| 1 | Gastroparesis: Current diagnostic challenges and management considerations显示文摘Gastroparesis refers to abnormal gastric motility characterized by delayed gastric emptying in the absence of mechanical obstruction. The most common etiologies include diabetes, post-surgical and idiopathic. The most common symptoms are nausea, vomiting and epigastric pain. Gastroparesis is estimated to affect 4% of the population and symptomatology may range from little effect on daily activity to severe disability and frequent hospitalizations. The gold standard of diagnosis is solid meal gastric scintigraphy. Treatment is multimodal and includes dietary modification, prokinetic and anti-emetic medications, and surgical interventions. New advances in drug therapy, and gastric electrical stimulation techniques have been introduced and might provide new hope to patients with refractory gastroparesis. | 3 | BP神经网络在使用红外热像仪技术预测冬小麦产量中的应用(英文)显示文摘通过使用红外热像仪技术获得冬小麦冠层不同温度值,计算得到冬小麦主要需水阶段水分胁迫指标ICWSI(infrared crop water stress index)。并根据此数据,使用一次灌溉周期中3个时段不同的ICWSI的平均值作为输入因子,相应实测冬小麦产量作为输出因子,建立了BP神经网络模型对冬小麦的产量进行预测,本文采用三层BP神经网络,其拓扑结构为3-5-1,数据归一化处理后收敛性能增强。预测结果显示,平均相对误差最大只有3.42%;为了证实这一方法的优越性,同时建立了基于ICWSI和冬小麦产量关系的非线性函数的预测模型,预测结果与实际产量值进行比较,平均相对误差最大达到了18.87%。两种预测方法得到的不同预测结果表明,将红外热像仪技术与BP神经网络预测方法相结合,可以成功用来预测冬小麦产量,比使用非线性函数预测的效果更好,精度更高,可靠性更强,可以用于实际生产需要。 | 胡振方 张录达 王珏璇 Shamaila Z 曾爱君 宋坚利 刘亚佳 Wolfram S Joachim M 何雄奎 | 2013 | 光谱学与光谱分析2013,33,6: | 5 |
| 4 | Assessing crop water stress of winter wheat by thermography under different irrigation regimes in North China Plain显示文摘Thermal imaging can be used as an indicator of water stress due to the closure of stomatal aperture.In this paper,we analyzed the robustness and sensitivity of thermography of winter wheat in the North China Plain.The seasonal and diurnal variations of Crop Water Stress Index(CWSI)were evaluated.Five treatments were applied by means of irrigation,with plots receiving 100%of ETo(DI),50%(D50),16%(D16)and no irrigation(NI).A high correlation was found between stomatal conductance(gs)and CWSI,depending on the phenological stage of the crop with R2=0.44 at pre-heading stage and R2=0.77 at post-heading stage.In addition,a high correlation between yield and CWSI at different growth stages indicates that thermography can predict yield.Hourly measurements of canopy temperature were taken to study the effect of the time of day on image acquisition and it was found that midday was the most appropriate time.These results should assist in designing precision irrigation scheduling for setting the threshold values. | Shamaila Zia Du Wenyong Wolfram Spreer Klaus Spohrer He Xiongkui Joachim Müller | 2012 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2012,5,3: | 4 |
| 5 | Utilization of Thermal Infrared Image for Inversion of Winter Wheat Yield and Biomass显示文摘The present paper utilizes thermal infrared image for inversion of winter wheat yield and biomass with different technology of irrigation(drip irrigation,sprinkler irrigation,flood irrigation).It is the first time that thermal infrared image is used for predicting the winter wheat yield and biomass.The temperature of crop and background was measured by thermal infrared image.It is necessary to get the crop background separation index(CBSIL,CBSIH),which can be used for distinguishing the crop value from the image.CBSIL and CBSIH(the temperature when the leaves are wet adequately;the temperature when the stomata of leaf is closed completely) are the threshold values.The temperature of crop ranged from CBSIL to CBSIH.Then the ICWSI was calculated based on relevant theoretical method.The value of stomata leaf has strong negative correlation with ICWSI proving the reliable value of ICWSI.In order to construct the high accuracy simulation model,the samples were divided into two parts.One was used for constructing the simulation model,the other for checking the accuracy of the model.Such result of the model was concluded as:(1) As for the simulation model of soil moisture,the correlation coefficient(R2) is larger than 0.887 6,the average of relative error(Er) ranges from 13.33% to 16.88%;(2) As for the simulation model of winter wheat yield,drip irrigation(0.887 6,16.89%,-0.12),sprinkler irrigation(0.970 0,14.85%,-0.12),flood irrigation(0.969 0,18.87%,0.18),with the values of R2,Er and CRM listed in the parentheses followed by the individual term.