1Effects of process parameters on pore structure of semi-coke prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation显示文摘The semi-coke was prepared by solid heat carrier with dry distillation in single factor method. The pore structures of raw coal and semi-coke were characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the adsorption and desorption isotherm of semi-coke are not coincident. There was a wide pore distribution on the semi-coke, in which mesopores and micropores account for a considerable proportion. Also there are many more secondary pores. With the increase of the final temperature of heat carrier and constant temperature, as well as the decrease of volume ratio of coal and hot carrier reactor, specific surface area and pore volume of semi-coke increased rapidly first and then decreased and finally increased, along with the rapidly reduction of average pore size. 2Tectonic evolution of the Dabashan orocline, central China: Insights from the superposed folds in the eastern Dabashan foreland显示文摘The Dabashan orocline is situated in the northwestern margin of the central Yangtze block,central China.Previous studies have defned the orthogonal superposed folds growing in its central-western segment thereby confrming its two-stage tectonic evolution history.Geological mapping has revealed that more types of superposed folds have developed in the eastern segment of the orocline,which probably provides more clues for probing the structure and tectonic history of the Dabashan orocline.In this paper,based on geological mapping,structural measurements and analyses of deformation,we have identifed three groups of folds with different trends(e.g.NW-,NE-and nearly E-trending folds)and three types of structural patterns of superposed folds in the eastern Dabashan foreland(e.g.syn-axial,oblique,and conjunctional superposed folds).In combination with geochronological data,we propose that the synaxial superposed folds are due to two stages of wNeS shortening in the west and north of the Shennongjia massif,and that oblique superposed folds have been resulted from the superposition of the NW-and NE-trending folds onto the early ~E-W folds in the east of the Shennongjia massif in the late Jurassic to early Cretaceous.The conjunctional folds are composed of the NW-and NE-trending folds,corresponding to the regional-scale dual-orocline in the eastern Sichuan as a result of the southwestward expansion of the Dabashan foreland during late Jurassic to early Cretaceous,coeval with the northwestward propagation of the Xuefengshan foreland.Integration of the structure and geochronology of the belt shows that the Dabashan orocline is a combined deformation belt primarily experiencing a twostage tectonic evolution history in Mesozoic,initiation of the Dabashan orocline as a foreland basin along the front of the Qinling orogen in late Triassic to early Jurassic due to collisional orogeny,and the fnal formation of the Dabashan orocline owing to the southwestward propagation of the Qinling orogen during late Jurassic to early Cretaceous intra-continental orogeny.Our studies provide some evidences for understanding the structure and deformation of the Dabashan orocline.Wei Shi Jianhua Li Mi Tian Guoli Wu 2013Geoscience Frontiers2013,4,6:12
3Formation of the Moping Dome in the Xuefengshan Orocline, Central China and its Tectonic Significance显示文摘Many equiaxial dome-like structures developed in the north segment of the Xuefengshan orocline, Central China are obviously inconcordant with the NE-trending linear structures in this area, which contain important records for understanding the structural framework and evolution of this belt. In this paper, taking one of the typical dome-like structures in the Xuefengshan orcline (e.g. Moping dome-like structure) as an example, based on its structural framework interpratatoin, superposed deformation analysis and paleo-stress fields reconstruction, we propose the Moping dome-like structure is composed of two populations of different-striking thrust-fold structures, ~E-trending and NE-striking structures, indicative of two-stages shortening, ~N- and NW-striking, respectively. Together with the geochronological analysis, we suggest the first stage of shortening occurred in Late Triassic to Early Jurassic, due to the Indosinian intercollisional orogeny of the Yangtze Block and the North China Block. The second occurred during Late Jurassic Early Cretaceous owing to Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny, leading to the intensive superposition of the NE-trending structures onto the ~E-trending structures, and the final ocurrence of the Moping dome. 4Geological characteristics and tectonic signifcance of unconformities in Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block显示文摘Several stratigraphic breaks and unconformities exist in the Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block.Geologic characters and spatial distributions of fve of these unconformities,which have resulted from different geological processes,have been studied.The unconformity beneath the Dahongyu Formation is interpreted as a breakup unconformity,representing the time of transition from continental rift to passive continental margin.The unconformities beneath the Gaoyuzhuang and the Yangzhuang formations are considered to be the consequence of regional eustatic fuctuations,leading to the exposure of highlands in passive margins during low sea-level stands and transgressive deposition on coastal regions during high sea-level stands.The unconformity atop the Tieling Formation might be caused by uplift due to contractional deformation in a back-arc setting,whereas the uplift after the deposition of the Xiamaling Formation might be attributed to a continental collision event.It is assumed that the occurrences of these unconformities in the Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block had a close bearing on the assemblage and breakup of the Columbia and Rodinia supercontinents.Yongqiang Qu Jianguo Pan Shouxian Ma Zhiping Lei Lin Li Guoli Wu 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,1:7

