2镁基金属复合材料与不锈钢激光熔覆层的结合界面特征显示文摘利用中间过渡层的作用 ,在镁基金属复合材料上激光熔覆了不锈钢合金层 ,熔覆层与基体为冶金结合。中间过渡层与基体的结合交界面上 ,元素交互扩散距离为 6 0 μm。不锈钢熔覆层与过渡层的结合交界面上 ,Cr,Fe,Cu等元素的交互扩散距离约为 5 μm ,Ni,Zn两元素的交互扩散距离很大。激光熔覆试样的腐蚀电动势 (Ecorr)分别比喷涂试样和未处理试样提高两倍和三倍。胡乾午 刘顺洪 李志远 T.M.Yue 2001材料热处理学报2001,22,4:10
3Structural Changes ofαPhase in Furnace Cooled Eutectoid Zn-Al Based Alloy显示文摘Furnace cooling is a slow cooling process. It is of importance to study structural evolution and its effects on the properties of alloys during the furnace cooling. Decomposition of aluminium richαphase in a furnace cooled eutectoid Zn-Al based alloy was studied by transmission electron microscopy. Two kinds of precipitates in theαphase were detected in the FCZA22 alloy during ageing at 170℃. One was the hcp transitionalα″m phase which appears as directional rods and the round precipitates. The other was the fccα′m phase. It was found that the transitional phaseα′m grew in three preferential directions of <110>, <011> and <101>. The orientation relationship between theαphase and transitional phaseα′m was determined as (022)α′m (fcc)//(022)α(fcc), [111]αA′m(fcc)//[233]α(fcc).
