| 1 | 双曲面对称体红细胞模型的光散射虚拟仿真显示文摘为适应日益增长的对生物细胞形态精密测定的技术需求,应用VirtualLab虚拟仿真实验系统,根据红细胞(RBC)的形体特征和光学特性,设计了双曲面旋转对称体的红细胞光散射模型。最佳组合选用了仿真系统中的运算功能模块,仿真了球形模型和双曲面旋转对称模型下,红细胞在几种典型光源入射情况下的光散射,并获得了这几种典型情况下的前向光散射强度图样、幅值分布曲线和相位分布图。其中生物细胞光散射相位分布局域图表明了相位分布与细胞的形态与结构以及其在光路中的位置密切相关。生物细胞前向光散射相位分布图谱可望成为一种新的测定细胞类别的判读依据。 | 王亚伟 韩广才 刘莹 程晓农 Frank Wyrowski | 2007 | 中国激光2007，34，12： | 8 |
| 2 | 血液细胞光相位分布特征的虚拟仿真研究显示文摘为能够充分利用细胞光散射的全息信息,以更好地对生物细胞类别进行解构,根据血液细胞的光穿透特性,建立了血液细胞中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)中粒细胞和非粒细胞的典型细胞光散射模型。借助于数字相位显微(DPM)技术的基本方法和实验条件参数,应用VirtualLab^(TM)光学虚拟仿真实验系统,获得了血液细胞在光散射下的虚拟仿真相位分布和光强分布。针对所获得的相位和光强分布图谱进行了分布特征分析,发现了相位分布直接与细胞形态结构密切相关。该点可作为细胞类别分检的一个新的重要依据,该方法相对于3D重建方法来说计算量少、无需很多的边界条件。这种由细胞相位分布解构细胞形态的检测方法可为提升细胞检测技术和发展检测方法的研究提供一种新突破方向。 | 王亚伟 韩广才 刘莹 程晓农 Frank Wyrowski | 2009 | 中国激光2009，36，6： | 4 |
