| 1 | MgO(001) barrier based magnetic tunnel junctions and their device applications显示文摘Spintronics has received a great attention and significant interest within the past decades,and provided considerable and remarked applications in industry and electronic information etc.In spintronics,the MgO based magnetic tunnel junction(MTJ) is an important research advancement because of its physical properties and excellent performance,such as the high TMR ratio in MgO based MTJs.We present an overview of more than a decade development in MgO based MTJs.The review contains three main sections.(1) Research of several types of MgO based MTJs,including single-crystal MgO barrier based-MTJs,double barrier MTJs,MgO based MTJs with interlayer,novel electrode material MTJs based on MgO,novel barrier based MTJs,novel barrier MTJs based on MgO,and perpendicular MTJs.(2) Some typical physical effects in MgO based MTJs,which include six observed physical effects in MgO based MTJs,namely spin transfer torque(STT) effect,Coulomb blockade magnetoresistance(CBMR) effect,oscillatory magnetoresistance,quantum-well resonance tunneling effect,electric field assisted magnetization switching effect,and spincaloric effect.(3) In the last section,a brief introduction of some important device applications of MgO based MTJs,such as GMR & TMR read heads and magneto-sensitive sensors,both field and current switching MRAM,spin nano oscillators,and spin logic devices,have been provided. | HAN XiuFeng ALI Syed Shahbaz LIANG ShiHeng | 2013 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,1: | 4 |

| 3 | Perpendicular magnetic tunnel junction and its application in magnetic random access memory显示文摘Recent progresses in magnetic tunnel junctions with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA) are reviewed and summarized. At first, the concept and source of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA) are introduced. Next, a historical overview of PMA materials as magnetic electrodes, such as the RE–TM alloys TbFeCo and GdFeCo, novel tetragonal manganese alloys Mn–Ga, L10-ordered(Co, Fe)/Pt alloy, multilayer film [Co, Fe, CoFe/Pt, Pd, Ni, Au]N, and ultra-thin magnetic metal/oxidized barrier is offered. | 4 | Fascial space odontogenic infections: Ultrasonography as an alternative to magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘BACKGROUND The introduction of modern diagnostic tools has transformed the field of maxillofacial radiology.Odontogenic infection and fascial space involvement have been evaluated with many diagnostic tools,including ultrasonography(USG)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).AIM To explore USG as an alternative model to MRI in the detection of fascial space spread of odontogenic infections.METHODS Among 20 patients,50 fascial spaces were clinically diagnosed with odontogenic infection and included in this prospective study.Fascial space infection involvement was examined by USG and MRI.Results were compared for both and confirmed by microbiological testing.RESULTS Ultrasonography identified 42(84%)of 50 involved fascial spaces.Whereas MRI identified all 50(100%).USG could stage the infections from edematous change to cellulitis to complete abscess formation.CONCLUSION MRI was superior in recognizing deep fascial space infections compared to USG.However, USG is a significant addition and has a definite role in prognosticatingthe stage of infection and exact anatomic location in superficial space infections. | Sreenivasarao Ghali Girish Katti Syed Shahbaz Parita K Chitroda Anukriti V Darshan Devang Divakar Aftab Ahmed Khan Sachin Naik Abdulaziz A Al-Kheraif Chitra Jhugroo | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,3: | 1 |

| 6 | 新型频域相关断层扫描对健康年轻人视网膜各参数的测量分析(英文)显示文摘目的:采用新型频域相关断层扫描测量分析健康年轻人中视网膜各参数生理的不对称性。方法:对146名健康年轻人进行横断面观察研究,采用新型频域相关断层扫描对其双眼视网膜参数(视网膜神经纤维层厚度、视盘、黄斑)进行扫描。通过右眼减去左眼所得参数值的平均差进行配对t检验。两眼间的差异采用2.5%~97.5%之间进行评估。视网膜参数相关。通过回归分析,评价性别和血压对视网膜参数的影响。结果:两眼的视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度无统计学差异(+0.7μm,P=0.09)。两眼视网膜颞侧象限(+2.51μm,P=0.02),鼻侧象限(+2.50μm,P=0.04),钟表位右眼2点与左眼10点(+5.85μm,P=0.002),右眼3点与左眼9点(+3.20μm,P=0.005),右眼11点与左眼1点(+3.80μm,P=0.024),平均厚度(-0.034μm,P=0.013)和垂直方向杯盘比(-0.028μm,P=0.008),黄斑部鼻侧象限(+7.76μm,P=0.003)。左眼上方视网膜明显较薄(-2.40μm,P=0.03)。平均视网膜神经纤维层厚度和黄斑厚度分别为11μm和18μm。视网膜参数在双眼有中度的相关性(0.41~0.6),而两眼视网膜参数与性别、血压不相关(P<0.05)。研究表明通过新型频域相关断层扫描发现健康年轻人的视网膜神经纤维层厚度和黄斑厚度两眼间的差异分别不应超过11μm和18μm。结论:视网膜参数的不对称性存在于健康视网膜,并对早期视网膜病变的诊断提供有价值的评估。 | Syed Nasir Ali Shah 张林 樊小娟 邓瑾 Faisal Shahbaz Umer Farooq | 2016 | 国际眼科杂志2016,16,2: | 0 |
