Milliampere He^2+ beam generator using a compact GHz ECRIS显示文摘Multi-charged helium ion beam He2+ is useful for helium accelerator to obtain a higher energy with lower cost and for deuterium accelerator to avoid neutron activation during machine commissioning. An attempt to generate milliampere multi-charged helium He2+ion beam with a 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance ion source(ECRIS) was tested recently.A design using a specfic permanent magnet 2.45 GHz ECRIS(PMECRIS) source(ERCIS) is reported and the He2+beam production ability is described. With this source,we produced a total helium beam of 40 mA at 40 kV with 180 W of net microwave power and a gas flow of less than 0.5 sccm.At steady state the He2+beam intensity is 4.4 mA,that being the fraction of multi-charged helium ion beam is at approximately 11%. | REN HaiTao PENG ShiXiang XU Yuan ZHAO Jie CHEN Jia ZHANG Tao ZHANG AiLin GUO ZhiYu CHEN JiaEr | 2013 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,10: | 2
Progress in the beam commissioning of separated function RFQ accelerator显示文摘Separated Function RFQ (SFRFQ) was proposed as a post accelerator of RFQ to accelerate heavy ions at low frequency. It introduces gap accelerating in the quadrupole electrodes, and therefore it has higher accelerating efficiency than the conventional RFQ accelerator. The first SFRFQ prototype cavity has been specially designed and constructed as a post accelerator to accelerate O+ beam from 1.03 MeV to 1.64 MeV. Based on accomplishment of low power measurement and high power test, the beam commissioning was carried out to verify its feasibility. The measured energy gain per cell of SFRFQ is 45 keV, which is about 60% higher than that of Peking University Integral Split Ring (ISR) RFQ. | MingLei Kang (1) YuanRong Lu (1) Zhi Wang (1) Kun Zhu (1) XueQing Yan (1) ZhiYu Guo (1) ShuLi Gao (1) ShiXiang Peng (1) Ao Liu (2) JiaXun Fang (1) JiaEr Chen (1) | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,S2: | 2

The gradual subduction-collision evolution model of Proto-South China Sea and its control on oil and gas显示文摘This study involved outcrop, drilling, seismic, gravity, and magnetic data to systematically document the geological records of the subduction process of Proto-South China Sea(PSCS)and establish its evolution model. The results indicate that a series of arc-shaped ophiolite belts and calcalkaline magmatic rocks are developed in northern Borneo, both of which have the characteristics of gradually changing younger from west to east, and are direct signs of subduction and collision of PSCS.At the same time, the subduction of PSCS led to the formation of three accretion zones from the south to the north in Borneo, the Kuching belt,Sibu belt, and Miri belt. The sedimentary formation of northern Borneo is characterized by a three-layer structure, with the oceanic basement at the bottom, overlying the deep-sea flysch deposits of the Rajang–Crocker group, and the molasse sedimentary sequence that is dominated by river-delta and shallow marine facies at the top, recording the whole subduction–collision–orogeny process of PSCS.Further, seismic reflection and tomography also confirmed the subduction and collision of PSCS.Based on the geological records of the subduction and collision of PSCS,combined with the comprehensive analysis of segmented expansion and key tectonic events in the South China Sea,we establish the“gradual”subduction-collision evolution model of PSCS.During the late Eocene to middle Miocene, the Zengmu,Nansha, and Liyue–Palawan blocks were separated by West Baram Line and Balabac Fault, which collided with the Borneo block and Kagayan Ridge successively from the west to the east, forming several foreland basin systems, and PSCS subducted and closed from the west to the east. The subduction and extinction of PSCS controlled the oil and gas distribution pattern of southern South China Sea(SSCS)mainly in three aspects.First, the“gradual”closure process of PSCS led to the continuous development of many large deltas in SSCS.Second, the deltas formed during the subduction–collision of PSCS controlled the development of source rocks in the basins of SSCS.Macroscopically, the distribution and scale of deltas controlled the distribution and scale of source rocks, forming two types of source rocks, namely, coal measures and terrestrial marine facies.Microscopically, the difference of terrestrial higher plants carried by the delta controlled the proportion of macerals of source rocks.Third, the difference of source rocks mainly controlled the distribution pattern of oil and gas in SSCS.Meanwhile, the difference in the scale of source rocks mainly controlled the difference in the amount of oil and gas discoveries, resulting in a huge amount of oil and gas discoveries in the basin of SSCS.Meanwhile, the difference of macerals of source rocks mainly controlled the difference of oil and gas generation, forming the oil and gas distribution pattern of“nearshore oil and far-shore gas”. | Xiaojun Xie Wu Tang Gongcheng Zhang Zhigang Zhao Shuang Song Shixiang Liu Yibo Wang Jia Guo | 2023 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3: | 1
