| 1 | Lattice Boltzmann simulation of fluid flow through coal reservoir's fractal pore structure显示文摘The influences of fractal pore structure in coal reservoir on coalbed methane(CBM) migration were analyzed in detail by coupling theoretical models and numerical methods.Different types of fractals were generated based on the construction thought of the standard Menger Sponge to model the 3D nonlinear coal pore structures.Then a correlation model between the permeability of fractal porous medium and its pore-size-distribution characteristics was derived using the parallel and serial modes and verified by Lattice Boltzmann Method(LBM).Based on the coupled method,porosity(ф),fractal dimension of pore structure(Db),pore size range(rmin,rmax) and other parameters were systematically analyzed for their influences on the permeability(ф) of fractal porous medium.The results indicate that:① the channels connected by pores with the maximum size(rmax) dominate the permeability,approximating in the quadratic law;② the greater the ratio of r max and r min is,the higher is;③ the relationship between D b and follows a negative power law model,and breaks into two segments at the position where Db ≌2.5.Based on the results above,a predicting model of fractal porous medium permeability was proposed,formulated as k=cfrnmax,where C and n(approximately equal to 2) are constants and f is an expression only containing parameters of fractal pore structure.In addition,the equivalence of the new proposed model for porous medium and the Kozeny-Carman model k=Crn was verified at Db =2.0. | JIN Yi SONG HuiBo HU Bin ZHU YiBo ZHENG JunLing | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,9: | 15 |

| 4 | Differences in the Tectonic Evolution of Basins in the CentralSouthern South China Sea and their Hydrocarbon Accumulation Conditions显示文摘To reveal the causes of differences in the hydrocarbon accumulation in continental marginal basins in the centralsouthern South China Sea,we used gravity-magnetic,seismic,drilling,and outcrop data to investigate the tectonic histories of the basins and explore how these tectonic events controlled the hydrocarbon accumulation conditions in these basins.During the subduction of the Cenozoic proto-South China Sea and the expansion of the new South China Sea,the continental margin basins in the central-southern South China Sea could be classified as one of three types of epicontinental basins:southern extensional-foreland basins,western extensional-strike slip basins,and central extensional-drift basins.Because these basins have different tectonic and sedimentary histories,they also differ in their accumulated hydrocarbon resources.During the Cenozoic,the basin groups in the southern South China Sea generally progressed through three stages:faulting and subsidence from the late Eocene to the early Miocene,inversion and uplift in the middle Miocene,and subsidence since the late Miocene.Hydrocarbon source rocks with marine-continental transitional facies dominated byⅡ-Ⅲkerogen largely developed in extremely thick Miocene sedimentary series with the filling characteristics being mainly deep-water deposits in the early stage and shallow water deposits in the late stage.With well-developed sandstone and carbonate reservoirs,this stratum has a strong hydrocarbon generation potential.During the Cenozoic,the basin groups in the western South China Sea also progressed through the three developmental stages discussed previously.Hydrocarbon source rocks with lacustrine facies,marine-continental transitional facies,and terrigenous marine facies dominated byⅡ2-Ⅲkerogen largely developed in the relatively thick stratum with the filling characteristics being mainly lacustrine deposits in the early stage and marine deposits in the late stage.As a reservoir comprised of self-generated and self-stored sandstone,this unit also has a high hydrocarbon generation potential.Throughout those same three developmental stages,the basin groups in the central South China Sea generated hydrocarbon source rocks with terrigenous marine facies dominated byⅢkerogen that have developed in a stratum with medium thicknesses with the filling characteristics being mainly sandstone in the early stage and carbonate in the late stage.This reservoir,which is dominated by lower-generation and upper-storage carbonate rocks,also has a high hydrocarbon generation potential. | TANG Wu ZHAO Zhigang SONG Shuang WANG Yibo XIE Xiaojun LIU Shixiang | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1: | 3 |

