4Circulating lncRNA MHRT predicts survival of patients with chronic heart failure显示文摘Background It has been reported that lncRNA myosin heavy-chain-associated RNA transcripts(MHRT)can inhibit the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.It is one of the major pathological changes leading to chronic heart failure.Methods The expression level of lncRNA MHRT was assessed by qRT-PCR.Diagnostic values of lncRNA MHRT for chronic heart failure were analyzed by ROC curve analysis.Cell apoptosis was detected by cell apoptosis assay.Results The results demonstrated that expression of lncRNA MHRT in plasma was down-regulated in patients with chronic heart failure compared to that in healthy people.Down-regulation of lncRNA MHRT distinguished chronic heart failure from healthy people.Over-expression of lncRNA MHRT inhibited the apoptosis of human cardiomyocyte cell line AC16 after H2O2 treatment.Follow-up study showed that chronic heart failure patients with lower expression levels of lncRNA MHRT had worse survival conditions compared to patients with higher expression levels of lncRNA MHRT.Conclusion We concluded that circulating lncRNA MHRT might serve as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for chronic heart failure treatment.Lie ZHANG Yan-Jun WU Sui-Long ZHANG 2019Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2019,16,11:8
5Quality of life and emotional change for middle -aged and elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the SF-36, Diabetes Specificity Quality of Life Scale (DSQL) and anxiety and depression symptoms and investigate its changes in proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) by vitrectomy interventions. METHODS:The present study included 108 diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients:54 with PDR and 54 with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Each healthy control group (n =54) sociodemographically matched to DR groups was established respectively. The quality of life, anxiety and depression symptoms were evaluated and analyzed on preoperative and postoperative month 1 using SF-36, DSQL and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). · RESULTS:DR patients described impaired HRQL (Health Related Quality of life, SF -36) in 6 out of 8 subscales, including ‘Body Health’, ‘Body RoleFunction’,‘General Health’,‘Society Function’,‘Emotion Role Function’and‘Mental Health’. Compared with controls, DR patients (NPDR and PDR) suffered from statistically significantly impaired HRQL (SF-36 Summary score) (P< 0.05). By surgical intervention, the anxiety and depression score were significantly reduced, while the health and quality of life (SF-36 Summary scores and DSQL scores) was improved in patients with PDR (P <0.05). CONCLUSION:DR patients were affected in mentation and quality of life. 6Value of CT-guided core-needle biopsy in diagnosis and classification of malignant lymphomas using automated biopsy gun显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the value of CT-guided core-needle biopsy in diagnosis and classification of malignant lymphomas.METHODS: From January 1999 to October 2004, CT-guided core-needle biopsies were performed in 80 patients with suspected malignant lymphoma. Biopsies were performed with an 18-20 G biopsy-cut (CR Bard, Inc., Covington, GA,USA) needle driven by a spring-loaded Bard biopsy gun.RESULTS: A definite diagnosis and accurate histological subtype were obtained in 61 patients with a success rate of 76.25% (61/80). Surgical sampling was performed in 19 patients (23.75%) with non-diagnostic core-needle biopsies. The success rate of CT-guided core-needle biopsy varied with the histopathologic subtypes in our group.The relatively high success rates of core-needle biopsy were noted in diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL, 88.89%) and peripheral T-cell NHL (90%). However,the success rates were relatively low in anaplastic large cell (T/null cell) lymphoma (ALCL, 44.44%) and Hodgkin's disease (HD, 28.57%) in our group.CONCLUSION: CT-guided core-needle biopsy is a reliable means of diagnosing and classifying malignant lymphomas,and can be widely applied in the management of patients with suspected malignant lymphoma.Li Li Qiu-Liang Wu Li-Zhi Liu Yun-Xian Mo Chuan-Miao Xie Lie Zheng Lin Chen Pei-Hong Wu 2005World Journal of Gastroenterology2005,11,31:3
