1有限负压下熔体硅中磷的挥发去除(英文)显示文摘对有限负压下熔体硅中磷的挥发去除进行研究。采用电子级硅配制Si-P合金,并采用GD-MS来检测实验前后硅中的磷含量。理论计算结果表明:在有限负压下,硅中的磷以P和P2的气体形式从熔体硅中挥发。实验结果显示:在温度1873K、真空度0.6-0.8Pa、熔炼3600s的条件下,熔体硅中的磷从0.046%(460ppmw)下降到0.001%(10ppmw)。实验结果与理论结果一致表明:当熔体硅中磷的含量大且炉腔内气压相对较高时,磷的去除与气压高度相关;而当炉腔气压很低时,磷的去除基本与气压无关。原因是在相对高磷含量的熔体硅中,磷主要以P2气体的形式挥发;在磷含量较低时,磷主要以单原子气体P的形式挥发。郑淞生 Jafar SAFARIAN Seongho SEOK Sungwook KIM Merete TANGSTAD 罗学涛 2011Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2011,21,3:5
2纯铝与石墨、SiC和Al_2O_3的润湿性(英文)显示文摘纯铝与过滤材料和夹杂物之间的润湿性是影响铝的过滤性能的重要因素。在10-8bar真空条件下于1000~1300°C,研究液态铝与氧化铝、SiC和石墨之间的润湿角。为了描述铝的过滤和浇铸等在低温条件下铝与陶瓷的润湿行为,使用半经验模型进行研究。计算出的700°C的纯铝与氧化铝的润湿角为97°,与玻璃体石墨的为92°,与单晶和多晶石墨的为126°,与单晶的为SiC79°。结果表明:在浇铸温度下铝不能润湿氧化铝和石墨(或者Al4C3),但可以润湿SiC。因此,为了让铝能够浸润过滤材料,在铝过滤时需要施加一个压力差作为推动力。提高温度也可以改善铝与陶瓷间的润湿性。包萨日娜 唐恺 Anne KVITHYLD Thorvald ENGH Merete TANGSTAD 2012Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2012,22,8:4
