1胶质气体泡沫基泡沫水泥体系显示文摘为了解决常规泡沫水泥存在的密度高、泡沫不稳定、抗压强度低、孔隙度高、有效期短等缺点,研发了一种新型的胶质气体泡沫(CGA)基泡沫水泥体系并进行性能评价。将CGA作为泡沫组分加入基浆,从优化粒度分布的角度考虑加入空心球和微硅石继续优化配方。通过孔隙度、渗透率、强度、脆性、弹性、自由水含量、泡沫稳定性和密度测试等评价CGA基泡沫水泥体系性能,实验结果表明:泡沫占比为10%时,水泥密度降到1040 kg/m3;水泥体系中形成了稳定的微泡网络结构且不受高温高压影响;最优CGA基泡沫水泥自由水含量为零,孔隙度为24%,渗透率为0.7×103μm^2,弹性模量低、泊松比高,抗压强度合理,表现出韧性特征,具有更强的弹性和柔性,可承受区域地应力。VELAYATI Arian ROOSTAEI Morteza RASOOLIMANESH Rasool SOLEYMANI Mohammad FATTAHPOUR Vahidoddin 2019石油勘探与开发2019,46,6:3
2Insight into selection of appropriate formulation for colloidal gas aphron(CGA)-based drilling fluids显示文摘Application of light-weight drilling fluids is essential to develop depleted hydrocarbon reservoirs.Recently,colloidal gas aphron(CGA)-based fluids have been introduced for such applications due to their ability in controlling fluid losses.In this work,a comprehensive experimental study was performed to choose the best formulation for CGA fluids by implementing static stability tests,rheological behavior measurements,and bubble size analyses of CGAs.Xanthan gum polymer and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),an anionic surfactant,and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),a cationic surfactant,were utilized to prepare CGAs.For the range of experiments conducted,the performance of CGA fluids prepared with SDBS was improved by increasing the polymer and surfactant concentrations.However,for CTAB,it was improved by an increase in the polymer concentration and a decrease in the surfactant concentration.The formation of white,long hair-like precipitates observed at high levels of CTAB caused CGA fluid to become rapidly unstable.Also,it was observed that the size of CGAs was significantly influenced by the polymer and surfactant concentrations.The most stable bubbles were formed at 6.86 g/L of polymer concentration.The results of this study provide insights into appropriate formulation for CGA-based fluids which could be potentially applicable in drilling operations.Mohsen Pasdar Ezatallah Kazemzadeh Ehsan Kamari Mohammad Hossein Ghazanfari Mohammad Soleymani 2020Petroleum Science2020,17,3:2

5Grain Refinement in a Low Carbon Steel Through Multidirectional Forging显示文摘Grain refinement is one of the successful and low-cost methods to develop metals having excellent combination of strength and ductility. Low carbon steel was deformed by using multidirectional forging (MDF) technique at room temperature. The influence of strain amount and annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of investigated steel was studied. The grain refinement mechanism was studied by the microstructure observation. The results showed that the grain refinement was attained by multidirectional forging technique. The initial coarser grains of average 38 μm size fragmented into very fine ferrite with grain sizes of about 1.2 μm.
