1Prediction for Potential Landslide Zones Using Seismic Amplitude in Liwan Gas Field, Northern South China Sea显示文摘The Liwan(Lw) gas field located in the northern slope of the South China Sea(SCS) is extremely complex for its seafloor topograghy, which is a huge challenge for the safety of subsea facilities. It is economically impractical to obtain parameters for risk assessment of slope stability through a large amount of sampling over the whole field. The linkage between soil shear strength and seabed peak amplitude derived from 2D/3D seismic data is helpful for understanding the regional slope-instability risk. In this paper, the relationships among seabed peak, acoustic impedance and shear strength of shallow soil in the study area were discussed based on statistical analysis results. We obtained a similar relationship to that obtained in other deep-water areas. There is a positive correlation between seabed peak amplitude and acoustic impedance and an exponential relationship between acoustic impedance and shear strength of sediment. The acoustic impedance is the key factor linking the seismic amplitude and shear strength. Infinite slope stability analysis results indicate the areas have a high potential of shallow landslide on slopes exceeding 15? when the thickness of loose sediments exceeds 8 m in the Lw gas field. 2Effects of Cl- and SO_4^(2-) Ions on Corrosion Behavior of X70 Steel显示文摘Corrosion behaviors of X70 steel were studied by means of electrochemical experiments and morphology observation.First, through potentiodynamic polarization in solution of various Cl^- ions concentration, it was found that Epit began to appear in solution of Cl^- concentration above 0.1 mol/L, and there was a critical point of Cl^- concentration between 0.05 mol/L and 0.1 mol/L, below which the extent of pitting and general corrosion were trivial, while in solution of Cl^- concentration above 0.1 mol/L, general and pitting corrosion became greater as the increasing of Cl^- concentration. All of them were confirmed by the SEM observations after anodic polarization. Second, via the potentiodynamic polarization curves of X70 steel in 0.5 mol/L Cl^- solution with 0, 0.05, 0.5 and 1 mol/L SO4^2- ions, it was found SO4^2- ions were able to inhibit corrosion aroused from Cl^- ions, accordingly a model was set up to describe the process. In addition, to further explore the inhibited effect of SO4^2- ions, EIS was used in solutions of different Cl^- and SO4^2- concentrations, the results revealed that the electrochemical resistance has a relation with the [SO4^2-]/[Cl^-], that was, the bigger the value of [SO4^2-]/[Cl^-], the greater the electrochemical resistance.JunweiWU XiaogangLI CuiweiDU SongWANG YiquanSONG 2005Journal of Materials Science & Technology2005,21,1:2

4Bibliometric Analysis on Utilization of New Information Technology in the Prevention and Control of COVID-19-China,2020显示文摘Introduction:New information technology(IT)has been applied to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in many regions of China since the outbreak of COVID-19.This study aims to illustrate the current status and key areas of the application of new IT in the prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods:Literature related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 with new IT since 2020 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Internet and Wanfang Literature databases,the two most authoritative databases in China.CiteSpace 5.7.R2 was used to analyze the institutions,authors,and keywords of the articles.The application of new IT is determined by keywords and highly cited documents.Results:A total of 1,711 articles were included,as the number of publications has been continually increasing over the investigation period.The six hot topics of new IT applied in COVID-19 were big data,artificial intelligence,Internet+,blockchain,Internet of Things,and 5G.The most productive institution is University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,and the most productive author in this field is Tao Pei,whose article,“Multi-level Spatial Distribution Estimation Model of the Inter-Regional Migrant Population Using Multi-Source Spatio-Temporal Big Data:A Case Study of Migrants from Wuhan During the Spread of COVID-19,”was highly cited.Discussion:This study could help medical professionals understand the application status and research trends of new IT in the prevention and control of COVID-19.This paper also helps researchers find potential co-operative institutions and partners.Dan Li Songwang Wang Xuemei Su 2021China CDC weekly2021,3,8:1

14GLUL stabilizes N-Cadherin by antagonizing β-Catenin to inhibit the progresses of gastric cancer显示文摘Glutamate-ammonia ligase(GLUL, also known as glutamine synthetase) is a crucial enzyme that catalyzes ammonium and glutamate into glutamine in the ATP-dependent condensation. Although GLUL plays a critical role in multiple cancers, the expression and function of GLUL in gastric cancer remain unclear. In the present study, we have found that the expression level of GLUL was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues, and correlated with N stage and TNM stage, and low GLUL expression predicted poor survival for gastric cancer patients. Knockdown of GLUL promoted the growth, migration, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and vice versa, which was independent of its enzyme activity. Mechanistically, GLUL competed with β-Catenin to bind to N-Cadherin, increased the stability of N-Cadherin and decreased the stability of β-Catenin by alerting their ubiquitination. Furthermore, there were lower N-Cadherin and higher β-Catenin expression levels in gastric cancer tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues. GLUL protein expression was correlated with that of N-Cadherin, and could be the independent prognostic factor in gastric cancer. 19Integration of biosafety surveillance through Biosafety Surveillance Conceptual Data Model显示文摘The global movement of people and goods has increased the risk of biosecurity threats and their potential to induce large economic,social,and environmental harm.Integration of biosafety monitoring networks has become a top priority for addressing biosafety issues.In order to resolve the data standards and integration problems in the field of biosafety in China,the Biosafety Surveillance Conceptual Data Model(BSCDM),which is an object-oriented,hierarchically designed,flexible and scalable biosafety surveillance concept data model,is proposed in this article.This model is based on the integration of business process management and data resources of disease surveillance,animal disease surveillance and potential invasive biological monitoring.In reference to the Public Health Conceptual Data Model(PHCDM)and Federal Enterprise Architecture(FEA),BSCDM conducts a thorough analysis of biosafety monitoring activities,records basic information requirements of biosafety monitoring and provides data set standards for biosafety-related activities.It is developed with the Unified Modeling Language(UML)and could be applied as an open standard for accelerating data analysis and promoting collaboration.This study attempts to integrate biosafety monitoring data and the presented model has been tested in the detection of dengue fever in China and will be applied to other biosafety fields.Wang Songwang Li Yangfei Chen Qiang Feng Xiaoyu Shi Xiju Huang Ying Mei Li Li Wei Liu Haizhou Qi Xiaopeng Liu Di 2019Biosafety and Health2019,1,2:0