(3) As for winter wheat biomass,drip irrigation(0.980 0,13.70%,0.13),sprinkler irrigation(0.95,13.15%,-0.14),flood irrigation(0.970 0,14.48%,-0.13),and the values in the parentheses are demonstrated the same as above.Both the CRM and Er are shown to be very low values,which points to the accuracy and reliability of the model investigated.The accuracy of model is high and reliable.The results indicated that thermal infrared image can be used potentially for inversion of winter wheat yield and biomass. | DU Wen-yong ZHANG Lu-da HU Zhen-fang Shamaila Z ZENG Ai-jun SONG Jian-li LIU Ya-jia Wolfram S Joachim M HE Xiong-kui | 2011 | 光谱学与光谱分析2011,31,6: | 3 |

| 9 | Competitive role of nitrogen functionalities of N doped GO and sensitizing effect of Bi_(2)O_(3)QDs on TiO_(2)for water remediation显示文摘The promising solar irradiated photocatalyst by pairing of bismuth oxide quantum dots(BQDs)doped TiO_(2)with nitrogen doped graphene oxide(NGO)nanocomposite(NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2))was fabricated.It was used for degradation of organic pollutants like 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)and stable dyes,i.e.Rhodamine B and Congo Red.X-ray diffraction(XRD)profile of NGO showed reduction in oxygenic functional groups and restoring of graphitic crystal structure.The characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2)and its composites showed crystalline anatase TiO_(2).Morphological images represent spherical shaped TiO_(2)evenly covered with BQDs spread on NGO sheet.The surface linkages of NO-O-Ti,C-O-Ti,Bi-O-Ti and vibrational modes are observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman studies.BQDs and NGO modified TiO_(2)results into red shifting in visible region as studied in diffused reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).NGO and BQDs in TiO_(2)are linked with defect centers which reduced the recombination of free charge carriers by quenching of photoluminescence(PL)intensities.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that no peak related to C-O in NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2)is observed.This indicated that doping of nitrogen into GO has reduced some oxygen functional groups.Nitrogen functionalities in NGO and photosensitizing effect of BQDs in ternary composite have improved photocatalytic activity against organic pollutants.Intermediate byproducts during photo degradation process of 2,4-DCP were studied through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Study of radical scavengers indicated that O_(2)^(·-) has significant role for degradation of 2,4-DCP.Our investigations propose that fabricated nanohybrid architecture has potential for degradation of environmental pollutions. | Saima Noor Shamaila Sajjad Sajjad Ahmed Khan Leghari Cristina Flox Saeed Ahmad | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,10: | 2 |

The ultraviolet visible and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the successful deposition of Cu nanoparticles on the CNTs-modified electrode. The atomic force microscopy images confirmed the morphology of electrodeposited Cu on CNTs film as uniformly dispersed particles.The electrocatalytic activity of electrode to the glucose oxidation was investigated in alkaline medium by CV and amperometric measurements. The fabricated sensor exhibited a fast response time of less than 5 s and the sensitivity of 314μA mM^(-1)cm^(-2)with linear concentration range(0.02–3.0 mM) having detection limit 10.0μM.
