2Chemical compound cinobufotalin potently induces FOXO1-stimulated cisplatin sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9显示文摘In this study,we present novel molecular mechanisms by which FOXO1 functions as a tumor suppressor to prevent the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).First,we observed that FOXO1 not only controlled tumor stemness and metastasis,but also sensitized NPC cells to cisplatin(DDP)in vitro and in vivo.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that FOXO1-induced miR-200b expression through the GSK3β/β-catenin/TCF4 network-mediated stimulation of ZEB1,which reduced tumor stemness and the epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)signal.Furthermore,we observed FOXO1 interaction with MYH9 and suppression of MYH9 expression by modulating the PI3K/AKT/c-Myc/P53/miR-133a-3p pathway.Decreased MYH9 expression not only reduced its interactions with GSK3β,but also attenuated TRAF6 expression,which then decreased the ubiquitin-mediated degradation of GSK3βprotein.Increased GSK3βexpression stimulated theβ-catenin/TCF4/ZEB1/miR-200b network,which increased the downstream tumor stemness and EMT signals.Subsequently,we observed that chemically synthesized cinobufotalin(CB)strongly increased FOXO1-induced DDP chemosensitivity by reducing MYH9 expression,and the reduction in MYH9 modulated GSK3β/β-catenin and its downstream tumor stemness and EMT signal in NPC.In clinical samples,the combination of low FOXO1 expression and high MYH9 expression indicated the worst overall survival rates.Our studies demonstrated that CB potently induced FOXO1-mediated DDP sensitivity by antagonizing its binding partner MYH9 to modulate tumor stemness in NPC.YongHao Li Xiong Liu Xian Lin Menyang Zhao Yanyi Xiao Chen Liu Zixi Liang Zelong Lin Renhui Yi Zibo Tang Jiahao Liu Xin Li Qingping Jiang Libo Li Yinyin Xie Zhen Liu Weiyi Fang 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:6
3Jahn-Teller distortion assisted interstitial nitrogen engineering:Enhanced oxygen dehydrogenation activity of N-doped Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4) hierarchical micro-nano particles显示文摘Rational design of earth-abundant transition metal oxides catalysts is highly desirable for developing sustainable chemical processes.Herein,we demonstrate a prospective interstitial nitrogen engineering for fabricating oxygen vacancies(OVs)-rich nitrogen-doped-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4)(N-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4))oxide catalyst,in which the ratio of OVs concentration of N-Mn_(x)Co_(3-x)O_(4)to Mn species is as high as 1:1,according to the characterizations of X-ray absorption(XAS)and X-ray photoelectron(XPS)spectroscopies.The promising strategy of interstitial nitrogen engineering through lattice distortion caused by the Jahn-Teller effect can significantly increase the amount of interstitial nitrogen.The resulting catalyst enables an additive-free aerobic dehydrogenation coupling of aromatic amine to afford azo compounds with>99%yield and>99%selectivity at 60☆.We observed the superb catalytic activity is promoted by the enhanced oxygen mobility in OVs,which were created by the interstitial nitrogen in the catalyst matrix.The presence of interstitial nitrogen in transition metal oxides in this study shows how the manipulation of catalyst matrix can increase the OV sites to promote aerobic oxidation reaction.Yangxin Jin Fengfeng Li Peixin Cui Yun Yang Qingping Ke Minh Ngoc Ha Wangcheng Zhan Fei Ruan Chao Wan Zhao Lei Van Noi Nguyen Wei Chen Jun Tang 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:1

6Revealing efficient catalytic performance of N-CuO_(x) for aerobic oxidative coupling of aliphatic alkynes:A Langmuir-Hinshelwood reaction mechanism显示文摘O_(x)idative couplings of aliphatic alkynes are crucial for the production of naturally occurring 1,3-diynes.Herein we report the novel approach for effective synthesis of unsaturated coordinated N doped copper oxides(N-CuO_(x))catalyst,and uncover that N-CuO_(x) catalyst as an additive-free and cost-effective heterogeneous catalyst has highly catalytic performance for directly oxidative coupling of aliphatic alkynes.The key to achieve efficient oxidative coupling of aliphatic alkynes is the synergistic effect of N species and uncoordinated O/Cu species caused by N dopants,which undergoes the Langmuir–Hinshelwood reaction mechanism.The N-CuO_(x) catalyst displays~89.1%yield for hexadeca-7,9-diyne under mild conditions and stable reusability(5 cycles),showing significant advances compared with the traditionally copper oxides.These findings highlight the heteroatom dopants that provide a new methodology for designing efficient copper catalysts in synthesis of naturally occurring 1,3-diynes.Jun Tang Bowen Jiao Wei Chen Fei Ruan Fengfeng Li Peixin Cui Chao Wan Minh Ngoc Ha Van Noi Nguyen Qingping Ke 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
