| 1 | Carbon and nitrogen dynamics in a Pinus densiflora forest with low and high stand densities显示文摘Aims Understanding carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)dynamics and their dependence on the stand density of an even-aged,mature forest provides knowledge that is important for forest management.This study investigated the differences in ecosystem total C and N storage and flux between a low-density stand(LD)and a high-density stand(HD)and examined the effects of stand density on aboveground net primary productivity(ANPP),total belowground C allocation(TBCA)and net ecosystem production(NEP)in a naturally regenerated,65-to 75-year-old Pinus densiflora S.et Z.forest.Methods LD(450 trees ha^(−1))and HD(842 trees ha^(−1))were established in an even-aged,mature P.densiflora forest in September 2006.The forest had been naturally regenerated following harvesting,and the stand density was naturally maintained without any artificial management such as thinning.The diameter at breast height(DBH≥5.0cm)of all live stems within the stands was measured yearly from 2007 to 2011.To compare C and N storage and fluxes in LD and HD,C and N pools in aboveground and belowground biomass,the forest floor,coarse woody debris(CWD)and soil;soil CO_(2) efflux(R_(S));autotrophic respiration(R_(A));litter production;and soil N availability were measured.Further,ANPP,TBCA and NEP were estimated from plot-based measurement data.Important Findings Ecosystem C(Mg C ha^(−1))and N(Mg N ha^(−1))storage was,respectively,173.0±7.3(mean±SE)and 4.69±0.30 for LD and 162±11.8 and 4.08±0.18 for HD.There were no significant differences in C and N storage in the ecosystem components,except for soils,between the two stands.In contrast,there were significant differences in aboveground ANPP and TBCA between the two stands(P<0.05).Litterfall,biomass increment and R_(S) were major C flux components with values of,respectively,3.89,3.74 and 9.07 Mg C ha^(−1) year^(−1) in LD and 3.15,2.94 and 7.06 Mg C ha^(−1) year^(−1) in HD.Biometric-based NEP(Mg C ha^(−1) year^(−1))was 4.18 in LD and 5.50 in HD.Although the even-aged,mature P.densiflora forest had similar C and N allocation patterns,it showed different C and N dynamics depending on stand density.The results of the current study will be useful for elucidating the effects of stand density on C and N storage and fluxes,which are important issues in managing natural mature forest ecosystems. | Nam Jin Noh Choonsig Kim Sang Won Bae Woo Kyun Lee Tae Kyung Yoon Hiroyuki Muraoka Yowhan Son | 2013 | Journal of Plant Ecology2013，6，5： | 14 |
| 2 | Clinicopathologic factors influencing the accuracy of EUS for superficial esophageal carcinoma显示文摘AIM:To identify clinicopathologic factors influencing the accuracy of a high-frequency catheter probe endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)for superficial esophageal carcinomas(SECs).METHODS:A total of 126 patients with endoscopically suspected SEC,who underwent EUS and curative treatment at Pusan National University Hospital during2005-2013,were enrolled.We reviewed the medical records of the 126 patients and compared EUS findings with histopathologic results according to clinicopathologic factors.RESULTS:A total of 114 lesions in 113 patients were included in the final analysis.The EUS assessment of tumor invasion depth was accurate in 78.9%(90/114)patients.Accuracy did not differ according to histologic type,tumor differentiation,tumor location,or macroscopic shape.However,accuracy significantly decreased for tumors≥3 cm in size(P=0.002).Overestimation and underestimation of the invasion depth occurred for 11(9.6%)and 13 lesions(11.4%),respectively.In multivariate analyses,tumor size≥3 cm was the only factor significantly associated with EUS accuracy(P=0.031),and was specifically associated with the underestimation of invasion depth.CONCLUSION:EUS using a high-frequency catheter probe generally provides highly accurate assessments of SEC invasion depth,but its accuracy decreases for tumors≥3 cm. | Jung Im Jung Gwang Ha Kim Hoseok I Do Youn Park Tae Kyun Kim Young Hwa Cho Yong Wan Sung Mun Ki Choi Bong Eun Lee Geun Am Song | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，20： | 9 |