| 6 | Effects of Seed Soaking with Paclobutrazol on Tillering and Physio-logical Characteristics of Sugarcane Seedlings显示文摘In order to study the effects of seed soaking with Paclobutrazol( PP333) on the tillering and physiological characteristics of sugarcane seedlings,sugar cane variety ROC22 was used as experimental material. The effects of seed soaking with different concentrations of PP333 were studied. The tiller number and growth of sugarcane were surveyed at the 6-leaf stage,the physiological indicators such as chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,proline content and peroxidase activity were measured at the 2-leaf,4-leaf,and 6-leaf stages. The results showed that the seed soaking with PP333 can effectively improve the tillering of sugarcane seedlings. | 7 | Manganese and chromium doping in atomically thin MoS2显示文摘Recently,two-dimensional materials have been attracting increasing attention because of their novel properties and promising applications.However,the impurity doping remains a significant challenge owing to the lack of the doping strategy in the atomically thin layers.Here we report on the chromium(Cr) and manganese(Mn)doping in atomically-thin MoS_2 crystals grown by chemical vapor deposition.The Cr/Mn doped MoS_2 samples are characterized by a peak at 1.76 and 1.79 eV in photoluminescence spectra,respectively,compared with the undoped one at 1.85 eV.The field-effect transistor(FET) devices based on the Mn doping show a higher threshold voltage than that of the pure MoS_2 while the Cr doping exhibits the opposite behavior.Importantly,the carrier concentration in these samples displays a remarkable difference arising from the doping effect,consistent with the evolution of the FET performance.The temperature-dependent conductivity measurements further demonstrate a large variation in activation energy.The successful incorporation of the Mn and Cr impurities into the monolayer MoS_2 paves the way towards the high Curie temperature two-dimensional dilute magnetic semiconductors. | Ce Huang Yibo Jin Weiyi Wang Lei Tang Chaoyu Song Faxian Xiu | 2017 | Journal of Semiconductors2017,38,3: | 1 |
| 8 | The gradual subduction-collision evolution model of Proto-South China Sea and its control on oil and gas显示文摘This study involved outcrop,drilling,seismic,gravity,and magnetic data to systematically document the geological records of the subduction process of Proto-South China Sea(PSCS)and establish its evolution model.The results indicate that a series of arc-shaped ophiolite belts and calcalkaline magmatic rocks are developed in northern Borneo,both of which have the characteristics of gradually changing younger from west to east,and are direct signs of subduction and collision of PSCS.At the same time,the subduction of PSCS led to the formation of three accretion zones from the south to the north in Borneo,the Kuching belt,Sibu belt,and Miri belt.The sedimentary formation of northern Borneo is characterized by a three-layer structure,with the oceanic basement at the bottom,overlying the deep-sea flysch deposits of the Rajang–Crocker group,and the molasse sedimentary sequence that is dominated by river-delta and shallow marine facies at the top,recording the whole subduction–collision–orogeny process of PSCS.Further,seismic reflection and tomography also confirmed the subduction and collision of PSCS.Based on the geological records of the subduction and collision of PSCS,combined with the comprehensive analysis of segmented expansion and key tectonic events in the South China Sea,we establish the“gradual”subduction-collision evolution model of PSCS.During the late Eocene to middle Miocene,the Zengmu,Nansha,and Liyue–Palawan blocks were separated by West Baram Line and Balabac Fault,which collided with the Borneo block and Kagayan Ridge successively from the west to the east,forming several foreland basin systems,and PSCS subducted and closed from the west to the east.The subduction and extinction of PSCS controlled the oil and gas distribution pattern of southern South China Sea(SSCS)mainly in three aspects.First,the“gradual”closure process of PSCS led to the continuous development of many large deltas in SSCS.Second,the deltas formed during the subduction–collision of PSCS controlled the development of source rocks in the basins of SSCS.Macroscopically,the distribution and scale of deltas controlled the distribution and scale of source rocks,forming two types of source rocks,namely,coal measures and terrestrial marine facies.Microscopically,the difference of terrestrial higher plants carried by the delta controlled the proportion of macerals of source rocks.Third,the difference of source rocks mainly controlled the distribution pattern of oil and gas in SSCS.Meanwhile,the difference in the scale of source rocks mainly controlled the difference in the amount of oil and gas discoveries,resulting in a huge amount of oil and gas discoveries in the basin of SSCS.Meanwhile,the difference of macerals of source rocks mainly controlled the difference of oil and gas generation,forming the oil and gas distribution pattern of“nearshore oil and far-shore gas”. | Xiaojun Xie Wu Tang Gongcheng Zhang Zhigang Zhao Shuang Song Shixiang Liu Yibo Wang Jia Guo | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3: | 1 |

