| 1 | Macroporous Ni foam-supported Co_3O_4 nanobrush and nanomace hybrid arrays for high-efficiency CO oxidation显示文摘Herein, we reported the synthesis of well-defined Co_3O_4 nanoarrays(NAs) supported on a monolithic three-dimensional macroporous nickel(Ni) foam substrate for use in highefficiency CO oxidation. The monolithic Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts were obtained through a generic hydrothermal synthesis route with subsequent calcination. By controlling the reaction time,solvent polarity and deposition agent, these Co_3O_4 NAs catalysts exhibited various novel morphologies(single or hybrid arrays), whose physicochemical properties were further characterized by using several analytical techniques. Based on the catalytic and characterization analyses, it was found that the Co_3O_4 NAs-6 catalyst with nanobrush and nanomace arrays displayed enhanced catalytic activity for CO oxidation, achieving an efficient 100% CO oxidation conversion at a gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) 10,000 hr^(-1) and 150°C with longterm stability. | 2 | mTOR pathway regulates the differentiation of peripheral blood Th2/Treg cell subsets in patients with pemphigus vulgaris显示文摘Pemphigus vulgaris(PV)is a chronic and potentially life-threatening autoimmune blistering disease.Aberrant mTOR pathway activity is involved in many autoimmune diseases.This study investigated the correlation of mTOR pathway(PI3K/AKT/mTOR/p70S6K)activity with the loss of balance in T helper 2/regulatory T(Th2/Treg)cells in the peripheral blood of PV patients.CD4^(+)T cells were isolated from 15 PV patients and 15 healthy controls(HCs),the ratios of Th2/CD4^(+)T cells and Treg/CD4^(+)T cells,the activity of the mTOR pathway(PI3K/AKT/mTOR/p70S6K),the transcription factors and cytokines of Th2 and Treg cells were detected.Primary CD4^(+)T cells from PV patients were cultured under Th2-or Treg-polarizing conditions with or without rapamycin in vitro.We found that PV patients showed significantly elevated serum IL-4 when compared with HCs,and serum IL-4 level was positively correlated with the titer of anti-Dsg1/3 antibody and disease severity,while the serum TGF-βlevel was negatively correlated with the titer of anti-Dsg3 antibody and disease severity.Meanwhile,PV patients showed increased Th2/CD4^(+)T cell ratio;decreased Treg/CD4^(+)T cell ratio;elevated mRNA of PI3K,AKT,mTOR and protein of PI3K(P85),AKT,p-AKT(Ser473),mTOR,p-mTOR(Ser2448),p-p70S6K(Thr389),GATA3;reduced protein of forkhead box protein 3.Rapamycin inhibited Th2 cell differentiation and promoted Treg cell differentiation in vitro.These data suggest a close association between mTOR pathway activation and the loss of balance in Th2/Treg cells in peripheral blood of PV patients.Inhibiting mTORC1 can help restore the Th2/Treg balance. | Kuan Lai Wenjing Zhang Songshan Li Zhiwen Zhang Shuangde Xie Meinian Xu Changxing Li Kang Zeng | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4: | 4 |
| 3 | Determination of time-and size-dependent fine particle emission with varied oil heating in an experimental kitchen显示文摘Particulate matter(PM) from cooking has caused seriously indoor air pollutant and aroused risk to human health.It is urged to get deep knowledge of their spatial-temporal distribution of source emission characteristics,especially ultrafine particles(UFP < 100 nm) and accumulation mode particles(AMP 100-555 nm).Four commercial cooking oils are auto dipped water to simulate cooking fume under heating to 255℃ to investigate PM emission and decay features between 0.03 and 10 μm size dimension by electrical low pressure impactor(ELPI) without ventilation.Rapeseed and sunflower produced high PM_(2.5) around5.1 mg/m^3,in comparison with those of soybean and corn(5.87 and 4.55 mg/m^3,respectively)at peak emission time between 340 and 450 sec since heating oil,but with the same level of particle numbers 6-9 × 10~5/cm^3.Mean values of PM_(1.0)/PM_(2.5) and PM_(2.5)/PM_(10) at peak emission time are around 0.51-0.55 and 0.23-0.29.After 15 min naturally deposition,decay rates of PM_(1.0),PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) are 13.3%-29.8%,20.1%-33.9%and 41.2%-54.7%,which manifest that PM_(1.0) is quite hard to decay than larger particles,PM_(2.5) and PM_(1.0).The majority of the particle emission locates at 43 nm with the largest decay rate at 75%,and shifts to a larger size between137 and 555 nm after 15 min decay.The decay rates of the particles are sensitive to the oil type. | Shuangde Li Jiajia Gao Yiqing He Liuxu Cao Ang Li Shengpeng Mo Yunfa Chen Yaqun Cao | 2017 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,1: | 3 |

| 13 | The binding of the anticoagulation factor I from the venom of Agkistrodon acutus to activated factor X显示文摘Anticoagulation factor Ⅰ (ACF Ⅰ) from the venom of Agkistrodon acutus prolonged plasma prothrombin time (PPT) with dose-dependent manner and exhibited marked anticoagulant activity only at the concentration higher than its critical concentration (12 nmol/L). It was discovered that ACF Ⅰ formed a 1:1 complex with activated coagulation factor (FXa) in the presence of Ca2+ ions by the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Both native ACF I and decalcified ACF Ⅰ failed to form complexes with FXa in the absence of Ca2+. Sr2+ ions were able to replace Ca2+ ions in the binding of ACF I to FXa, but both Ba2+ ions and Tb3+ ions were ineffective. ACF Ⅰ was a new member of the IX/X-bp family in the C-type lectin superfamily, and had a amino acid composition similar to the other members of this family.
