1几种常用保鲜方法对草莓保鲜效果的研究显示文摘通过对6种(冷激、氯化钙、植酸、过氧乙酸、低温、壳聚糖涂膜)常用草莓保鲜方法的比较试验,分析各种保鲜方法对草莓贮藏期的失重率、腐烂率、VC含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量及可溶性固形物含量的影响效应。研究结果表明,各处理均能明显减缓草莓果实的VC、可溶性糖、可滴定酸和可溶性固形物含量的下降,抑制草莓腐烂和失水,对草莓保鲜有一定的效果。其中冷激处理综合保鲜效果较优,且操作简单,成本较低,最适合普通农户贮藏保鲜草莓。王纪忠 张绍铃 周青 陶书田 Shahrokh Khanizadeh 叶玉秀 2012食品研究与开发2012,33,1:24
2存放方式对壳聚糖涂膜草莓保鲜效果的影响显示文摘[目的]研究提高壳聚糖保鲜草莓的效果。[方法]以新鲜草莓为材料,用不同浓度的壳聚糖溶液涂膜并进行密封与未密封处理。通过测定不同存放时间后草莓腐烂率、失重率、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、VC含量的变化来探讨不同浓度壳聚糖涂膜后存放方式对草莓保鲜效果的影响。[结果]1.0%壳聚糖涂膜密封存放最有利于草莓保鲜,其抑制草莓腐烂率、失重率的下降,延缓了可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、VC含量下降的效果明显好于其他处理。[结论]壳聚糖涂膜后采用密封存放可提高对草莓的保鲜效果。周青 王纪忠 陶书田 张绍铃 Shahrokh Khanizadeh 叶玉秀 2011食品工业科技2011,32,8:8
3‘砀山酥梨’果实CCoAOMT基因的克隆与表达分析显示文摘[目的]通过克隆‘砀山酥梨’(Pyrus bretschneideri ‘Dangshansuli’)果实中咖啡酰-辅酶AO-甲基转移酶(CCoAOMT)基因的全长序列,并对其进行生物信息学及基因表达差异分析,阐释了其在梨果实木质素合成途径的作用,以期为今后利用基因调控技术来改变果实中石细胞含量从而改善梨果实品质提供一定的理论依据。[方法]以15年生‘砀山酥梨’果实为试材,根据从NCBI数据库中搜索得到关于植物木质化的CCoAOMT基因序列与梨基因组数据库调取的序列比对,利用RT-PCR技术克隆得到了木质素生物合成途径中的一种关键酶基因PbCCoAOMT,GenBank登录号为KJ577544。[结果]该基因全长1133bp,具有1个744bp的完整开放阅读框(ORF),编码247个氨基酸。序列比对及系统进化树分析表明:CCoAOMT酶是氧甲基转移酶类,与其他植物CCoAOMT编码的蛋白序列有较高的相似性,尤其与枇杷的相似度最高,达到98.79%,且亲缘关系最近。利用荧光定量PCR技术对其在果实不同发育时期表达模式的分析发现,基因表达量呈先上升后下降的趋势,与梨果实中石细胞含量的变化趋势相似。[结论]初步认为从‘砀山酥梨’中克隆得到的PbCCoAOMT基因可能参与了梨果实中木质素的代谢。王丹阳 高付永 孙炜 芮伟康 Khanizadeh Shahrokh 张绍铃 陶书田 2015南京农业大学学报2015,38,1:6

5梨果实中肉桂醇脱氢酶基因的克隆与序列分析显示文摘肉桂醇脱氢酶(CAD)是木质素生物合成过程中的一个关键酶。本研究分别提取了'砀山酥梨'及'幸水'梨果肉总RNA,并通过RT-PCR、克隆和测序,成功获得了2个CAD的大小为689bp的cDNA片段,并分别命名为PB-CAD(登录号:FJ478151)和PP-CAD(登录号:FJ478152)。在核苷酸水平上,这两个基因片段只有4个碱基的差异,编码相似性达99.6%的两个氨基酸序列,该序列由229个残基组成。通过蛋白质序列比较,发现梨果实CAD与许多植物中CAD氨基酸序列极为相似,与苹果Malus domestica(AAC06319)、梅Prunus mume(BAE48658)、枇杷Eriobotryajaponica(ABV44810)和葡萄Vitis vinifera(CAO21890)的相似性分别达到97.8%、95%、92.6%和83.4%。陶书田 赵梅 张彪 Khanizadeh Shahrokh 张绍铃 2012中国南方果树2012,41,3:3
6Experimental mass transfer coefficients in a pilot plant multistage column extractor显示文摘The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients in a multistage column have been measured using axial dispersion model for toluene–acetone–water system. The effect of operating parameters on the volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients has been investigated for both mass transfer directions. The results show that the mass transfer performance is strongly dependent on rotor speed and mass transfer direction, although only slightly dependent on phase flow rates. In addition, empirical correlations to predict the overall mass transfer coefficients have been developed. 7PbMC1a/1b regulates lignification during stone cell development in pear(Pyrus bretschneideri)fruit显示文摘Programmed cell death(PCD)and secondary cell wall(SCW)thickening in pear fruit are accompanied by the deposition of cellulose and lignin to form stone cells.Metacaspase is an important protease for development,tissue renewal and PCD.The understanding of the molecular mechanism whereby pear(Pyrus)metacaspase promotes PCD and cell wall lignification is still limited.In this study,the Metacaspases gene family(PbMCs)from P.bretschneideri was identified.PbMC1a/1b was associated with lignin deposition and stone cell formation by physiological data,semiquantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR).Relative to wildtype(WT)Arabidopsis,the overexpression of PbMC1a/1b increased lignin deposition and delayed growth,thickened the cell walls of vessels,xylary fibers and interfascicular fibers,and increased the expression of lignin biosynthetic genes.Yeast two-hybrid(Y2H),bimolecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)and GST pull-down assays indicated that the PbMC1a/1b protein physically interacted with PbRD21.Simultaneously,the transient expression of PbMC1a/1b and PbRD21 led to significant changes in the expression of genes and lignin contents in pear fruits and flesh calli.These results indicate that PbMC1a/1b plays an important role in cell wall lignification,possibly by interacting with PbRD21 to increase the mRNA levels of some lignin synthesis-associated genes and promote the formation of stone cells in pear fruit.Xin Gong Zhihua Xie Kaijie Qi Liangyi Zhao Yazhou Yuan Jiahui Xu Weikang Rui Katsuhiro Shiratake Jianping Bao Shahrokh Khanizadeh Shaoling Zhang Shutian Tao 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:3
