| 1 | ECCM scheme against interrupted sampling repeater jammer based on time-frequency analysis显示文摘The interrupted sampling repeater jamming(ISRJ) is an effective deception jamming method for coherent radar, especially for the wideband linear frequency modulation(LFM) radar. An electronic counter-countermeasure(ECCM) scheme is proposed to remove the ISRJ-based false targets from the pulse compression result of the de-chirping radar. Through the time-frequency(TF) analysis of the radar echo signal, it can be found that the TF characteristics of the ISRJ signal are discontinuous in the pulse duration because the ISRJ jammer needs short durations to receive the radar signal. Based on the discontinuous characteristics a particular band-pass filter can be generated by two alternative approaches to retain the true target signal and suppress the ISRJ signal. | 2 | Mathematic principle of active jamming against wideband LFM radar显示文摘The inherent mathematic principle of active jamming against the wideband linear frequency modulated(LFM) radar is investigated. According to different generation strategies, the active jamming methods are reclassified into three groups, i.e.,non-coherent jamming(NCJ), convolution jamming(CJ) and multiplying jamming(MJ). Based on the classification, the mathematic principles of different active jamming groups are put forward, which describe the relationships between the modulated signals and the jamming results. The advantages and disadvantages of different groups are further analyzed, which provides a new perspective for the study of jamming/anti-jamming methods and a potential for engineers to integrate similar jamming methods into one jammer platform. | 3 | Photodynamic therapy-triggered on-demand drug release from ROS-responsive core-cross-linked micelles toward synergistic anti-cancer treatment显示文摘Polymeric micelles have demonstrated wide utility for chemodrug delivery,which however,still suffer from shortcomings such as undesired drug loading,disassembly upon dilution,pre-leakage of drug cargoes during systemic circulation,and lack of cancer-selective drug release.Herein,a poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)-polyphosphoester-based,reactive oxygen species (ROS)-responsive,core-cross-linked (CCL) micellar system was developed to encapsulate both chemodrug (doxorubicin,Dox) and photosensitizer (chlorin e6,Ce6).The hydrophobic core of the micelles was cross-linked via a thioketal (TK)-containing linker,which notably enhanced the drug loading and micelle stability.In tumor cells,far-red light irradiation of Ce6 generated ROS to cleave the TK linkers and disrupt the micelle cores.As such,micelles were destabilized and Dox release was promoted,which thereafter imparted synergistic anti-cancer effect with ROS-mediated photodynamic therapy.This study provides an effective approach to realize the precise control over drug loading,formulation stability,and cancer-selective drug release using polymeric micelles,and would render promising utilities for the programmed anti-cancer combination therapy. | Yongjuan Li Jian Hu Xun Liu Yong Liu Shixian Lv Juanjuan Dang Yong Ji Jinlin He Lichen Yin | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,5: | 5 |

| 5 | Exploration of Multifocal Rod Electroretinograms Recording in Human显示文摘Purpose:To test the feasibility of recording rod multifocal electroretinograms (ERG) in humans and observe appropriate recording conditions.Methods: Multifocal rod ERG were recorded using a stimulus array of 61 equalsized hexagons in two normal subjects after the dark adaptation. Flashes were blue (W47B). Blank frames between two successive flashes of hexagons varied from 0 to 14. Length of the m-sequence, bandwidth, flash frequency, flash intensities and background intensities were changed to obtain appropriate recording conditions for the clinical use.Results:Multifocal rod ERG were clearly recordable and well formed. They had an early implicit time, very small negative wave and a late implicit time, large positive wave. The positive wave was bimodal, whose timing and waveform were similar to the full-field rod ERG. | 6 | Preparation of ultrafine WC-Co cermets by combining pretreatment and consolidation with spark plasma sintering显示文摘Ultrafine-grained WC-Co bulk materials were prepared by a new method that contains pretreatment of the milled powder mixture and subsequent spark plasma sintering (SPS). Ball milling parameters and the pretreatment temperature have significant effects on the microstructure and properties of WC-Co cermets. The prepared cermets have a mean grain size of less than 0.5 μm even with a pretreatment temperature as high as 1300°C. | 9 | Cardiomyocyte-targeted anti-inflammatory nanotherapeutics against myocardial ischemia reperfusion (IR) injury显示文摘Myocardial ischemia reperfusion(IR)injury is closely related to the overwhelming inflammation in the myocardium.Herein,cardiomyocyte-targeted nanotherapeutics were developed for the reactive oxygen species(ROS)-ultrasensitive co-delivery of dexamethasone(Dex)and RAGE small interfering RNA(siRAGE)to attenuate myocardial inflammation.PPTP,a ROSdegradable polycation based on PGE2-modified,PEGylated,ditellurium-crosslinked polyethylenimine(PEI)was developed to surface-decorate the Dex-encapsulated mesoporous silica nanoparticles(MSNs),which simultaneously condensed siRAGE and gated the MSNs to prevent the Dex pre-leakage.Upon intravenous injection to IR-injured rats,the nanotherapeutics could be efficiently transported into the inflamed cardiomyocytes via PGE2-assisted recognition of over-expressed E-series of prostaglandin(EP)receptors on the cell membranes.Intracellularly,the over-produced ROS degraded PPTP into small segments,promoting the release of siRAGE and Dex to mediate effective RAGE silencing(72%)and cooperative antiinflammatory effect.As a consequence,the nanotherapeutics notably suppressed the myocardial fibrosis and apoptosis,ultimately recovering the systolic function.Therefore,the current nanotherapeutics represent an effective example for the codelivery and on-demand release of nucleic acid and chemodrug payloads,and might find promising utilities toward the synergistic management of myocardial inflammation. | Min Lan Mengying Hou Jing Yan Qiurong Deng Ziyin Zhao Shixian Lv Juanjuan Dang Mengyuan Yin Yong Ji Lichen Yin | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 2 |
| 10 | Stochastic stabilization using aperiodically sampled measurements显示文摘This paper addresses the stabilization problem of sector-bounded nonlinear systems with sampled measurements via discrete-time stochastic feedback control. Unlike the previous studies, the closed-loop system is modeled as an impulsive stochastic differential equation. By developing a quasi-periodic polynomial Lyapunov function and sampling-time-dependent Lyapunov function based methods, two sufficient conditions for almost sure exponential stability are derived in terms of differential matrix inequalities(DMIs) and linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). It is shown that the DMI-based conditions can be formulated as a sum of squares(SOSs). Moreover, the obtained results are adapted to sampled-data stochastic/deterministic systems. | 11 | Defining a critical period in calvarial development for Hedgehog pathway antagonist-induced frontal bone dysplasia in mice显示文摘The Hedgehog(Hh) signalling pathway is essential for cellular proliferation and differentiation during embryonic development.Gain and loss of function of Hh signalling are known to result in an array of craniofacial malformations. To determine the critical period for Hh pathway antagonist-induced frontal bone hypoplasia, we examined patterns of dysmorphology caused by Hh signalling inhibition. Pregnant mice received a single oral administration of Hh signalling inhibitor GDC-0449 at 100 or 150 mg·kg^(-1) body weight at preselected time points between embryonic days(E)8.5 and 12.5. The optimal teratogenic concentration of GDC-0449 was determined to be 150 mg·kg^(-1). Exposure between E9.5 and E10.5 induced frontal bone dysplasia, micrognathia and limb defects, with administration at E10.5 producing the most pronounced effects. This model showed decreased ossification of the frontal bone with downregulation of Hh signalling. The osteoid thickness of the frontal bone was significantly reduced.
