| 1 | Novel Co-free high performance TRIP and TWIP medium-entropy alloys at cryogenic temperatures显示文摘Recently,high-and medium-entropy alloys(HEAs and MEAs) have been found to exhibit excellent cryogenic mechanical properties,but most of them contain high-priced Co element.Therefore,developing HEAs or MEAs with high strength and ductility and relatively low cost is urgent.In this work,novel Cofree Fex Mn(75-x) Ni(10)Cr(15)(x=50 and 55 at.%) MEAs were developed,which exhibit a good combination of low cost,high strength and ductility at cryogenic temperature.It was found that the Fe(50)Mn(25)Ni(10)Cr(15)MEA exhibits a combination of cryogenic tensile strength of^0.98 GPa and ductility of^83 %.The excellent cryogenic mechanical properties were attributed to joint of twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP) and transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effects.The present study sheds light on developing low cost MEAs with high perfo rmance for cryogenic-tempe rature applications. | Ran Wei Kaisheng Zhang Liangbin Chen Zhenhua Han Tan Wang Chen Chen Jianzhong Jiang Tingwei Hu Fushan Li | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,54,22: | 6 |
| 2 | Highly stable full-color display device with VLC application potential using semipolarμLEDs and all-inorganic encapsulated perovskite nanocrystal显示文摘A promising approach for the development of effective full-color displays is to combine blue micro LEDs(μLEDs)with color conversion layers.Perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs)are notable for their tolerance to defects and provide excellent photoluminescence quantum yields and high color purity compared to metal chalcogenide quantum dots.The stability of PNCs in ambient conditions and under exposure to blue light can be improved using a SiO;coating.This study proposes a device that could be used for both display and visible light communication(VLC)applications.The semipolar blueμLED array fabricated in this study shows a negligible wavelength shift,indicating a significant reduction in the quantum confined Stark effect.Owing to its shorter carrier lifetime,the semipolar μLED array exhibits an impressive peak 3 dB bandwidth of 655 MHz and a data transmission rate of1.2 Gb/s corresponding to an injection current of 200 m A.The PNC-μLED device assembled from a semipolarμLED array with PNCs demonstrates high color stability and wide color-gamut features,achieving 127.23% and 95.00%of the National Television Standards Committee standard and Rec.2020 on the CIE 1931 color diagram,respectively.These results suggest that the proposed PNC-μLED device is suitable for both display-related and VLC applications. | TINGZHU WU YUE LIN YU-MING HUANG MENG LIU KONTHOUJAM JAMES SINGH WANSHENG LIN TINGWEI LU XI ZHENG JIANYANG ZHOU HAO-CHUNG KUO ZHONG CHEN | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,11: | 5 |
| 3 | Second-trimester maternal β-human chorionic gonadotropin level associated with subsequent development of pregnancy-induced hypertension显示文摘Objective:To determine whether maternal β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG) level in second-trimester may be associated with subsequent development of pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:Seven hundred and sixty-two women in mid-trimester were to have maternal urine β-hCG standardized concentrations and maternal serum β-hCG measurements.Their case histories were recorded and reviewed from mid-trimester to delivery.The relation was observed between maternal urine,serum markers and subsequent development of PIH.Results:Among 762 women,504 cases were normal pregnancies,42 cases had PIH,94 cases had premature rupture of membrane (PROM),69 cases had preterm delivery (PD),53 other cases were excluded by various reasons.The levels of maternal urine,serum β-hCG in PIH were (61.75±9.78) IU/L and (304.56±54.17) ng/mg respectively,which were higher significantly than normal pregnancy group ([20.65±7.61] IU/L and [146.34±47.81] ng/mg,P<0.05).When maternal serum,urine β-hCG levels ≥2 MOM(multiple of mean),the incidences of developing PIH were increased significantly as compared with those of β-hCG <2 MOM women.The incidence of PIH increased from 5.1% in pregnancies with urine β-hCG ≥2 MOM to 11.7% in cases with urine β-hCG ≥4 MOM.Conclusion:The elevation of maternal mid-trimester urine,serum β-hCG levels is not only an early signal for dysfunction of placenta but also a dangerous signal for development of PIH.Second-trimester maternal urine β-hCG measurement proves to be superior to serum marker in clinical prediction. | Tang Longying Chen Qizhen Zuo Wanxin Sun Tingwei Wang Yianshu Jin Hua | 2010 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010,25,5: | 2 |

| 12 | Distribution and origin of brine-type Li-Rb mineralization in the Qaidam Basin,NW China显示文摘The Qaidam Basin on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is well endowed with a variety of critical metals,such as Li and Rb.However,little is known about the distribution,source,and enrichment mechanisms of these elements.In this paper,we present results of systematic geochemical and H-O-B isotopic analyses of brines in the Tertiary and Quaternary sediments of the Qaidam basin.The results reveal that the paleobrines from oil-bearing anticlines at Dafengshan,Nanyishan,Youquanzi,Jiandingshan,and Jianshishan are significantly enriched in Li and Rb,whose contents are 81.1-128.9 mg L^(-1)and 4.5-29.2 mg L^(-1),respectively,reaching levels of economic significance.High Rb contents(up to 12.5 mg L^(-1))and well-endowment of Li also characterize the Dongtai,Xitai,Yiliping,and Senie salt lakes in the Qaidam Basin.The Tertiary paleobrine average inδD andδ18O at-40.7‰and 2.84‰,respectively.The paleobrine with the highest Li and Rb hasδD andδ^(18)O values close to magmatic water.Theδ^(11)B values are lower than those of river water but close to those of geothermal fluids,suggesting that replenishment by deep magmatic hydrothermal fluid is most likely the key mechanism for the anomalous enrichment of these elements in the paleobrines,though evaporation and water-rock reactions have contributed to the critical metal mineralization.The anomalous enrichment of Li and Rb in modern salt lake brines is closely related to the input of volcanic geothermal water.The relatively high Li and Rb contents of intercrystalline brines in salt lakes of the western Qaidam Basin and the increase of Li and Rb contents with increasing depth were caused by upwelling of local paleobrines along the fault zones. | Jiansen LI Tingwei LI Yunqi MA Fukun CHEN | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,3: | 1 |

