3日粮蛋白质和赖氨酸水平对阉割仔猪生长性能、胴体品质、肌内脂肪和脂肪酸组成的影响显示文摘肌内脂肪含量是反映猪肉品质的一项重要指标。本试验旨在研究日粮赖氨酸和蛋白质单独添加或同时添加对阉割仔猪肌内脂肪含量的影响。选用长白×杜洛克阉割仔猪104头。随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复2头或3头猪,分别饲喂对照蛋白质-对照赖氨酸(CPCL)日粮、对照蛋白质~低赖氨酸(CPLL)日粮、低蛋白质~对照赖氨酸(LPCI。)日粮和低蛋白质低赖氨酸(LPLL)日粮。结果显示,与饲喂CPCL组相比,CPLL组的饲料利用率呈降低趋势(P〈0.10),LPLL组与CPCL组无显著差异,表明62~97kg仔猪日粮蛋白质水平可从12%降低到8%,且蛋白质水平降低后仔猪生长性能无影响。与CPCL组相比,饲喂LPCL和CPLL组的背最长肌中肌内脂肪含量显著增加(P〈0.05)。与饲喂CPLL组相比,LPLL组半膜肌中肌内脂肪含量显著降低(P〈0.05),背最长肌中出现降低趋势(P〈0.10)。降低日粮中蛋白质水平,可增加背膘厚度(P〈0.10)、降低饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)(P〈0.05)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量,尤其是皮下脂肪含量(P〈0.05),但对背最长肌中MUFA含量影响不明显。当日粮蛋白质水平降低时,半膜肌和肝脏中”3脂肪酸含量(P〈0.05)和PUFA含量(P〈0.10)降低。综上所述,仔猪生长性能和肌内脂肪含量不是受13粮蛋白质和赖氨酸单一水平影响,降低蛋白质水平的同时保持赖氨酸的含量可能会改善肉品质,不影响生长性能。Tous N 武江利 2014中国畜牧兽医2014,41,3:1