| 10 | A stamp based exploration framework for numerical weather forecast显示文摘Numerical weather simulation data usually comprises various meteorological variables, such as precipitation, temperature and pressure. In practical applications, data generated with several different numerical simulation models are usually used together by forecasters to generate the final forecast. However, it is difficult for forecasters to obtain a clear view of all the data due to its complexity. This has been a great limitation for domain experts to take advantage of all the data in their routine work. In order to help explore the multi-variate and multi-model data, we propose a stamp based exploration framework to assist domain experts in analyzing the data. The framework is used to assist domain experts in detecting the bias patterns between numerical simulation data and observation data. The exploration pipeline originates from a single meteorological variable and extends to multiple variables under the guidance of a designed stamp board. Regional data patterns can be detected by analyzing distinctive stamps on the board or generating extending stamps using the Boolean set operations. Experiment results show that some meteorological phenomena and regional data patterns can be easily detected through the exploration. Increasingly emerged multifunctional metasurfaces have successfully revealed integrated wavefront manipulations via phase gradient arrays, coding apertures, independent polarization control, asymmetric transmission/reflection, etc. However, multifunctional metasurfaces with more degrees of freedom in terms of multi-band/broadband operation frequencies, full-space coverage, and computable array factors are still in dire demand.As a step forward in extending manipulation dimensions, we propose and corroborate a dual-band multifunctional coding metasurface for anomalous reflection, radar cross-section reduction, and vortex beam generation through full-wave analysis and experiment. Our tri-layer meta-device comprises a shared coding aperture of splitring and cross-shaped resonators sandwiched between two layers of orthogonal wire gratings. With an approach of independent control of a reflection–transmission wavefront under orthogonal polarization states and Fabry–Perot-like constructive interference, the low-cross-talk shared coding aperture features a smooth phase shift and high efficiency for 3-bit coding in the K-band and 1-bit coding in the Ka-band. | 16 | Large contributions of emission reductions and meteorological conditions to the abatement of PM_(2.5)in Beijing during the 24th Winter Olympic Games in 2022显示文摘To guarantee the blue skies for the 2022 Winter Olympics held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou from February 4 to 20,Beijing and its surrounding areas adopted a series of emission control measures.This provides an opportunity to determine the impacts of large-scale temporary control measures on the air quality in Beijing during this special period.Here,we applied the WRF-CMAQ model to quantify the contributions of emission reduction measures and meteorological conditions.Results show that meteorological conditions in 2022 decreased PM_(2.5)in Beijing by 6.9 and 11.8μg/m^(3)relative to 2021 under the scenarios with and without emission reductions,respectively.Strict emission reduction measures implemented in Beijing and seven neighboring provinces resulted in an average decrease of 13.0μg/m^(3)(-41.2%)in PM_(2.5)in Beijing.Over the entire period,local emission reductions contributed more to good air quality in Beijing than nonlocal emission reductions.Under the emission reduction scenario,local,controlled regions,other regions,and boundary conditions contributed 47.7%,42.0%,5.3%,and 5.0%to the PM_(2.5)concentrations in Beijing,respectively.The results indicate that during the cleaning period with the air masses from the northwest,the abatements of PM_(2.5)were mainly caused by local emission reductions.However,during the potential pollution period with the air masses from the east-northeast and west-southwest,the abatements of PM_(2.5)were caused by both local and nonlocal emission reductions almost equally.This implies that regional coordinated prevention and control strategies need to be arranged scientifically and rationally when heavy pollution events are forecasted. | Yaping Jiang Shaocai Yu Xue Chen Yibo Zhang Mengying Li Zhen Li Zhe Song Pengfei Li Xiaoye Zhang Eric Lichtfouse Daniel Rosenfeld | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,2: | 0 |