| 15 | Extracellular vesicles derived from human dental mesenchymal stem cells stimulated with low-intensity pulsed ultrasound alleviate inflammation-induced bone loss in a mouse model of periodontitis显示文摘Extracellular vesicles(EVs)derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have emerged as a new mode of intercellular crosstalk and are responsible for many of the thera-peutic effects of MSCs.To promote the application of MSC-EVs,recent studies have focused on the manipulation of MSCs to improve the production of EVs and EV-mediated activities.The current paper details an optimization method using non-invasive low-intensity pulsed ul-trasound(LIPUS)as the stimulation for improving oral MSC-EV production and effectiveness.Stem cells from apical papilla(SCAP),a type of oral mesenchymal stem cell,displayed inten-sity-dependent pro-osteogenic and anti-inflammatory responses to LIPUS without significant cytotoxicity or apoptosis.The stimuli increased the secretion of EVs by promoting the expres-sion of neutral sphingomyelinases in SCAP.In addition,EVs from LIPUS-induced SCAP exhibited stronger efficacy in promoting the osteogenic differentiation and anti-inflammation of peri-odontal ligament cells in vitro and alleviating oral inflammatory bone loss in vivo.In addition,LIPUS stimulation affected the physical characteristics and miRNA cargo of SCAP-EVs.Further investigations indicated that miR-935 is an important mediator of the pro-osteogenic and anti-inflammatory capabilities of LIPUS-induced SCAP-EVs.Taken together,these findings demonstrate that LIPUS is a simple and effective physical method to optimize SCAP-EV produc-tion and efficacy. | Tingwei Zhang Ziqi Chen Mengyuan Zhu Xuan Jing Xiaohui Xu Xulei Yuan Mengjiao Zhou Yanan Zhang Miao Lu Duanjing Chen Shihan Xu Jinlin Song | 2023 | Genes & Diseases2023,10,4: | 0 |
| 16 | Mass transfer process of peanut protein extracted by bis(2-ethylhexyl)sodium sulfosuccinate reverse micelles显示文摘The liquid-liquid extraction method using reverse micelles can simultaneously extract lipid and protein of oilseeds,which have become increasingly popular in recent years.However,there are few studies on mass transfer processes and models,which are helpful to better control the extraction process of oils and proteins.In this paper,mass transfer process of peanut protein extracted by bis(2-ethylhexyl)sodium sulfosuccinate(AOT)/isooctane reverse micelles was investigated.The effects of stirring speed(0,70,140,and 210 r/min),temperature of extraction(30,35,40,45,and 50℃),peanut flour particle size(0.355,0.450,0.600,and 0.900 mm)and solidliquid ratio(0.010,0.0125,0.015,0.0175,and 0.020 g/mL)on extraction rate were examined.The results showed that extraction rate increased with temperature rising,particle size reduction as well as solid-liquid ratio increase respectively,while little effect of stirring speed(P>0.05)was observed.The apparent activation energy of extraction process was calculated as 10.02 kJ/mol and Arrhenius constant(A)was 1.91 by Arrhenius equation.There was a linear relationship between reaction rate constant and the square of the inverse of initial particle radius(1/r_(0)^(2))(P<0.05).This phenomenon and this shrinking core model were anastomosed.In brief,the extraction process was controlled by the diffusion of protein from the virgin zone interface of particle through the reacted zone and it was in line with the first order reaction.Mass transfer kinetics of peanut protein extracted by reverse micelles was established and it was verified by experimental results.The results provide an important theoretical guidance for industrial production of peanut protein separation and purification. | Chenxian Yang Tianci Li Tingwei Zhu Xiaojie Duan Yibao Chen Yandong Xu Fusheng Chen Kunlun Liu | 2024 | Grain & Oil Science and Technology2024,7,1: | 0 |

| 18 | Unprecedent green macroalgae bloom:mechanism and implication to disaster prediction and prevention显示文摘Green macroalgae bloom(GMB),with the dominant species of Ulva prolifera,has regularly occurred since 2007 along the China coast.Although disaster prevention and control achieved favorable results in 2020,the satellite-observed GMB annual maximum coverage(AMC)rebounded sharply in 2021 to an unprecedented level.The reasons for this rebound and the significant interannual variability over past 15 years are still open questions.Here,by using long-term time-series(2007-2022)optical and Synthetic Aperture Radar satellite observations(1000+scenes),meteorological data and water quality statistics,the mechanism analysis was performed by exploring effects from natural factors and human activities.Two key determinants for AMC are successfully identified from numerous potential factors which are the macroalgae distribution in a key area(the Subei Shoal)during a critical period(from April to May 20)and the nutrient availability.Furthermore,by using these two parameters,a novel model for AMC prediction(R^(2)=0.87,p<0.01)is proposed and independently validated,which can reasonably explain the significant interannual variability(2014-2021)and agree well with the latest observation in 2022(percentage difference 12%).Finally,suggestions are proposed for future disaster prevention and alleviation.This work may aid future bloom prediction and management measure optimization. | Mengmeng Cao Xuyan Li Tingwei Cui Xinliang Pan Yan Li Yanlong Chen Ning Wang Yanfang Xiao Xingai Song Yuzhu Xu Runa A Bing Mu Song Qing Rongjie Liu Wenjing Zhao Yuhai Bao Jie Zhang Lan Wei | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |
