1Effect of a distal protection device on epicardial blood flow and myocardial perfusion in primary percutaneous coronary intervention显示文摘Objective: The beneficial effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) has been well established, but there is the problem of no-reflow phenomenon which is an adverse prognostic factor in primary PCI. In the present study the effect of a distal protection device (PercuSurge GuardWire; GW) on epicardial blood flow and myocardial perfusion was evaluated. Methods and Results: Patients with AMI were randomly divided into 2 groups, the GW and the control groups. The GW group included 52 patients with AMI who underwent primary PCI with GW protection and the control group included 60 patients who underwent primary PCI without GW protection. Epicardial blood flow in the infarct-related artery (IRA) and myocardial perfusion were evaluated according to the thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grade and the myocardial blush grade (MBG). We found TIMI score of 3 was obtained significantly more frequently in the GW group (96%) than in the control group (80%). The MBG score of 3 was obtained also significantly greater in the GW group (65%) than in the control group (33%). 2冠状动脉左前降支开口部病变的血管内超声观察显示文摘目的 探讨冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)开口部病变的重塑类型。方法 对31例LAD开口部病变(甲组)和24例冠状动脉造影正常的LAD(乙组)进行血管内超声检查。分别于病变远端参照部位及开口部病变处测量血管面积、管腔面积及斑块面积。重塑指数定义为开口部病变处血管面积与病变远端参照部位血管面积的比值。结果 甲组的重塑指数明显小于乙组(0.79±0.19比0.97±0.11,P<0.001)。如定义重塑指数<0.92(乙组平均重塑指数的95%可信区间的下限值)为收缩性重塑,则甲组中81%(25/31)为收缩性重塑。在发生收缩性重塑的病变中,病变处管腔面积的减少54%是由病变处血管收缩所致。病变处管腔面积的减少与血管面积的减少的相关性比病变处管腔面积的减少与斑块面积的增加的相关性更强(r=0.75,P<0.001和r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论 LAD开口部病变以收缩性重塑更常见,收缩性重塑是决定LAD开口部病变狭窄程度的重要因素。廉哲勋 蔡尚郎 Tahk Seung-Jea 2004中华心血管病杂志2004,32,7:2
3Capturability of 3D RTPN guidance law against true-arbitrarily maneuvering target with maneuverability limitation显示文摘The capturability of the Three-Dimensional(3D)Realistic True Proportional Navigation(RTPN)guidance law is thoroughly analyzed.The true-arbitrarily maneuvering target is considered,which maneuvers along an arbitrary direction in 3D space with an arbitrary but upperbounded acceleration.The whole nonlinear relative kinematics between the interceptor and target is taken into account.First,the upper-bound of commanded acceleration of 3D RTPN is deduced,using a novel Lyapunov-like approach.Second,the reasonable selection range of navigation gain of3D RTPN is analyzed,when the maneuver limitation of interceptor is considered.After that,a more realistic definition of capture is adopted,i.e.,the relative range is smaller than an acceptable miss-distance while the approaching speed is larger than a required impact speed.Unlike previous researches which present Two-Dimensional(2D)capture regions,the inequality analysis technique is utilized to obtain the 3D capture region,where the three coordinates are the closing speed,transversal relative speed,and relative range.The obtained capture region could be taken as a sufficient-but-unnecessary condition of capture.The new theoretical findings are all given in explicit expressions and are more general than previous results.Kebo LI Zhihui BAI Hyo-Sang SHIN Antonios TSOURDOS Min-Jea TAHK 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,7:2
