characteristics of the pathogens from nasopharyngeal swab samples of patients with ILI collected from 2012 to 2016 in 6 hospitals in Jiangsu province were studied.The pathogens,including influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),rhinovirus(HRV),adenovirus(ADV),herpes simplex virus(HSV),human coronavirus(hCoV),Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae,were detected by real-time PCR.At least one pathogen was identified in 1334 of the patients(40.23%).Among viruses,HRV,influenza A virus(Flu A),ADV and RSV were the most frequently detected.ADV was the only pathogen that was distributed evenly in different years and regions(P>0.05).The etiological distribution varied in different age groups.Streptococcus pneumoniae was the most common pathogen in co-infections with a co-detection rate of 64.57%(319/494).The spectrum of etiologies could help to estimate disease burden and provide guidance for vaccination.Ke Xu Xiang Huo Rongqiang Zu Shenjiao Wang Yuanfang Qin Qigang Dai Xian Qi Huiyan Yu Lilin Chen Lei Hong Yangting Xu Qianhua Yi Weixiang Wang Xuan Wang Wenjun Dai Jie Zha Weining Han Changjun Bao 2019The Journal of Biomedical Research2019,33,6:0
12The expression of CD40 and CD40L on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in asthmatic rats and the effect of anti-CD40L McAb on Th1 and Th2 cytokines显示文摘Objective: To investigate the expression of CD40 and CD40 ligand(CD40L) on the surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) in asthmatic rats and the effect of anti-CD40L McAb on cytokines of PBMCs. Methods: Flow cytometry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of CD40 and CD40L of PBMCs in asthmatic rats. After the PBMCs was treated with anti-CD40L McAb, ELISA was used to detect the IL-4 and IFN-γ levels of culture supernatants. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the expression of CD40 and CD40L of PBMCs in asthmatic rats increased(P < 0.05). Compared with the untreated group, the level of IL-4 and the ratio of IL-4/ IFN-γ decreased after the PBMCs was treated with anti-CD40L McAb(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD40 and CD40L on the surface of PBMCs in asthmatic rats was up-regulated.