| 3 | 活动衬垫和固定衬垫全膝关节置换治疗膝骨性关节炎的早期临床结果比较(英文)显示文摘背景:虽然活动衬垫膝关节假体在体外的研究中显示具有更好的关节运动学表现、更低的磨损率,但是否具有更好的体内临床效果仍有争议。目的:对比观察活动衬垫型和固定衬垫型膝关节假体在置换后1年时膝关节活动度和临床效果。设计、时间及地点:回顾性病例对比分析。2003-11/2006-07首尔国立大学盆唐医院关节重建中心。对象:共纳入接受全膝关节置换488例患者669膝。244例患者341膝采用了固定衬垫型假体,244例患者328膝采用活动衬垫型假膝。方法:所有手术皆由一位固定医师(TKKim)完成。采用髌旁内侧入路,术中不翻转髌骨,而将髌骨向外侧脱位进行显露。以间隙测量器作为间隙撑开工具并进行间隙的准确测量,根据测量结果进行软组织松解平衡,直到达到下述标准:屈曲间隙大于伸直间隙不超过3.0~4.0mm或伸直间隙大于屈曲间隙不超过1.0~2.0mm,对于内翻畸形膝关节,外侧间隙大于内侧间隙2.0~3.0mm是可以接受的。常规行髌骨置换,所有假体都采用骨水泥固定。主要观察指标:以角尺测量患者置换前后膝关节屈曲挛缩程度和最大屈曲度。置换前后膝关节的疼痛和功能状态采用AKS评分、髌股关节评分、WOMAC评分和SF-36系统评分进行评价。结果:两组患者在性别、年龄、身高、体质量和体质量指数方面差异没有显著性。置换后两组在PF膝前痛评分、WOMAC疼痛评分和SF-36躯体疼痛评分方面两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);固定衬垫组平均AKS疼痛评分略高于活动衬垫组(48.5±3.2,47.5±4.8,P=0.010)。置换后两组患者的屈曲畸形得到了很好的矫正(P=0.341),两组的膝关节活动度差异没有显著性(P=0.412)。置换后所有反映膝关节功能的评价指标两组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:活动衬垫型膝关节假体置换后在膝关节活动度、疼痛缓解以及膝关节功能方面与固定衬垫型膝关节假体相比并没有显著性优势。手术技术是获得置换后良好临床效果的关键。 | 李子剑 张克 Tae Kyun Kim | 2008 | 中国组织工程研究与临床康复2008，12，48： | 4 |

| 6 | Chemical ablation of the gallbladder using alcohol in cholecystitis after palliative biliary stenting显示文摘Chemical ablation of the gallbladder is effective in patients at high risk of complications after surgery. Percutaneous gallbladder drainage is an effective treatment for cholecystitis; however, when the drain tube cannot be removed because of recurrent symptoms, retaining it can cause problems. An 82-year-old woman presented with cholecystitis and cholangitis caused by biliary stent occlusion and suspected tumor invasion of the cystic duct. We present successful chemical ablation of the gallbladder using pure alcohol, through a percutaneous gallbladder drainage tube, in a patient who developed intractable cholecystitis with obstruction of the cystic duct after receiving a biliary stent. | 17 | Usefulness of magnifying endoscopy in post-endoscopic resection scar for early gastric neoplasm:A prospective short-term follow-up endoscopy study显示文摘AIM:To investigate the relationship between post-endoscopic resection(ER) scars on magnifying endoscopy(ME) and the pathological diagnosis in order to validate the clinical significance of ME.METHODS:From January,2007 to June,2008,124 patients with 129 post-ER scar lesions were enrolled.Mucosal pit patterns on ME were compared with conventional endoscopy(CE) findings and histological results obtained from targeted biopsies.RESULTS:CE fi ndings showed nodular scars(53/129),erythematous scars(85/129),and ulcerative scars(4/129).The post-ER scars were classified into four pit patterns of sulci and ridges on ME:47 round;54 short rod or tubular;19 branched or gyrus-like;and9 destroyed pits.Sensitivity and specificity were 88.9% and 62.5%,respectively,by the presence of nodularity on CE.Erythematous lesions were high sensitivity(100%),but specificity was as low as 36.7%.The range of the positive predictive value (PPV) on CE was as low as 10.6%-25%.Nine type pit patterns were diagnosed as tumor lesions,and 120 cases of type pit patterns revealed non-neoplastic lesions.Thus,the sensitivity,specificity,and the PPV of ME were 100%.CONCLUSION:ME findings can detect the presence of tumor in post-ER scar lesions,and make evident the biopsy target site in short-term follow-up.Further large-scale and long-term studies are needed to determine whether ME can replace endoscopic biopsy. | Tae Hoon Lee Il-Kwun Chung Ji-Young Park Chang Kyun Lee Suck-Ho Lee Hong Soo Kim Sang-Heum Park Sun-Joo Kim Hyun-Deuk Cho Young Hwangbo | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，3： | 1 |