HD-Zip Transcription Factor is Responsible for No-Lobed Leaf in Watermelon(Citrullus lanatus L.)显示文摘Leaf is a vital organ of plants that plays an essential role in photosynthesis and respiration. As an important agronomic trait in leaf development, leaf shape is classified into lobed,entire(no-lobed),and serrated in most crops. In this study,two-lobed leaf watermelon inbred lines WT2 and WCZ,and a no-lobed leaf watermelon inbred line WT20 were used to create two F_(2)populations.Segregation analysis suggested that lobed leaves were dominant over the no-lobed leaves, and it was controlled by a signal gene.A locus on watermelon chromosome 4 controlling watermelon lobed/no-lobed leaves was identified through BSA-seq strategy combined with linkage analysis. The candidate gene was fine-mapped to a 61.5 kb region between 21,224,481 and 21,285,957 bp on watermelon chromosome 4 using two F_(2)populations.Four functional genes were annotated in the candidate region, while sequences blast showed that there was a single-base deletion(A/-)only in the exon of Cla018360,which resulted in premature termination of translation in the no-lobed leaf lines.Function prediction showed that Cla018360 encodes an HD-Zip protein that has been reported to regulate the development of leaf shape. The single-base deletion also occurred in the HD-Zip domain. We inferred that the Cla018360 gene is the candidate gene for regulating the development of lobed/no-lobed leaves in watermelon.Gene expression analysis showed that Cla018360 was highly expressed in young leaves.Phylogenetic analysis showed that Cla018360 had a close genetic relationship with AtHB51,which had been reported to regulate the formation of leaf shape in Arabidopsis.Furthermore, transcriptome analysis showed that a total of 333 differentially expressed genes were identified between WT2 and WT20,of which 115 and 218 genes were upregulated and downregulated in no-lobed leaved watermelon WT20.This study not only provides a good entry point for studying leaf development but also provides foundational insights into breeding for special plant architecture in watermelon. | Shixiang Duan Yaomiao Guo Yinping Wang Muhammad Jawad Umer Dongming Liu Sen Yang Huanhuan Niu Shouru Sun Luming Yang Junling Dou Huayu Zhu | 2023 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,5: | 1

Identification of sweet spots in shale-type and siltstone-type“shale oil systems”:A case study of the Chang 7 Member in Ordos Basin显示文摘Mid-high maturity shale oil is the most realistic field for the scale breakthrough of terrestrial shale oil production in China.Generally, three deficiencies hinder shale oil development in China:heavy oil density, small sweet spot areas, and poor distribution continuity. Thus, identifying the“sweet spots”in shale oil reservoirs is critical for the efficient exploration and development of terrestrial shale oil. This study targets the siltstone type(Class-Ⅱshale oil)and pure shale type(Class-Ⅲshale oil)of the Chang 7 Member in the Ordos Basin, and identifies three stratigraphic units, namely the hydrocarbon accumulation unit, hydrocarbon generation unit, and hydrocarbon retention unit, which together constitute the in-source“shale oil system”.The hydrocarbon accumulation unit is mainly siltstone, where the hydrocarbons are migrated from shales. It has favorable porethroat network connectivity with a pore connectivity ratio of 32–57%,being the siltstone-type sweet spots. The hydrocarbon generation unit is mainly composed of high-TOC mudstone/shale and is the main contributor to in-source hydrocarbon generation and expulsion. This unit has high three-dimensional connectivity(28–30%),as shown by the pore-throat network model, associated with vertical paths for hydrocarbon expulsion. The hydrocarbon retention unit is mainly composed of low-TOC mudstone/shale retaining self-generated and migrated hydrocarbons. The pore connectivity rate is 17–42%,and the pore-throat network connectivity direction is uneven.Light and low-carbon-number hydrocarbons are preferentially trapped or even sealed in small pores of the retention unit, forming the typical mudstone/shale-type sweet spots. In the process called shale oil intrasource migration, the oil migrates in source rocks causing component fractionation, which