| 1 | Bile acid signaling through farnesoid X and TGR5 receptors in hepatobiliary and intestinal diseases显示文摘BACKGROUND: The well-known functions of bile acids(BAs) are the emulsification and absorption of lipophilic xenobiotics. However, the emerging evidences in the past decade showed that BAs act as signaling molecules that not only autoregulate their own metabolism and enterohepatic recirculation, but also as important regulators of integrative metabolism by activating nuclear and membrane-bound G protein-coupled receptors. The present review was to get insight into the role of maintenance of BA homeostasis and BA signaling pathways in development and management of hepatobiliary and intestinal diseases.DATA SOURCES: Detailed and comprehensive search of PubM ed and Scopus databases was carried out for original and review articles.RESULTS: Disturbances in BA homeostasis contribute to the development of several hepatobiliary and intestinal disorders, such as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis, cholesterol gallstone disease, intestinal diseases and both hepatocellular and colorectal carcinoma.CONCLUSION: Further efforts made in order to advance the understanding of sophisticated BA signaling network may be promising in developing novel therapeutic strategies related not only to hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal but also systemic diseases. | Bojan Stanimirov Karmen Stankov Momir Mikov | 2015 | Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Diseases International2015,14,1: | 11 |
| 2 | 缺氧中和缺氧后亚低温时炎症基因表达谱的变化显示文摘目的了解缺氧中和缺氧后亚低温时炎症相关基因的变化。方法将体外培养的人脑血管内皮细胞(HCEC)分为对照组和实验组。对照组细胞常规培养,实验组细胞去掉细胞培养液,更换为无血清、低糖M199,置于缺氧箱房中,再分为2组:Ⅰ组为常温缺氧后低温恢复;Ⅱ组为低温缺氧后常温恢复。取细胞并分离总RNA后,用DNA微列阵技术观察缺氧以及缺氧中和缺氧后亚低温时HCEC炎症相关基因表达谱的变化。结果1)白介素-1受体1型(IL-1R1)、类1型白介素-1受体(IL-1RL1)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-11(IL-11)、γ-干扰素调节因子2(IRF2)和集落刺激因子1(CSF1)分别在某些时间点上调;白介素-1受体拮抗剂(IL-1RN)、白介素-6(IL-6)、γ-干扰素受体2(IFNGR2)、集落刺激因子3受体(CSF3R)、淋巴细胞黏附因子1(SELL)、细胞间黏附因子3(ICAM3)、血小板/内皮细胞黏附因子(PECAM1)和内皮细胞黏附因子1(SELE)则在不同的时间点下调;γ-干扰素诱导蛋白30(IFI30)在某一些时间点上调,但在低温缺氧后常温恢复时下调;肿瘤坏死因子家庭成员7(TNFRSF7)则仅在低温时下调。2)缺氧4 h、32℃低温使下调基因增多。结论缺氧可以使IL-1βI、L-1RL1I、L-1R1等部分损伤性炎症基因表达上调,IL-11的上调可能为保护性反应;TNF基因表达的上调可能起双重作用。 | 崔红 张万东 Jamie Hutchison Danica Stanimirovic | 2006 | 首都医科大学学报2006,27,1: | 4 |
