| 1 | Relationship between Methylation of FHIT and CDH13 Gene Promoter Region and Liver Cancer显示文摘In order to demonstrate the relationship between methylation of fragile histidine triad(FHIT)and T-cadherin/H-cadherin(CDH13)genes and liver cancer,the methylation status of FHIT and CDH13 was detected in healthy individuals and in Mongolian and Han patients with liver cancer.The phenol-chloroform method was used to extract genomic DNA.The methylation specific polymerase chain reaction method was applied to detect the methylation status of FHIT and CDH13.The relationship between smoking and alcohol consumption and gene(FHIT and CDH13)methylation was analyzed.There was significant difference in methylation rate of FHIT(72.67%,34.67%)and CDH13(72.0%,28.0%)between liver cancer patients and healthy individuals of Mongolian descent(P<0.05),as well as that of FHIT(68%,30.67%)and CDH13(64%,26%)between liver cancer patients and healthy individuals of Han individuals(P<0.05).There was also a relationship between smoking and drinking and the methylation of FHIT and CDH13(P<0.05).Thus,the methylation of FHIT and CDH13 had a relationship with liver cancer incidence.Smoking and alcohol ingestion may promote the methylation of FHIT and CDH13. | Ao-dun TUOYA Dong-xue WANG Yu-shu XING Rui-jun LIU Yu-xia HU Meng-di ZHANG Tu-ya BAI Xiao-li LV Jun LI Fu-hou CHANG | 2020 | Current Medical Science2020,40,3: | 4 |
| 2 | Nonlocal vibration and buckling of two-dimensional layered quasicrystal nanoplates embedded in an elastic medium显示文摘A mathematical model for nonlocal vibration and buckling of embedded two-dimensional(2 D) decagonal quasicrystal(QC) layered nanoplates is proposed. The Pasternak-type foundation is used to simulate the interaction between the nanoplates and the elastic medium. The exact solutions of the nonlocal vibration frequency and buckling critical load of the 2 D decagonal QC layered nanoplates are obtained by solving the eigensystem and using the propagator matrix method. The present three-dimensional(3 D) exact solution can predict correctly the nature frequencies and critical loads of the nanoplates as compared with previous thin-plate and medium-thick-plate theories.Numerical examples are provided to display the effects of the quasiperiodic direction,length-to-width ratio, thickness of the nanoplates, nonlocal parameter, stacking sequence,and medium elasticity on the vibration frequency and critical buckling load of the 2 D decagonal QC nanoplates. The results show that the effects of the quasiperiodic direction on the vibration frequency and critical buckling load depend on the length-to-width ratio of the nanoplates. | 3 | Static deformation of a multilayered one-dimensional hexagonal quasicrystal plate with piezoelectric effect显示文摘Quasicrystals(QCs) are sensitive to the piezoelectric(PE) effect. This paper studies static deformation of a multilayered one-dimensional(1 D) hexagonal QC plate with the PE effect. The exact closed-form solutions of the extended displacement and traction for a homogeneous piezoelectric quasicrystal(PQC) plate are derived from an eigensystem. The general solutions for multilayered PQC plates are then obtained using the propagator matrix method when mechanical and electrical loads are applied on the top surface of the plate. | 4 | Bending Deformation of Multilayered One-Dimensional Quasicrystal Nanoplates Based on the Modified Couple Stress Theory显示文摘The modified couple stress theory has been applied in many nanomaterials except for nano-quasicrystals.In this paper,the modified couple stress theory is firstly adopted to analyze the static bending deformation of multilayered one-dimensional(ID)hexagonal quasicrystal(QC)nanoplates under surface loadings.The general solutions for the extended displacement and traction vectors in a simply supported and homogeneous QC nanoplate are derived by solving an eigenvalue problem reduced from the governing equations.Utilizing the propagator matrix method,the analytical solutions of multilayered ID QC nanoplates are then obtained by assuming that the layer interfaces are continuous.Numerical examples for some kinds of nanoplates made up of QC and crystal(BaTiOa)are provided to illustrate the effects of the material length parameter,the number of layers and the stacking sequence of nanoplates on the phonon and phason fields,which is helpful for the application of QCs to surface coating and solar energy selective absorber. | Xiaofei Li Junhong Guo Tuoya Sun | 2019 | Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2019,32,6: | 2 |

| 8 | Identification of TM9SF2 as a Candidate of the Cell Surface Marker Common to Breast Carcinoma Cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE We aimed identification of cell surface molecules,which might serve as diagnostic biomarkers or useful targets fortherapies, in breast cancer.METHODS We developed unique DNA microarray coupledwith spherical self-organizing map (sSOM) analysis to characterizecells and tissues by the cell surface markers. In the microarray 1,797probes for human genes coding membrane bound proteins werespotted. With this microarray the gene expression profiles of eightbreast carcinoma cell lines were compared to identify the genesthat were commonly expressed in breast carcinomas but not innormal cells.RESULTS The gene expression profiles of sSOM from the eightbreast carcinoma cell lines were successfully distinguished fromthat of normal breast tissue derived cells suggesting the presenceof genes of interest. sSOM on the data extensively filtered revealedseveral candidate genes, of which expression was significant incarcinoma cells but low in normal cells. Finally, TM9SF2 wasnominated through validations of PCR procedures together withCD24 and ErbB3, which are known breast carcinoma markers.TM9SF2 expression was further confirmed by immunologicalstaining. | 9 | In Situ Formed Tribofilms as Efficient Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Interlayers for Stabilizing Lithium Metal Anodes显示文摘The practical application of Li metal anodes(LMAs)is limited by uncontrolled dendrite growth and side reactions.Herein,we propose a new friction-induced strategy to produce high-performance thin Li anode(Li@CFO).By virtue of the in situ friction reaction between fluoropolymer grease and Li strips during rolling,a robust organic/inorganic hybrid interlayer(lithiophilic LiF/LiC_(6)framework hybridized-CF_(2)-O-CF_(2)-chains)was formed atop Li metal.The derived interface contributes to reversible Li plating/stripping behaviors by mitigating side reactions and decreasing the solvation degree at the interface.The Li@CFO||Li@CFO symmetrical cell exhibits a remarkable lifespan for 5,600 h(1.0 mA cm^(-2)and 1.0 mAh cm^(-2))and 1,350 cycles even at a harsh condition(18.0 mA cm^(-2)and 3.0 mAh cm^(-2)).When paired with high-loading LiFePO4 cathodes,the full cell lasts over 450 cycles at 1C with a high-capacity retention of 99.9%.This work provides a new friction-induced strategy for producing high-performance thin LMAs. | Shaozhen Huang Kecheng Long Yuejiao Chen Tuoya Naren Piao Qing Xiaobo Ji Weifeng Wei Zhibin Wu Libao Chen | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12: | 0 |