7Characteristics of plant calcium fractions for 25 species in Tengger Desert显示文摘Little attention has been paid to plant calcium fractions in the desert.To address the characteristic of the calcium fractions of desert plants,we collected 25 plant species in Tengger Desert,observed the calcium crystals using an optical microscope and determined water soluble calcium,acetic acid soluble calcium,and hydrochloric acid soluble calcium.To do so,we used sequential fractionation procedures to probe the relationships among different functional groups,different growth forms,or different successional stages.The results showed that the psammophyte,the late successional plants,and the drought-resistant shrub and semi-shrub all held considerable calcium oxalate crystal compared to the grassland plants,the early successional plants,and the perennial herb.With the proceeding succession,the acetic acid soluble calcium decreased gradually,and the hydrochloric acid soluble calcium increased gradually.The perennial herb had more water soluble calcium,while shrub held greater hydrochloric acid soluble calcium.The grassland plants held more water soluble calcium,while psammophyte had greater hydrochloric acid soluble calcium.This implies that the plants that are relatively sensitive to drought hold more calcium ion,while the drought-resistance plants hold more calcium oxalate.Thus,the plant calcium components are in close relation to plant drought-resistance,and of important significance in plant physiology of the desert.HuaCong Ci XingDong lie Rong Li Wei Wu PingPing Xue YuBao Gao HaLin Zhao 2010Research in Cold and Arid Regions2010,2,2:3
8Additive-free non-fullerene organic solar cells with random copolymers as donors over 9% power conversion efficiency显示文摘In this study, a series of random conjugated polymers (PBDB-TBTn) as donors were designed and synthesized. In these polymers, benzodithiophene unit with thiophene conjugated side chains (BDT) are donor part, and two different content of benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c']dithiophene-4,8-dione (BDD) and difluorobenzothiadizole (BT) linked alkylthiophene are acceptor unit. Polymer solar cells (PSCs) were fabricated with ITIC as an acceptor, and over the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9%was obtained, with open circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.86 V, short-circuit current density (Jsc) of 16.84 mA/cm^2, and fill factor (FF) of 62.5%. These random conjugated polymers based solar cells are insensitive to solvent additives and thermal annealing. The performance of the device decreases gradually with the increasing of the proportion of fluorinated acceptor unit. The declining efficiency is due to the excessive fluorinated acceptor unit, which leads to over aggregated topography, destroys the effective charge transport pathways, and affects phase separation domain size between the donor and the acceptor. The phenomena are explained by the charge carrier recombination, atomic force microscope (AFM), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). 9Computational and Experimental Study of Cooling Process in Coke Dry Quenching Experimental Shaft显示文摘Owing to its merits in energy savings, environmental protection and coke quality improvement, the Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) technology is favorite in coke making industry today. In order to validate the mathematical model developed for the cooling process of real CDQ shaft, the one-seventh scale experimental setup was established. With the air as the working fluid and the coke as the packed bed, the coke and gas temperatures and the pressure drop in the cooling shaft were measured. A mathematical model based on the non-Darcian and non-thermal equilibrium model for the cooling process of the CDQ experimental shaft was presented. The computational results were compared to the experimental data. 11Novel polymer acceptors achieving 10.18% efficiency for all-polymer solar cells显示文摘Polymer acceptors based on extended fused ring p skeleton has been proven to be promising candidates for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs), due to their remarkable improved light absorption than the traditional imide-based polymer acceptors. To expand structural diversity of the polymer acceptors, herein,two polymer acceptors PSF-IDIC and PSi-IDIC with extended fused ring p skeleton are developed