7Synthesis of nickel selenide thin films for high performance all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitors显示文摘As a significant semiconductor,nickel selenide shows enormous potential and extensive application pro spects in the field of sensor,photocatalysis and supercapacito r.In this paper,nickel selenide(Ni3Se2,NiSe) thin films were successfully fabricated on stainless-steel sheet using a facile,effective electrodeposition technique.The morphologies,microstructures and chemical compositions of the thin films are characterized systematically.Electrochemical tests exhibit that the Ni3Se2 and NiSe possess high specific capacitance of 581.1 F/g and 1644.7 F/g,respectively.A flexible,all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitor is assembled by utilizing NiSe film as positive electrode and activated carbon as negative electrode.The solid device delivers a high areal capacitance of 27.0 mF/cm2 at the current density of 0.7 mA/cm2.The maximum volumetric energy density and powerdensity of the NiSe//AC asymmetric SCs can achieve 0.26 mWh/cm3 and 33.35 mW/cm3,respectively.The device shows robust cycling stability with 84.6% capacitance retention after 10,000 cycles,outstanding flexibility and satis factory mechanical stability.Moreover,two devices in series can light up a red light-emitting diode,which displayed great potential applications for energy storage.Hao Li Jiangfeng Gong Jing-Chang Li Xincheng Zhang Chunmei Tang Hongbing Yao Qingping Ding 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9:0
8Interstitial nitrogen-induced efficiency alcohol oxidation over heterogeneous N–CoMn_(2)O_(4) catalyst under visible-light显示文摘Developing highly efficient and recyclable photocatalysts through harvesting solar light as energy is crucial to oxidation for industrial implementation,especially for simple transition metal oxidic catalysts without precious/heavy/rare metal dopants.Herein,we like to report the use of nitrogen-doped CoMn_(2)O_(4) oxide(N–CoMn_(2)O_(4))as a heterogeneous catalyst for efficient oxidation of various alcohols such as p/m/o-methyl-substituted aromatic alcohols,p-substituted aromatic alcohols including electron-donating and electron-withdrawing substituents,heterocycle-based alcohols and secondary aromatic alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes/ketones,under visible light(>420 nm)illumination and mild condition of oxygen as oxidant and room temperature.The relation of various Co-based oxides to their catalytic performance was studied.It is shown that the Co^(2+)species in N–CoMn_(2)O_(4),obviously increased by the doping of nitrogen,are acted as catalytic active species coupled with the synergistic effect between Co and Mn species for the enhanced visible-light selective oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes.A plausible catalytic mechanism is proposed basis of control experiments and published studies,which suggests that this oxidation process probably occurs on Co^(2+)þsites via an ionic reactive oxygen species pathway and ^(1)O2 and O2⋅^(-)species are the reactive oxygen species.This simple transition metal oxide-catalyzed aerobic oxidation provides a green alternative for the manufacture of aldehydes/ketones from alcohols.Hongwei Li Yurong Zhang Jun Tang Guozheng Huang Ping Cui Qingping Ke 2023Green Synthesis and Catalysis2023,4,4:0
9Effects of Different Breeds,Number of Squabs and Temperature on Production Performance of Pigeons显示文摘To explore the effects of breeds,number of nurturing squabs,and temperature on nest feed conversion ratio and analyze the effects of number of nurturing squabs on parent pigeon body mass,fertility rate,and laying intervals,5 widely used breeds of pigeon were nurtured under the condition of natural laying and hatching in this research.In each breed,24 pair pigeons nurturing 1,2,3,and 4 squabs were chosen to measure the production performance,respectively.The results indicated that different numbers of nurturing squabs had a significant effect on parent pigeon body mass changes and survival rate of 28-d old squabs(P<0.05);the nest feed conversion ratio of breeds nurturing 1 squab(7.58)was extremely significantly higher than those of nurturing 2,3,and 4 squabs(P<0.01);the nest feed conversion ratio of breeds nurturing 2 squabs(4.75)was extremely significantly higher than those of nurturing 3(3.95)and 4 squabs(3.75)(P<0.01);there was no significant difference between breeds nurturing 3 and 4 squabs(P>0.05).Laying intervals of breeds nurturing 4 squabs(43.8 d)were significantly higher than those of nurturing 3(37.4 d),2(35.4 d),and 1(33.8 d)squabs(P<0.05).Nest feed conversion ratio significantly increased with the decrease of environment temperature(P<0.05).The breed showed no effect on the nest feed conversion ratio.In production,nurturing 3 squabs of parent pigeons is appropriate.In some cold areas in winter,cold protection measures should be taken.Qingping TANG Chunyu MU Zuofu QU Rui ZHANG Zhu BU 2019Asian Agricultural Research2019,11,10:0