8Optimization of a continuous ultrasound assisted oxidative desulfurization(UAOD) process of diesel using response surface methodology(RSM) considering operating cost显示文摘A continuous-flow ultrasound-assisted oxidative desulfurization(UAOD)of partially hydro-treated diesel has been investigated using hydrogen peroxide-formic acid as simple and easy to apply oxidation system.The effects of different operating parameters of oxidation stage including residence time(2–24 min),formic acid to sulfur molar ratio(10–150),and oxidant to sulfur molar ratio(5–35)on the sulfur removal have been studied using response surface methodology(RSM)based on Box–Behnken design.Considering the operating costs of the continuous-flow oxidation stage including chemical and electrical energy consumption,the appropriate values of operating parameters were selected as follows:residence time of 16 min,the formic acid to sulfur molar ratio of 54.47,and the oxidant to sulfur molar ratio of 8.24.In these conditions,the sulfur removal and the volume ratio of the hydrocarbon phase to the aqueous phase were 86.90%and 4.34,respectively.By drastic reduction in the chemical consumption in the oxidation stage,the volume ratio of the hydrocarbon phase to the aqueous phase was increased up to 10.Therefore,the formic acid to sulfur molar ratio and the oxidant to sulfur molar ratio were obtained 23.64 and 3.58,respectively,which lead to sulfur removal of 84.38%with considerable improvements on the operating cost of oxidation stage in comparison with the previous works.Mohammad Dana Mohammad Amin Sobati Shahrokh Shahhosseini Aminreza Ansari 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5:2
9An investigation of the seismic behavior of a deck-type reinforced concrete arch bridge显示文摘This paper attempts to explore potential benefits of form in a deck-type reinforced concrete(RC) arch bridge in connection with its overall seismic behavior and performance. Through a detailed three-dimensional finite element modeling and analysis of an actual existing deck-type RC arch bridge, some useful quantitative information have been derived that may serve for a better understanding of the seismic behavior of such arch bridges. A series of the nonlinear dynamic analyses has been carried out under the action of seven different time histories of ground motion scaled to the AASHTO 2012 response spectrum. The concept of demand to capacity ratios has been employed to provide an initial estimation of the seismic performance of the bridge members. As a consequence of the structural form, a particular type of irregularity is introduced due to variable heights of columns transferring the deck loads to the main arch. Hence, a particular attention has been paid to the internal force/moment distributions within the short, medium, and long columns as well as along the main arch. 13Antioxidant properties and inhibitory effects of Satureja khozestanica essential oil on LDL oxidation induced-CuSO_4 in vitro显示文摘Objective:To assess various antioxidative activities of Satureja khozestanica essential oil(SKE)and its effect on oxidation of low density lipoprotein(LDL)induced by CuSO_4 in vitro by monitoring the formation of conjugated dienes and malondialdehyde(MDA).Methods:The formation of conjugated dienes,lag time and MDA were measured.Inhibition of this Cu-induced oxidation was studied in the presence of several concentrations of SKE.Also total antioxidant activity and free radical scavenging of SKE were determinated.Results:It was demonstrated that SKE was able to inhibit LDL oxidation and decrease the resistance of LDL against oxidation.The inhibitory effects of SKE on LDL oxidation were dose-dependent at concentrations ranging from 50 to 200μg/mL.Total antioxidant capacity of SKE was(3.20±0.40)nmol of ascorbic acid equivalents/g SKE.The SKE showed remarkable scavenging activity on 2,2-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl,IC_(50)(5.30±0.11)ng/mL.Conclusions:This study shows that SKE is a source of potent antioxidants and prevents the oxidation of LDL in vitro and it may be suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical applications.Shahrokh Bagheri Hassan Ahmadvand Ali Khosrowbeygi Farshid Ghazanfari Narges Jafari Habibolah Nazem Reza Haji Hosseini 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,1:2