allows more shale oil to enrich in the hydrocarbon accumulation and retention units to form sweet spots, compared with the hydrocarbon generation unit. The migration paths include the one from mudstone/shale to siltstone interlayers and that from the high-TOC mudstone/shale intervals to the low-TOC intervals. The in-source accumulation of shale oil shows the differentiated enrichment model featuring“high-TOC mudstone/shale generating hydrocarbons,low-TOC mudstone/shale retaining hydrocarbons, siltstone accumulating hydrocarbons and multiple intra-source migration paths”.In the Ordos Basin, the organic-lean(TOC 1–3%)mudstone/shale intervals appear to be the sweet spots of shale oil, where there are abundant medium-short-chain hydrocarbons retained with high flowability. After fracturing stimulation, their production conditions may be even superior to those of siltstones. This proposed idea changes the previous strategy to look for sweet spots in high-TOC intervals derived from the shale gas industry. | Songqi PAN Qiulei GUO Caineng ZOU Zhenhua JING Ming YUAN Ying HE He ZHENG Ying MU Zhi YANG Shixiang LI Xinping ZHOU Songtao WU Hanlin LIU Feng YANG Yuanjia HAN | 2023 | Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,7: | 1
Impact of Sampling Rate of IGS Satellite Clock on Precise Point Positioning显示文摘Both static and kinematic testings are investigated by using IGS 5min, 30s and 5s-interval precise satellite clock products in precise point positioning (PPP) solution. Test results show that the sampling rate of IGS satellite clock has very little effect on the static PPP solution. All the three types of sampling intervals of precise satellite clock can satisfy mm-cm level of positioning accuracy; higher sampling rate has no significant improvement for PPP solution. However, sampling rate of satellite clock has a significant impact on the PPP solution in kinematic PPP. The higher the interval of satellite clock, the better the accuracy achieved. The accuracy of kinematic PPP achieved by using 30s-interval precise satellite clock is improved by nearly 30-50 percent with respect to the solution by using 5min-interval precise satellite clock, but using 5s and 30s-interval satellite clock can almost produce the same accuracy of kinematic solution. Moreover, the use of precise satellite clock products from different analysis centers may also produce more or less effect on the PPP solution. | GUO Fei ZHANG Xiaohong LI Xingxing CAI Shixiang | 2010 | Geo-Spatial Information Science2010,13,2: | 1
Development of High Intensity Beam Emittance Measurement Unit显示文摘Three sets of High Intensity Beam Emittance Measurement Units (HIBEMUs) are being developed at Peking University. They are HIBEMU-2 (slit-wire type, one direction), HIBEMU-3 (Allison scanner type, one direction) and HIBEMU-4 (slit-wire type, two directions). For HIBEMU-2 and HIBEMU-3, more recent work has been done on software redesign in order to measure beam emittance and to draw phase diagram more efficiently and precisely. Software for control and data processing of them were developed in Labveiw environment, trying to improve calculation rationality and to offer user-friendly interface. Mechanical modification was also done for HIBEMU-3, mainly concentrating on the protection of Faraday cups from being overheated by the high intensity beam and also from interference of secondary electrons. This paper will also cover the mechanical structure as well as the software development of HIBEMU-4, which is a two-direction emittance scanner newly designed and manufactured for the high energy beam transport (HEBT) of Peking University Neutron Imaging FaciliTY (PKUNIFTY). At the end of this paper, comparison and analysis of the three HIBEMUs are given to draw forth better design of the future emittance measurement facility. | LV PengNan PENG ShiXiang GUO ZhiYu YUAN ZhongXi REN HaiTao ZHAO Jie ZHANG Meng CHEN JiaEr LU YuanRong | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,S2: | 1
Visualization of supramolecular assembly by aggregation-induced emission显示文摘Supramolecular architectures are constructed by the self-assembly of small building blocks via the use of metal-ligand coordination,π–πstacking interactions, hydrogen bonding,host-guest interactions, and other noncovalent driving forces, which confer unique dynamic reversibility and stimulus responsiveness to the supramolecular materials and also lead to the demand of expensive and complex equipment for the characterization of supramolecular assembly processes.Fortunately, the self-assembly processes bring the monomeric chromophores together, offering possibilities to establish ties between the supramolecular assembly and aggregation-induced emission(AIE)techniques.Compared