2DEC1 nuclear expression:A marker of differentiation grade in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression patterns of human differentiated embryo chondrocyte 1 (DEC1) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and corresponding adjacent non-tumor and the normal liver tissues, the association between DEC1 expression and histopathological variables and the role of DEC1 in hepatocarcinogenesis. METHODS: The expression of DEC1 was detected immunohistochemically in 176 paraffin-embedded sections from 63 patients with HCC and 50 subjects with normal liver tissues. RESULTS: DEC1 protein was persistently expressed in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes in normal liver and HCC tissues. Compared with adjacent non-tumor liver tissues, HCC tissues showed high nuclear expression of DEC1 protein. However, high DEC1 nuclear expression was more frequently detected in well-differentiated (83.3%) than in moderately (27.3%) and poorly differentiated HCC (16.7%). Low DEC1 expression was associated with poor histological differentiation and malignancy progression. A correlation was found between the nuclear expression of DEC1 protein and histological differentiation (r = 0.376, P = 0.024). CONCLUSION: DEC1 is expressed in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes and because nuclear DEC1 expression is decreased with decreasing differentiation status of HCC, nuclear DEC1 might be a marker of HCC differentiation.Xiao-Hong Shi Yan Zheng Qing Sun Jing Cui Qing-Hua Liu Fei Qü Yun-Shan Wang 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,15:15

9笋芽顶端分生组织在竹秆横切面形态形成中的作用与机制研究显示文摘竹秆的横切面主要由表皮、皮层、维管组织、基本组织及髓腔(早期为髓组织)组成。这些组织均由笋芽茎顶端分生组织分化发育而来,且其在生长发育过程中促使了竹秆横切面形态(本文特指:竹秆横切面外轮廓形状、围度及壁-腔结构)的形成。然而,人们对于这一生长发育过程的生物学机制知之甚少。本研究利用解剖学、数学模拟等方法,对 20 种具不同秆径竹种的笋芽顶端分生组织进行了分析。研究结果发现,笋芽顶端分生组织指状形态的维持是竹子产生圆柱形竹秆的基础;在顶端分生组织细胞数目增加的同时,线性增加原体细胞数目应是竹子在演化过程中产生大径竹秆且保持规则壁-腔结构的方式。进一步通过研究一个竹壁增厚且壁-腔架构紊乱的稳定变异体———实肚竹( Phyllostachys nidularia f. farcta)发现,其笋芽顶端分生组织细胞数目减少且原体/原套细胞数比值降低使其产生了高比例的壁组分组织(指基本分生组织与肋状分生组织)与低比例的髓组织。上述 2 种组织的比例失衡,使得实肚竹笋芽在后续发育中壁组分组织随机挤入到了髓组织中,最终形成了实肚竹异常的竹秆横切面形态(竹壁多样化增厚且壁-腔结构紊乱)。此外,相对较小的顶端分生组织,使得实肚竹笋芽产生了较少的内源激素,如其生长素含量仅约为其原种篌竹的 67. 5%,各细胞分裂素含量也显著低于篌竹笋芽。转录组分析进一步发现,在实肚竹笋芽中与激素及代谢相关的功能基因呈显著下调表达。这些生理与分子变化最终导致了实肚竹竹秆矮化、秆径减小且生物量降低。本论文的研究结果为研究竹秆横切面发育提供了一个重要的视角,同时也为实肚竹厚壁茎秆的形成提出了一个合理的机制。Wang Y Sun X Ding Y Fei Z Jiao C Fan M Yao B Xin P Chu J Wei Q 王雨珺 魏强 2019世界竹藤通讯2019,17,3:5
10Oxygen and Nitrogen Effects on MC Carbide in K465 Nickel-Base Superalloy显示文摘Effects of oxygen and nitrogen on MC carbide in nickel-base superalloy K465 were investigated, because neither of the two gas elements was found to decide MC carbide morphology monotonically. The morphology of MC carbide under alloy solidified in conventional investment casting condition was observed to transform from script-type to block-type with the total oxygen and nitrogen content (gas content) in samples rising up from 1.2×10-6 mol/g to 2.6×10-6 mol/g. The area fraction and composition of the MC carbide also varied with increase of gas content. However, the morphology of MC carbide kept to be script-type even when gas content was up to 3.4×10-6 mol/g in samples solidified with a much higher cooling rate. 12First-Principles Study of Phase Stability and Mechanical Property of Co_3(Al,W) Precipitates with Different Ratio of Al to W in Co Base Alloys显示文摘The energetics, electronic structure and mechanical property of Co3(Al,W) precipitates with different ratio of Al to W in Co base alloys were investigated by the method of supercell and augmented plane waves plus local orbitals within generalized gradient approximation. The calculated results show that the L12 Co3(Al,W) precipitate is the most stable when the ratio of Al to W is equal to 1. When the content of W is higher than 18.5 at%, the L12 and hexagonal structures co-exist in Co3(Al,W) precipitates at 1173 K. 15纳米光子结构软膜紫外光固化纳米压印(英文)显示文摘紫外光固化纳米压印是实现纳米结构批量复制的一种新技术.其特点是低成本和高分辨,而且可以达到极高的套刻精度.为了得到大面积图案的均匀复制,可用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制备透光的压印软模板.其母版图案可由高分辨率电子束曝光和反应离子刻蚀的方法在硅片基底上获得,然后用浇注的方法将图案转移到PDMS上.本实验特别发展了紫外光固化纳米压印适用于软膜压印的双层膜图型转移技术.该双层膜由廉价的光胶和聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(PMMA)构成.对光胶层的压印可用普通的光学曝光仪实现.然后再将图案用反应离子刻蚀的方法转移到PMMA层中.为了证明方案的可行性,在两种不同材料的半导体基片上压印了三角晶格的光子晶体和准晶结构的图案,并用剥离的方法将它们转移到金属薄膜上,最后成功地进行了硅片刻蚀实验.相信这一纳米制做方法对大面积纳米光子结构和光学集成芯片的制造是普遍适用的.SHI J WANG Z M BAO K PEROZ C BELOTTI M XU L P LUO C X SUN M H ZHANG B JI H OUYANG Q CHEN Y 2006纳米技术与精密工程2006,4,3:2
