1NEW NONSTANDARD JOB SHOP SCHEDULING ALGORITHM显示文摘Considering the complex constraint between operations in nonstandard job shop scheduling problem (NJSSP), critical path of job manufacturing tree is determined according to priority scheduling function constructed. Operations are divided into dependent operations and independent operations with the idea of subsection, and corresponding scheduling strategy is put forward according to operation characteristic in the segment and the complementarities of identical function machines. Forward greedy rule is adopted mainly for dependent operations to make operations arranged in the right position of machine selected, then each operation can be processed as early as possible, and the total processing time of job can be shortened as much as possible. For independent operations optimum scheduling rule is adopted mainly, the inserting position of operations will be determined according to the gap that the processing time of operations is subtracted from idle time of machine, and the operation will be inserted in the position with minimal gap. 2Methane dehydroaromatization with periodic CH_4-H_2 switch:A promising process for aromatics and hydrogen显示文摘Long-term stability test of Mo/HZSM-5-N catalysts(HZSM-5-N stands for nano-sized HZSM-5) in methane dehydroaromatization(MDA)reaction has been performed with periodic CH4-H2 switch at 1033-1073 K for more than 1000 h.During this test,methane conversion ranges from 13% to 16%,and mean yield to aromatics(i.e.benzene and naphthalene) exceeds 10%.N2-physisorption,XRD,NMR and TPO measurements were performed for the used Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts and coke deposition,and the results revealed that the periodic hydrogenation can effectively suppress coke deposition by removing the inert aromatic-type coke,thus ensuring Mo/HZSM-5 partly maintained its activity even in the presence of large amount of coke deposition.The effect of zeolite particle size on the catalytic activity was also explored,and the results showed that the nano-sized zeolite with low diffusion resistance performed better.It is recognized that the size effect was enhanced by reaction time,and it became more remarkable in a long-term MDA reaction even at a low space velocity.Changyong Sun Guangzong Fang Xiaoguang Guo Yuanli Hu Shuqi Ma Tianhua Yang Jie Han Hao Ma Dali Tan Xinhe Bao 2015Journal of Energy Chemistry2015,24,3:6

4Fabrication of metal nanoclusters on graphene grown on Ru(0001)显示文摘Monolayer graphene was epitaxially grown on Ru(0001) through exposure of the Ru(0001) to ethylene at room temperature followed by annealing in ultrahigh vacuum at elevated temperatures. The resulting graphene structures were studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS). The graphene/Ru(0001) surface was used as a periodic template for growth of metal nanoclusters. 5Inhibition of aberrant Hif1αactivation delays intervertebral disc degeneration in adult mice显示文摘The intervertebral disc(IVD) is the largest avascular tissue. Hypoxia-inducible factors(HIFs) play essential roles in regulating cellular adaptation in the IVD under physiological conditions. Disc degeneration disease(DDD) is one of the leading causes of disability, and current therapies are ineffective. This study sought to explore the role of HIFs in DDD pathogenesis in mice. The findings of this study showed that among HIF family members, Hif1α was significantly upregulated in cartilaginous endplate(EP) and annulus fibrosus(AF) tissues from human DDD patients and two mouse models of DDD compared with controls. Conditional deletion of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Vhl in EP and AF tissues of adult mice resulted in upregulated Hif1α expression and age-dependent IVD degeneration. Aberrant Hif1α activation enhanced glycolytic metabolism and suppressed mitochondrial function. On the other hand, genetic ablation of the Hif1α gene delayed DDD pathogenesis in Vhl-deficient mice. Administration of 2-methoxyestradiol(2ME2), a selective Hif1α inhibitor, attenuated experimental IVD degeneration in mice. 16A comparative study in structure and reactivity of “FeO_x-on-Pt” and “NiO_x-on-Pt” catalysts显示文摘Oxide nanostructures grown on noble metal surfaces are often highly active in many reactions,in which the oxide/metal interfaces play an important role.In the present work,we studied the surface structures of Fe Ox-on-Pt and Ni Ox-on-Pt catalysts and their activity to CO oxidation reactions using both model catalysts and supported nanocatalysts.Although the active Fe O1x structure is stabilized on the Pt surface in a reductive reaction atmosphere,it is prone to change to an Fe O2x structure in oxidative reaction gases and becomes deactivated.In contrast,a Ni O1x surface structure supported on Pt is stable in both reductive and oxidative CO oxidation atmospheres.Consequently,CO oxidation over the Ni O1x-on-Pt catalyst is further enhanced in the CO oxidation atmosphere with an excess of O2.The present results demonstrate that the stability of the active oxide surface phases depends on the stabilization effect of the substrate surface and is also related to whether the oxide exhibits a variable oxidation state.Rentao Mu Qiang Fu Xiaoguang Guo Xuejun Xu Dali Tan Xinhe Bao 2015Science China Chemistry2015,58,1:0
