1Evolutionary analysis of allotetraploid hybrids of red crucian carp×common carp,based on ISSR,AFLP molecular markers and cloning of cyclins genes显示文摘The allotetraploid hybrids of red crucian carp × common carp are the first reported artificially cultured polyploid fish with bisexual fertility and stable inheritance in vertebrate. Using ISSR and AFLP markers and the cyclins genes, the genomes and cyclin gene sequence changes were analyzed between the allotetraploid hybrids and their parents. The results indicated that the allotetraploids inherited many genetic characteristics from their parents and the genetic characteristics were stable after 15 generations. However, the allotetraploids had a closer genetic relationship with their original female parents and represented a bias toward the maternal progenitor. DNA fingerprinting analysis showed that the allotetraploids had undergone sequences deletion from their original parents and that the deleted sequences were mostly from the male parent's genome. Some non-parental bands were found in the allotetraploid hybrids. Sequences analysis of the cyclin A1 and B1 genes showed nonsynonymous substitutions of single nucleotides in codons that were different from their original parents, leading to non-parental amino acid loci. 4Cloning and evolutionary analysis of cyclin B gene introns in cyprinids with different ploidy levels显示文摘Partial fragments of the cyclin B gene from triploid, tetraploid, and pentaploid hybrids of red crucian carp blunt snout bream, blunt snout bream, grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp were amplified. One DNA fragment was amplified from the blunt snout bream, grass carp, silver carp, and bighead carp (750, 950, 720, and 720 bp, respectively). Two fragments (1200 and 900 bp) were amplified from the red crucian carp, common carp, and allotetraploids. The triploid and pentaploid hybrids yielded three DNA fragments (1200, 900, and 750 bp). The 1200 bp fragment of the allotetraploid crucian carp, triploid, tetraploid, pentaploid hybrids of red crucian carp blunt snout bream shared 99.5%, 98.9%, 99.5%, and 88.7% homology, respectively, with the maternal DNA. The 900 bp fragment shared 97.5%, 94.6%, 94.2%, and 89.9% homology, respectively. Our results suggest that inheritance is maternally dominated. Furthermore, we observed preferential elimination of the paternal sequences in the allotetraploid hybrids. 5Bound states in the continuum in all-dielectric metasurfaces with scaled lattice constants显示文摘Bound states in the continuum(BICs)have emerged as an efficient tool for trapping light at the nanoscale,promising several exciting applications in photonics.Breaking the structural symmetry has been proposed as an effective way of exciting quasiBICs(QBICs)and generating high-Q resonances.Herein,we demonstrate that QBICs can be excited in an all-dielectric metasurface by scaling the lattice of the metasurface,causing translational symmetry breaking.The corresponding BICs arise from band folding from the band edge to the Γ point in the first Brillouin zone.Multipole analysis reveals that the toroidal dipole dominates these QBICs.Furthermore,scaling the lattice along different directions provides additional freedom for tailoring QBICs,enabling polarization-dependent or-independent QBICs.In addition,this allows the realization of two QBICs at different wavelengths using plane-wave illumination with different polarizations on the metasurface.We experimentally demonstrated the existence of these BICs by fabricating silicon metasurfaces with scaled lattices and measuring their transmission spectra.The vanished resonant linewidth identifies BICs in the transmission spectrum,and the QBICs are characterized by highQ Fano resonances with the Q-factor reaching 2000.Our results have potential applications in enhancing light-matter interaction,such as laser,nonlinear harmonic generation,and strong coupling.Mimi Zhou Shaojun You Lei Xu Menghui Fan Jing Huang Wenbin Ma Mingzhe Hu Shengyun Luo Mohsen Rahmani Ya Cheng Lin Li Chaobiao Zhou Lujun Huang Andrey E.Miroshnichenko 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,12:0
6血清白细胞介素-18和NO活性在前列腺癌患者的临床价值(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to estimate the clinical value of serum interleukin-18(IL-18)and nitric oxide(NO)activities in patients with prostate cancer.Methods:The 50 patients with prostate cancer and 25 control subjects were measured in serum IL-18 by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and nitrate+nitrite level by an index of NO generation.Results:Serum IL-18 and nitrate+nitrite levels were significantly higher in patients with prostate cancer when compared to the control subjects(P<0.05).Serum IL-18 level was significantly higher in patients with stages B,C and D when compared to patients with stage A(P<0.05).Serum IL-18 level was significantly higher in the metastatic patients compared with the nonmetastatic patients(P<0.01).There was no difference in serum nitrate and nitrite level between metastatic and nonmetastatic patients(P>0.05).The serum IL-18 and nitrate and nitrite levels decreased after patients underwent surgical resection.Conclusion:Serum IL-18 level may be a useful marker to predict prognosis of patients with prostate cancer after surgery.Long-term follow-up is required to clarify this hypothesis.Shaojun Nong Yueping Zhang Chongsheng He Bin Cheng Shujun Zhou Wenguang Li Limin Ma You Wu 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,12:0
7前列腺癌患者血清白细胞介素-18和VEGF相关性(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to analyze interleukin-18 (IL-18) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) serum levels in patients with prostate cancer before and after operation and the possible correlation between IL-18 and VEGF serum levels. Methods: Serum IL-18 and VEGF levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 36 patients with prostate cancer before and after radical prostatectomy and in 25 healthy controls. Results: Serum IL-18 and VEGF levels were significantly higher in patients with prostate cancer before operation with respect to healthy controls (P < 0.05), with a highly significant correlation between IL-18 and VEGF (R = 0.800, P = 0.017). It was significantly reduced in IL-18 and VEGF after operation. IL-18 and VEGF serum concentrations were correlated with the clinicalopathological status of patients with prostate cancer. Conclusion: It is correlative with serum IL-18 and VEGF.