to conventional luminescent molecules,AIE luminogens(AIEgens)exhibit significant fluorescence enhancement upon the restriction of molecular motions, thus displaying the advantages of signal amplification and low background noises.Given the above, the real-time,sensitive,and in situ visualization of the formation of self-assemblies and their stimuli responsiveness based on AIE becomes accessible. Here,we review recent works that encompass the visualization of supramolecular assembly-related behaviors by means of AIE characteristics of chromophores. The organization of this review will be by different types of supramolecular architectures, including metallacycles/cages,micelles/vesicles,supramolecular polymers, and supramolecular gels.An overview of future opportunities and challenges for the real-time monitoring of supramolecular assembly by AIE is also provided. | Wu-Jie Guo Tuokai Peng Wenping Zhu Shixiang Ma Guang Wang Ying Li Bin Liu Hui-Qing Peng | 2023 | Aggregate2023,4,2: | 0
Emerging roles of circular RNAs in cancer:a narrative review显示文摘Circular RNAs (circRNAs) constitute a novel class of endogenous noncoding RNAs characterized by a covalently closed structure and involved in multiple biological processes. The main biological functions and properties of circRNAs can be defined by five features: a 'sponging' effect on other RNA species, post-transcriptional regulation, rolling circle translation, generation of pseudogenes, and splicing interference. Although circRNAs were first detected decades ago, the role of circRNAs and the mechanisms underlying their actions remain incompletely characterized. Recently, circRNAs were reported to play indispensable roles in regulating metabolic and signal transduction events controlling the proliferation, migration, and survival of cells. Importantly, many studies demonstrated that dysregulated circRNA expression is associated with the development of multiple diseases, including cancer. In this review, we summarize current knowledge on the roles and mechanisms of circRNAs in cancer and discuss their functions as oncogenes or tumor suppressors in different tumor types. | Shixiang Guo Junfeng Zhang Junyu Tao Jinfeng Zhu Ruixin Zheng Huaizhi Wang | 2022 | Journal of Pancreatology2022,5,1: | 0
Antagonistic MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK and SEPALLATA3 form a transcriptional regulatory network that regulates seed oil accumulation显示文摘Transcriptional regulation is essential for balancing multiple metabolic pathways that influence oil accumulation in seeds. Thus far,the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that govern seed oil accumulation remain largely unknown. Here,we identified the transcriptional regulatory network composed of MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK(STK)and SEPALLATA3(SEP3),which bridges several key genes to regulate oil accumulation in seeds. We found that STK,highly expressed in the developing embryo, positively regulates seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana).Furthermore,we discovered that SEP3 physically interacts with STK in vivo and in vitro.Seed oil content is increased by the SEP3 mutation, while it is decreased by SEP3 overexpression. The chromatin immunoprecipitation, electrophoretic mobility shift assay, and transient dual-luciferase reporter assays showed that STK positively regulates seed oil accumulation by directly repressing the expression of MYB5,SEP3,and SEED FATTY ACID REDUCER 4(SFAR4).Moreover,genetic and molecular analyses demonstrated that STK and SEP3 antagonistically regulate seed oil production and that SEP3 weakens the binding ability of STK to MYB5,SEP3,and SFAR4.Additionally,we demonstrated that TRANSPARENT TESTA 8(TT8)and ACYL-ACYL CARRIER PROTEIN DESATURASE 3(AAD3)are direct targets of MYB5 during seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis.Together, our findings provide the transcriptional regulatory network antagonistically orchestrated by STK and SEP3,which fine tunes oil accumulation in seeds. | Shuangcheng He Yuanchang Min Zijin Liu Fang Zhi Rong Ma Ankang Ge Shixiang Wang Yu Zhao Danshuai Peng Da Zhang Minshan Jin Bo Song Jianjun Wang Yuan Guo Mingxun Chen | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2024,66,1: | 0
