1石墨烯与关联单壁碳纳米管物理特性比较研究显示文摘采用基于广义梯度近似(GGA)的密度泛函方法(DFT)对石墨烯和卷曲后的关联碳纳米管(8,0)进行了理论研究。结果表明石墨烯每行斜键键长呈AAB周期变化,关联碳纳米管斜键长度成AABB规则变化,竖键长度均不变。石墨烯的密立根电荷数值大小分布无明显规律,内部原子多为正值,外部多为负值。关联碳纳米管的密立根电荷分布相对较有规律。碳纳米管的内部碳原子也有吸引电子的能力,从而与其它原子形成离子性键。两者在费米能级态密度大部分均由p轨道贡献。但是关联碳纳米管的费米能级也有一部分来自于s轨道电子的贡献,而石墨烯则几乎没有来自s轨道的贡献。颜浩然 王利光 TAGAMI K TSUKADA M 2009黑龙江大学自然科学学报2009,26,2:3
