Optimization and test for structural parameters of UAV spraying rotary cup atomizer显示文摘Small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)pesticide application technology is developing rapidly in China. However, the spray efficiency of UAV sprayer is not stable, one important reason is that the lack of specialized aviation nozzle.Rotary cup atomizer is not easily to be blocked and has broad application foreground in UAV spray. In order to obtain good spraying quality and narrow droplet spectrum aviation spraying centrifugal nozzle, the impacts of rotary cup atomizer structural parameters on atomization property were studied. In this research,a centrifugal atomization test device was designed,on which a frequency converter was used to adjust the rotary speed, and a return valve was used to stabilize the flow rate and pressure of spray liquid. The droplet volume medium diameter(VMD)and droplet spectrum relative width(SRW)were tested by using laser particle analyzer and particle analysis system. The analysis results of variance and quadratic regression orthogonal test were used to optimize the structural parameters of rotary cup atomizer. The influences of rotary cup atomizer structural parameters on atomization property, such as groove shape, diameter, teeth number, cone angle and height were evaluated and analyzed by conducting single-factor test. The results showed that:the best optimized rotary groove shape was square, diameter and teeth number had significant effects on droplet VMD and SRW,while cone angle had no effect on the droplet VMD and SRW,height affected droplet VMDbut did not affect droplet SRW.Therefore, diameter and teeth number were selected as the variables of quadratic regression orthogonal test, droplet VMD and SRW regression model was established by using response surface analysis method. The optimized structural parameters respectively were:groove shape square, cone angle 60°,height 20 mm,diameter 61.5 mm and teeth number 149.Droplet VMD and SRW simulation value respectively were 200μm and 0.562.The differences between simulation value and test value were 0.68%and 9.90%respectively,indicating that the regression model is accurate. The research result can provide a reference for further optimizing the structure parameters of rotary cup atomizer to meet the requirement of UAV spraying. | Zhou Qingqing Xue Xinyu Qin Weicai Cai Chen Zhou Liangfu | 2017 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,3: | 10
Spatiotemporal Imaging of Cellular Energy Metabolism with Genetically-Encoded Fluorescent Sensors in Brain显示文摘The brain has very high energy requirements and consumes 20% of the oxygen and 25% of the glucose in the human body. Therefore, the molecular mechanism underlying how the brain metabolizes substances to support neural activity is a fundamental issue for neuroscience studies. A well-known model in the brain, the astrocyteneuron lactate shuttle, postulates that glucose uptake and glycolytic activity are enhanced in astrocytes upon neuronal activation and that astrocytes transport lactate into neurons to fulfill their energy requirements. Current evidence for this hypothesis has yet to reach a clear consensus, and new concepts beyond the shuttle hypothesis are emerging. The discrepancy is largely attributed to the lack of a critical method for real-time monitoring of metabolic dynamics at cellular resolution. Recent advances in fluorescent protein-based sensors allow the generation of a sensitive, specific, real-time readout of subcellular metabolites and fill the current technological gap. Here,we summarize the development of genetically encoded metabolite sensors and their applications in assessing cell metabolism in living cells and in vivo, and we believe that these tools will help to address the issue of elucidating neural energy metabolism. | Zhuo Zhang Weicai Chen Yuzheng Zhao Yi Yang | 2018 | Neuroscience Bulletin2018,34,5: | 5
An improved ion-exchange/diffusion method for ~(15)N isotope tracing analysis of nitrate in surface waters from watersheds显示文摘An improved method, suitable for collecting nitrate from surface waters in the watershed for 15 N isotope tracing analysis, was developed on the basis of the anion exchange coupled with diffusion through systematic simulation and comparison experiments. The results showed that the nitrate could be separated and enriched from the waters efficiently by using the improved method.Being simple and practical in operation principle and procedures,cost-economic,and highly efficient in nitrate separation/enrichment,the method met the requirements of δ 15 N mass spectrum analysis and would lay a foundation for the application of 15 N isotope tracing approach to the research on non-point source pollution in watershed. | Weiqi Chen Weicai Chen Huanhuan Rao | 2010 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,5: | 4
Synergistic osteogenic and angiogenic effects of KP and QK peptides incorporated with an injectable and self-healing hydrogel for efficient bone regeneration显示文摘Irregular defects generated by trauma or surgery in orthopaedics practice were usually difficult to be fitted by the preformed traditional bone graft substitute. Therefore, the injectable hydrogels have attracted an increasing interest for bone repair because of their fittability and mini-invasivity. However, the uncontrollable spreading or mechanical failures during its manipulation remain a problem to be solved. Moreover, in order to achieve vascularized bone regeneration, alternatives of osteogenic and angiogenic growth factors should be adopted to avoid the problem of immunogenicity and high cost. In this study, a novel injectable self-healing hydrogel system (GMO hydrogel) loaded with KP and QK peptides had been developed for enhancing vascularized regeneration of small irregular bone defect. The dynamic imine bonds between gelatin methacryloyl and oxidized dextran provided the GMO hydrogel with self-healing and shear-thinning abilities, which led to an excellent injectability and fittability. By photopolymerization of the enclosed GelMA, GMO hydrogel was further strengthened and thus more suitable for bone regeneration. Besides, the osteogenic peptide KP and angiogenic peptide QK were tethered to GMO hydrogel by Schiff base reaction, leading to desired releasing profiles. In vitro, this composite hydrogel could significantly improve the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs and angiogenesis ability of HUVECs. In vivo, KP and QK in the GMO hydrogel demonstrated a significant synergistic effect in promoting new bone formation in rat calvaria. Overall, the KP and QK loaded GMO hydrogel was injectable and self-healing, which can be served as an efficient approach for vascularized bone regeneration via a minimally invasive approach. | Runze Li Chen Zhou Jun Chen Haotian Luo Ruoyu Li Danying Chen Xuenong Zou Weicai Wang | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,12: | 2

Metal-Free Photocatalytic[4+2]Annulation of Acrylamides with 2-Benzyl-2-bromocarbonyls to Assemble Tetralin-1-carboxamides显示文摘Tetralin-1-carboxamides are frequently incorporated in myriad medicinally important molecules. However, their existing synthetic routes not only suffer from some drawbacks such as tedious procedures, harsh reaction conditions, narrow substrate scope, low yields, and environmental problems, but are also based upon the elaboration of uneasily available non-linear tetralin derivatives.Herein,we describe a metal-and additive-free visible light-induced[4+2]annulation of two simple linear starting materials, namely acrylamides and 2-benzyl-2-bromocarbonyls,through a cascade C(sp^(3))-Br/C(sp^(2))-H bond cleavage, double C-C bond formation, and aromatization sequence. The developed protocol provides a convenient, efficient, and green approach to a variety of tetralin-1-carboxamide derivatives with good functional group compatibility.Importantly, the resulting products could also undergo the Licl-mediated mono-decarboxylative cyclization process to further furnish the architecturally novel bridged polycyclic imides with excellentcis-diastereoselectivities. | Weicai Li Lu Tan Yijun Chen Rui Liu Zhongyu Qi Shixuan Yuan Zhanwen Huang Siping Wei Xi Du Dong Yi | 2024 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,2: | 0