Multiple charge ion beam generation with a 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance ion source显示文摘Multiple charge ions (MCIs) are necessary for increasing the output energy of particles in accelerators. In general, MCI beams are largely produced by electron beam ion source (EBIS) [1], laser ion source (LIS) [2], or high-frequency (mostly >5 GHz) electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) ion source [3]. Among these, only ECR ion source can operate in the continuous wave (CW) mode, while EBIS and LIS only support pulses. In addition, ECR ion source with lower frequency (mostly 2.45 GHz) are required primarily for generating single charge state ions, because the corresponding ECR field (875 Gs) is not sufficiently strong for MCI generation [4]. | Yuan Xu ShiXiang Peng HaiTao Ren JiaMei Wen AiLin Zhang Tao Zhang JingFeng Zhang WenBin Wu ZhiYu Guo JiaEr Chen | 2017 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2017,60,6: | 0
Plasma parameter diagnosis using hydrogen emission spectra of a quartz-chamber 2.45 GHz ECRIS at Peking University显示文摘A quartz-chamber 2.45 GHz electron cyclotron resonance ion source(ECRIS) was designed for diagnostic purposes at Peking University [Patent Number: ZL 201110026605.4]. This ion source can produce a maximum 84 m A hydrogen ion beam at 50 k V with a duty factor of 10%. The root-mean-square(RMS) emittance of this beam is less than 0.12π mm mrad. In our initial work, the electron temperature and electron density inside the plasma chamber had been measured with the line intensity ratio of noble gases. Based on these results, the atomic and molecular emission spectra of hydrogen were applied to determine the dissociation degree of hydrogen and the vibrational temperature of hydrogen molecules in the ground state, respectively. Measurements were performed at gas pressures from 4×10^(-4) to 1×10^(-3) Pa and at input peak RF power ranging from 1000 to 1800 W. The dissociation degree of hydrogen in the range of 0.5%-10% and the vibrational temperature of hydrogen molecules in the ground state in the range of 3500-8500 K were obtained. The plasma processes inside this ECRIS chamber were discussed based on these results. | WenBin Wu HaiTao Ren ShiXiang Peng Yuan Xu JiaMei Wen Tao Zhang JingFeng Zhang AiLin Zhang Jiang Sun ZhiYu Guo JiaEr Chen | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,4: | 0
Highly Efficient Aligned Ion‑Conducting Network and Interface Chemistries for Depolarized All‑Solid‑State Lithium Metal Batteries显示文摘Improving the long-term cycling stability and energy density of all-solid-state lithium(Li)-metal batteries(ASSLMBs)at room temperature is a severe challenge because of the notorious solid–solid interfacial contact loss and sluggish ion transport.Solid electrolytes are generally studied as two-dimensional(2D)structures with planar interfaces, showing limited interfacial contact and further resulting in unstable Li/electrolyte and cathode/electrolyte interfaces.Herein,three-dimensional(3D)architecturally designed composite solid electrolytes are developed with independently controlled structural factors using 3D printing processing and post-curing treatment.Multiple-type electrolyte films with vertical-aligned micro-pillar(p-3DSE)and spiral(s-3DSE)structures are rationally designed and developed, which can be employed for both Li metal anode and cathode in terms of accelerating the Li+transport within electrodes and reinforcing the interfacial adhesion. The printed p-3DSE delivers robust long-term cycle life of up to 2600 cycles and a high critical current density of 1.92 mA cm^(−2).The optimized electrolyte structure could lead to ASSLMBs with a superior full-cell areal capacity of 2.75 mAh cm^(−2)(LFP)and 3.92 mAh cm^(−2)(NCM811).This unique design provides enhancements for both anode and cathode electrodes, thereby alleviating interfacial degradation induced by dendrite growth and contact loss. The approach in this study opens a new design strategy for advanced composite solid polymer electrolytes in ASSLMBs operating under high rates/capacities and room temperature. | Yongbiao Mu Shixiang Yu Yuzhu Chen Youqi Chu Buke Wu Qing Zhang Binbin Guo Lingfeng Zou Ruijie Zhang Fenghua Yu Meisheng Han Meng Lin Jinglei Yang Jiaming Bai Lin Zeng | 2024 | Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,5: | 0
Stimuli-responsive polymeric nanomaterials for rheumatoid arthritis therapy显示文摘Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a long-term inflammatory disease derived from an autoimmune disorder of the synovial membrane.Current therapeutic strategies for RA mainly aim to hamper the macrophages’proliferation and reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Therefore, the accumulation of therapeutic agents targeted at the inflammatory site should be a crucial therapeutic strategy.Nowadays, the nanocarrier system incorporated with stimuli-responsive property is being intensively studied, showing the potentially tremendous value of specific therapy.Stimuli-responsive(i.e.,pH,temperature,light,redox,and enzyme)polymeric nanomaterials,as an important component of nanoparticulate carriers, have been intensively