by copolymerization of 2,20-((2 Z,20 Z)-((4,4,9,9-tetrahexadecyl-4,9-dihydro-s-indaceno [1,2-b:5,6-b']dithio phene-2,7-diyl)bis(methanylylidene))bis(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1 H-indene-2,1-diylidene))dimalononitrile(IDIC-C16) block with sulfur(S) and fluorine(F) functionalized benzodithiophene(BDT) unit and silicon(Si) atom functionalized BDT unit, respectively. Both polymer acceptors exhibit strong light absorption.The PSF-IDIC exhibits similar energy levels and slightly higher absorption coefficient relative to the PSi-IDIC. After blended with the donor polymer PM6, the functional atoms on the polymer acceptors show quite different effect on the device performance. Both of the acceptors deliver a notably high open circuit voltage(V_(OC)) of the devices, but PSi-IDIC achieves higher V OCthan PSF-IDIC. All-PSC based on PM6:PSi-IDIC attains a power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 8.29%, while PM6:PSF-IDIC-based device achieves a much higher PCE of 10.18%, which is one of the highest values for the all-PSCs reported so far. The superior device performance of PM6:PSF-IDIC is attributed to its higher exciton dissociation and charge transport, decreased charge recombination, and optimized morphology than PM6:PSi-IDIC counterpart. 12An Organic Solvent-free Approach towards PDI/Carbon Cloth Composites as Flexible Lithium Ion Battery Cathodes显示文摘An acidic solution based method towards flexible lithium ion battery(LIB)cathodes is developed in this work with perylene diimide(PDI)as the electroactive component and carbon cloth(CC)as the current collector.In this approach,PDI is firstly dispersed in concentrated sulfuric acid(H2S04)and then deposited on CC substrate after the dilution of H2S04,which provides an organic solvent-free strategy to construct integrated LIB cathodes.The acdic solution based fabrication process also allows the facile adjusting of loading amounts of PDI in the cathodes,which can effectively influence the battery performances of the PDI/CC cathodes.As the result,the acidic solution processed PDI/CC cathode can deliver a high specific capacity of-36 mAh·g^-1 at the current density of 50 mA·g^-1 in both half cell with lithium foil as anode and full cell with pre-lithiated CC as anode.In both types of the batteries,the PDI/CC cathodes show good cycling stabilities by retaining^84%of the initial capacities after 300 charge-discharge cycles at 500 mA·g^-1.Additionally,the excellent mechanical stability of the PDI/CC cathode enables the LIBs in pouch cell to maintain the electrochemical performances under various bending states,demonstrating their potentials for flexible LIBs.Dong-Qing Wu Deng Lu Peng Yang Lie Ma Biao Jiang Xin Xi Fan-Cheng Meng Wen-Bei Zhang Fan Zhang Qian-Qian Zhong Rui-Li Liu 2020Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2020,38,5:1

16Alternating Terpolymers Based on Tunable Bi-donors with Manipulating Energy Levels and Molecular Geometry显示文摘Three novel regular acceptor-donorl-acceptor-donor2(A-D1-A-D2) terpolymers were prepared via em-bedding a second donor(D2) unit into the traditional D-A backbone to manipulate the energy levels and moleculargeometry with no complex synthesis or solubility loss. In these A-D1-A-D2 terpolymers, benzodithiophene(BDT, D1)and diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP, A) were selected as the basic skeleton, and the dithienopyrrole(DTPy), carbazole(CZ)and fluorine(FL) units with different electron donating ability were chosen as the second donor trait(D2). The HOMOenergy levels can be effectively modulated by only varying D2 unit because of the push-pull interaction between do-nor and acceptor units. Versus the D-A bipolymer PDPP-BDT, incorporation of the D2 unit into the copolymers candistinctly lower the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) levels to -5.47 eV for PDDPP-BDT-DTPy, -5.38 eVfor PDDPP-BDT-CZ and -5.23 eV for PDDPP-BDT-FL, which shows the strong dependence on electron-donatingability. Density functional theory(DFT) simulation and X-ray diffraction(XRD) measurements also reveal the effectof the D2 units on the molecular geometry of the terpolymers and their molecular packing. Notably, aPDDPP-BDT-DTPy combined with a thiophene ring and forked tail pendant away from the backbone had less back-bone torsion and more compact packing than the other two counterparts.