7Extraction,Isolation and Structural Characterization of Polysaccharides from a Red Alga Gloiopeltis furcata显示文摘Three kinds of polysaccharides:GFW,GFH and GFA,were sequentially extracted from a red alga Gloiopeltis furcatawith 25℃and 85℃water,and 60℃ 4%NaOHwater solution.Based on the defatted alga,the yields of the polysaccharide were57.9%,2.5%and 2.6%,respectively.Their monosaccharide compositions,average molecular weights and structural characters weredetermined by gas chromatography(GC),high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)or13C-NMR spectroscopy.The results showed that GFW,GFH and GFA were all composed of D-galactose(Gal)and3,6-anhydro-L-galactose(AnG),and particularly GFA also contained xylose(Xyl).The average molecular weights of GFW,GFHand GFA were 22.6 kD,26.5 kD and 49.8 kD,respectively,with the respective sulfate content 31.2%,25.1%and 22.7%.The data ofFTIR and13C-NMR confirmed the sulfate ester location at C6 of galactose.It is concluded that all the three polysaccharides extractedfrom Gloiopeltis furcata were sulfated galactans,two being sulfated-agarose,and one being xylose-containing sulfated galactan.YU Guangli HU Yannan YANG Bo ZHAO Xia WANG Peipei JI Guoli WU Jiandong GUAN Huashi 2010Journal of Ocean University of China2010,9,2:3
8Early Mesozoic structural deformation in the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt,China显示文摘The Helan-Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt is a mantle transitional belt in China.The southern part,forming the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt,comprises several tectonic systems,each displaying different characteristics.The Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt along the western margin of Yangtze Block is a strike-slip tectonic belt with a series of echelon left-lateral slip faults.The strike-slip fault systems experienced two stages of structural deformation:early NW-SE striking thrust faults formed under a NE-SW compression stress field,and later sinistral strike-slip structures formed along thrust faults under a NW-SE compression stress field.Mesozoic basins developed between the left-lateral slip faults.Sedimentary facies and paleocurrent directions indicate that basin development was controlled by the strike-slip faults.The oldest strata in the Chuandian N-S Tectonic Belt constrain its formation to early Mesozoic.In fact,The slip tectonic belt formed by clockwise rotation and north-directed subduction-collision of the Yangtze Block in Late Triassic-Jurassic.The strike-slip faults that developed within the belt also formed at this time.CHEN Hong HU JianMin QU HongJie WU GuoLi 2011Science China Earth Sciences2011,54,11:2
9Revisiting Triassic stratigraphy of the Yanshan belt显示文摘Age determinations of the Triassic lithostratigraphic units of the Yanshan belt were previously based on plant fossils and regional correlations of lithologies. The Liujiagou and Heshanggou Formations were assigned as the Lower Triassic, and the Ermaying Formation was regarded as the Middle Triassic. We carried out a geochronologic study of detrital zircon grains from the Triassic sandstone in the Xiabancheng and Yingzi basins in northern Hebei where the Triassic strata are exceptionally well preserved. The results show that the Liujiagou, Heshanggou, and Ermaying Formations are all Late Triassic in age. The ages of detrital zircons also revealed that the upper part of the Shihezi Formation and the overlying Sunjiagou Formation, both of which were thought to be the Middle-Late Permian units, are actually late Early to Middle Triassic deposits. This study combines the upper Shihezi and Sunjiagou Formations into a single unit termed as the Yingzi Formation. We also substitute the widely-used Liujiagou, Heshanggou, and Ermaying Formations with the Dingjiagou, Xiabancheng, and Huzhangzi Formations, respectively. Field observations and facies analysis show that the top of the Shihezi Formation is an erosive surface, marking a parallel unconformity between the Middle Permian and Lower Triassic. The Yingzi Formation is composed mainly of meandering river deposits, indicative of tectonic quiescence and low-relief landform in the Early to Middle Triassic. In contrast, the Dingjiagou, Xiabancheng, and Huzhangzi Formations are interpreted as the deposits of sandy/gravelly braided rivers, alluvial fans, fan deltas, and deep lakes in association with volcanism, thus indicating an intense rifting setting. A new Triassic lithostratigraphic division is proposed according to age constraints and facies analysis, and the results are of significance for understanding the early Mesozoic tectonic evolution of the Yanshan belt.WEI HongHong WU GuoLi DUAN Liang 2015Science China Earth Sciences2015,58,4:2
10An evaluation of input/dissipation terms in WAVEWATCH Ⅲ using in situ and satellite significant wave height data in the South China Sea显示文摘A WAVEWATCH III version 3.14(WW3) wave model is used to evaluate input/dissipation source term packages WAM3, WAM4 and TC96 considering the effect of atmospheric instability. The comparisons of a significant wave height acquired from the model with different packages have been performed based on wave observation radar and HY-2 altimetry significant wave height data through five experiments in the South China Sea domain spanning latitudes of 0°–35°N and longitudes of 100°–135°E. The sensitivity of the wind speed correction parameter in the TC96 package also has been analyzed. From the results, the model is unable to dissipate the wave energy efficiently during a swell propagation with either source packages. It is found that TC96 formulation with the 'effective wind speed' strategy performs better than WAM3 and WAM4 formulations. 17Acetylcholinesterase liquid crystal biosensor for identification of AChE inhibitors by a reactivator显示文摘An improved acetylcholinesterase liquid crystal(LC) biosensor has been developed for the identification of organophosphates(OPs) by using a reactivator. When the acetylcholinesterases(AChEs) inhibited by different kinds of OPs are reactived by a reactivator, the catalytic activity of AChEs can be recovered with different activation efficiency because of the different phosphorylation structures formed in the inhibited AChEs. Accordingly, the reactived AChEs can catalyze the hydrolysis of acetylthiocholine to generate thiocholine product in different degrees, which will result in different catalytic growth of AuNPs and further form distinct orientational response of LCs.