developed for various diseases treatment.A survey of the literature suggests that the use of targeted nanocarriers to deliver therapeutic agents(nanotherapeutics)in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis remains largely unexplored. The lack of suitable stimuli-sensitive polymeric nanomaterials is one of the limitations.Herein,we provide an overview of drug delivery systems prepared from commonly used stimuli-sensitive polymeric nanomaterials and some inorganic agents that have potential in the treatment of RA.The current situation and challenges are also discussed to stimulate a novel thinking about the development of nanomedicine. | Yingsi Xie Ruslan G.Tuguntaev Cong Mao Haoting Chen Ying Tao Shixiang Wang Bin Yang Weisheng Guo | 2020 | Biophysics Reports2020,6,5: | 0
Unveiling size-fluorescence correlation of organic nanoparticles and its use in nanoparticle size determination显示文摘Quantitatively establishing the correlation between nanoparticle size and fluorescence is essential for understanding the behavior and functionality of fluorescent nanoparticles(FNPs).However, such exploration focusing on organic FNPs has not been achieved to date.Herein,we employ the use of supramolecular polymeric FNPs prepared from tetraphenylethylene-based bis-ureidopyrimidinone monomers(bis-UPys)to relate the size to the fluorescence of organic nanoparticles. At an equal concentration of bis-UPys,a logarithmic relationship between them is built with a correlation coefficient higher than 0.96.Theoretical calculations indicate that variations in fluorescence intensity among FNPs of different sizes are attributed to the distinct molecular packing environments at the surface and within the interior of the nanoparticles. This leads to different nonradiative decay rates of the embedded and exposed bis-UPys and thereby changes the overall fluorescence quantum yield of nanoparticles due to their different specific surface areas. The established fluorescence intensity-size correlation possesses fine universality and reliability, and it is successfully utilized to estimate the sizes of other nanoparticles, including those in highly diluted dispersions of FNPs.This work paves a new way for the simple and real-time determination of nanoparticle sizes and offers an attractive paradigm to optimize nanoparticle functionalities by the size effect. | Wu-Jie Guo Shixiang Ma Hui Wang Lu Qiao Lei Chen Chenyu Hong Bin Liu Xiaoyan Zheng Hui-Qing Peng | 2024 | Aggregate2024,5,1: | 0

Characteristics and exploration targets of Chang 7 shale oil in Triassic Yanchang Formation, Ordos Basin, NW China显示文摘The geological characteristics and enrichment laws of the shale oil in the third submember of the seventh member of Triassic Yanchang Formation(Chang 7_(3)) in the Ordos Basin were analyzed by using the information of core observations, experiments and logging, and then the exploration potential and orientation of the Chang 7_(3) shale oil were discussed. The research findings are obtained in three aspects. First, two types of shale oil, i.e. migratory-retained and retained, are recognized in Chang 7_(3). The former is slightly better than the latter in quality. The migratory-retained shale oil reservoir is featured with the frequent interbedding and overlapping of silty-sandy laminae caused by sandy debris flow and low-density turbidity current and semi-deep-deep lacustrine organic-rich shale laminae. The retained shale oil reservoir is composed of black shale with frequent occurrence of bedding and micro-laminae. Second, high-quality source rocks provide a large quantity of hydrocarbon-rich high-quality fluids with high potential energy. The source-reservoir pressure difference provides power for oil accumulation in thin interbeds of organic-poor sandstones with good seepage conditions and in felsic lamina, tuffaceous lamina and bedding fractures in shales. Hydrocarbon generation-induced fractures, bedding fractures and microfractures provide high-speed pathways for oil micro-migration. Frequent sandstone interlayers and felsic laminae provide a good space for large-scale hydrocarbon accumulation, and also effectively improve the hydrocarbon movability. Third, sand-rich areas around the depression are the main targets for exploring migratory-retained shale oil. Mature deep depression areas are the main targets for exploring retained oil with medium to high maturity. Theoretical research and field application of in-situ conversion in low-mature deep depression areas are the main technical orientations for exploring retained shale oil with low to medium maturity. | GUO Qiheng LI Shixiang JIN Zhenkui ZHOU Xinping LIU Chenglin | 2023 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,4: | 0