| 19 | East Asian monsoon intensification promoted weathering of the magnesium-rich southern China upper crust and its global significance显示文摘The Oligocene-Miocene boundary Asian climatic reorganization linked to the northward migration of the East Asian monsoon into subtropical China is a potentially important but poorly constrained atmospheric CO_(2) consumption process.Here,we performed a first-order estimate of the CO_(2) consumption induced by silicate chemical weathering and organic carbon burial in subtropical China related to this climatic reorganization.Our results show that an increase in long-term CO_(2 )consumption by silicate weathering varies from 0.06×10^(12)to 0.87×10^(12)mol yr^(-1)depending on erosion flux reconstructions,with an~50%contribution of Mg-silicate weathering since the late Oligocene.The organic carbon burial flux is approximately 25%of the contemporary CO_(2) consumption by silicate weathering.The results highlight the significant role of weathering of the Mg-rich upper continental crust in East China,which would contribute to the rapid decline in atmospheric CO_(2) during the late Oligocene and the Neogene rise in the seawater Mg content.If this climatic reorganization was mainly induced by the Tibetan Plateau uplift,our study suggests that the growth of the Himalayan-Tibetan Plateau can lead to indirect modification of the global carbon and magnesium cycles by changing the regional hydrological cycle in areas of East Asia that are tectonically less active. | Yibo YANG Albert GALY Xiaomin FANG Christian FRANCE-LANORD Shiming WAN Rongsheng YANG Jian ZHANG Ran ZHANG Song YANG Yunfa MIAO Yudong LIU Chengcheng YE | 2021 | Science China Earth Sciences2021,64,7: | 0 |
| 20 | The Cenozoic sedimentary environment and sedimentary filling evolution of Wan'an Basin in the western South China Sea显示文摘As one of the basins with extremely abundant oil and gas resources in South China Sea,the Wan'an Basin has attracted great attention from domestic and international geologists and hydrocarbon explorers.Currently,the sequence stratigraphic framework,distribution of sedimentary systems and sedimentary filling evolution of the Wan'an Basin are still not clear,consequently,it bring some difficulties for hydrocarbon exploration.Based on the palaeobios,well drilling,well logging,and seismic and other data,the sequence stratigraphic framework of the Wan'an Basin is established,and the sequence interfaces of T100,T60,T50,T40 and T30 in this study are identified.On this basis,the sedimentary environment and sedimentary filling evolution of the Wan'an Basin are systematically analyzed.The results show that the basin had experienced three tectonic evolution periods since Cenozoic,i.e.,the OligoceneeEarly Miocene extensional fault-depression period,Middle Miocene strike-slip reformation period and Late Miocene eQuaternary regional depression period.Thereinto,the provenance in the extensional faultdepression period(OligoceneeEarly Miocene)was mainly from the western uplift of the basin,where the deltaeshore-shallow lacustrineebathylimnetic sedimentary system during Early Oligocene and delta elittoral-neritic sedimentary system during Late OligoceneeEarly Miocene were developed respectively.The provenance during the strike-slip reformation period(Middle Miocene)was still mainly from the western uplift of the basin,where the deltaelittoral-neriticecarbonate platform sedimentary system was developed,and the carbonate platform began to develop abundantly.The provenance during the regional depression period(Late MioceneeQuaternary)is mainly supplied by input of the western distal large rivers,the deltaelittoral-shallow seaecarbonate platformebathyal sea sedimentary system was developed in the Late Miocene,and the shelf-margin deltaecontinental slopeebathyal sea sedimentary system was developed during Pliocene-Quaternary.Therefore,the Wan'an Basin has a favorable hydrocarbon resource potential. | Yibo Wang Zhigang Zhao Xiaojun Xie Huaizhong Yang Shuang Song | 2019 | Petroleum Research2019,4,3: | 0 |
