| 1 | Secure and Efficient Data Storage and Sharing Scheme Based on Double Blockchain显示文摘In the digital era, electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical data. The traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data sharing. The storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalability and low throughput. To address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double blockchain. In our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the cloud. The storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the EMR.Users with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own permissions.Through experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain, but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original EMR.Content Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original EMR.The symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud, but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update, avoiding redundant backup of data.Safety analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme. | Lejun Zhang Minghui Peng Weizheng Wang Yansen Su Shuna Cui Seokhoon Kim | 2021 | Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1: | 1 |
| 2 | Psychological and Emotional Responses during Different Stages of the COVID-19 Pandemic Based on a Survey of a Mental Health Hotline显示文摘Background:The coronavirus(COVID-19)outbreak in 2019 triggered psychological and emotional responses. This research investigates the psychological status and emotional problems of those who sought psychological assistance during the epidemic period by calling a mental health hotline. Methods:This study aims to combine qualitative and quantitative research.Descriptive analysis was used for undertaking qualitative research. We ana-lyzed the data from group 1(n=706),in which the people used the mental health hotline from 25 January 2020 to 23 June 2020.A self-designed questionnaire was developed in accordance with the classification and sum-marized items from group 1’s psychological problems and emotional status. To implement the quantitative research,we conducted a cross-sectional descriptive survey and used the self-compiled scale and HADS to inves-tigate group 2(n=553)from May 2020 to June 2020.Results:Descriptive statistics and comparative analysis revealed that:①Visitors mainly reported behavior, emotional, family relationship problems and sleep disorders.②Anxiety,comorbidities,sleep disorders and coping problems were the most frequently reported problems.③There were significant differences in the number of visitors experiencing various problems or exhibiting harmful behaviors(sorrow, worry, fear, depression, sleep disorders,self-harm or suicide, and coping problems, anxiety, hypochondria, and comorbidity)in the four stages of the epidemic.④More than a quarter of participants still suffered from anxiety or depression in the later stages of the epidemic. Conclusion:Different problems manifested at different stages of the epidemic, and psychological interventions and assistance should be tailored to reflect this. | Shuna Peng Xiaohong Luo Shiyu Liang Fengning Deng Yuning Liu Hong Zeng Xuesong Yang | 2022 | International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2022,24,5: | 0 |
| 3 | Aqueous synthesis of bright near-infrared-emitting Zn-Cu-In-Se quantum dots for multiplexed detection of tumor markers显示文摘Aqueous synthesis is a green but challenging pathway to produce cadmium-free,bright,and near-infrared(NIR)emitting quantum dots(QDs).Herein,we develop a straightforward aqueous phase approach to prepare Zn-Cu-In-Se QDs with tunable emission from 630 to 800 nm through varying the molar ratio of Zn and Cu.The ultrasmall nanoparticle size remains nearly fixed(~2.6 nm)when the QD composition is varied, allowing for the effects of composition on the optical properties of QDs to be decoupled from the impact of particle size.By leveraging the off-stoichiometric effect on photoluminescence(PL),Zn-Cu-In-Se QDs with a Zn:Cu molar ratio of 1.0 show a long PL decay lifetime of 211 ns and an absolute photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 14.2%.The PLQY is further enhanced by overcoating a ZnS shell, reaching up to 25.8%.Based on the bright, biocompatible, and emission-tunable QDs,nanoprobes with targeting capability for multiple tumor markers are further constructed and employed to simultaneously ascertain targets in the cytoplasm and cell membrane. This study provides a green and effective strategy for achieving bright and biocompatible NIR quantum dots for multiplexed biodetection applications. | Hui Liu Peng Cai Kevin J.McHugh Collin F.Perkinson Laishuo Li Shuna Wang Wei Wang Mingxia Jiao Xiliang Luo Lihong Jing | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,9: | 0 |
| 4 | Epidemiological,Clinical and Serological Characteristics of Children with Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Wuhan:A Single-centered,Retrospective Study显示文摘Dear Editor,In December 2019,SARS-Co V-2 was first detected in the samples obtained from three adult patients who suffered from an unknown viral pneumonia in Wuhan(Li et al.2020).This unknown viral pneumonia is further named as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)by the World Health Organization. | Dan Luo Zhi Xia Heng Li Danna Tu Ting Wang Wei Zhang Lu Peng Wenfu Yi Sai Zhang Junhua Shu Hui Xu Yong Li Buyun Shi Chengjiao Huang Wen Tang Shuna Xiao Xiaolan Shu Yan Liu Yuan Zhang Shan Guo Zhi Yu Baoxiang Wang Yuan Gao Qinxue Hu Hanzhong Wang Xiaohui Song Hong Mei Xiaoqin Zhou Zhenhua Zheng | 2020 | Virologica Sinica2020,35,6: | 0 |
