1腹腔巨噬细胞功能平衡对小鼠异位子宫内膜细胞清除的影响显示文摘目的探讨腹腔巨噬细胞功能平衡对小鼠腹腔微环境和腹腔异位子宫内膜细胞清除的影响。方法给小鼠、裸鼠腹腔注射子宫内膜上皮和间质细胞,不同时间观察腹腔募集巨噬细胞数,D iI-Ac-LDL鉴定分化巨噬细胞吞噬功能的清道夫受体(SR-A1)。同步反转录-聚合酶链技术(Real-Tim e RT-PCR)检测巨噬细胞的MCP-1/JE和IL-1αmRNA表达。结果腹腔注射子宫内膜细胞后的小鼠、裸鼠募集巨噬细胞增多,上皮细胞的刺激作用强于间质细胞。24 h点为腹腔巨噬细胞募集高峰、MCP-1/JE和IL-1α的基因表达高峰,免疫正常小鼠表达反应吞噬功能的巨噬细胞清道夫受体(SR-A1)强于免疫缺陷裸鼠。结论子宫内膜细胞募集腹腔巨噬细胞为一独立免疫防御反应,募集巨噬细胞的清道夫功能和细胞因子分泌功能的平衡可能对维持正常腹腔微环境和有效清除异位子宫内膜细胞起重要作用,这在内异症的发病机制中具有重要意义。曹绚 杨冬梓 刘梅 谢梅青 Parthasarathy Sampath 2006基础医学与临床2006,26,9:1

13腹膜间皮细胞在小鼠子宫内膜细胞刺激腹腔微环境中作用显示文摘目的:探讨腹腔微环境受子宫内膜细胞刺激改变中腹膜间皮细胞的作用及其对子宫内膜异位症发病机制的意义。方法:注射小鼠子宫内膜上皮和间质细胞入小鼠腹腔,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测注射后4、24和72h时点腹腔冲洗液细胞因子MCP-1/JE、IL-1α和IL-6蛋白表达,同步逆转录-聚合酶链式反应技术(Real-Time RT-PCR)检测腹膜组织(主要含腹膜间皮细胞)和腹腔巨噬细胞的细胞因子MCP-1/JE、IL-1α和IL-6mRNA表达。结果:子宫内膜细胞刺激腹腔细胞因子蛋白含量迅速一过性升高,4h时点为表达高峰,腹膜细胞因子基因表达与腹腔液蛋白表达同步,腹腔巨噬细胞基因表达高峰滞后于腹腔液蛋白表达。子宫内膜上皮细胞刺激腹腔炎症反应作用强于间质细胞。结论:子宫内膜细胞刺激腹腔发生非特异性炎症反应,腹膜间皮细胞可能是其细胞因子效应的主要来源,提示腹膜在子宫内膜异位症中除作为病灶依附体外,还可能在腹腔微环境无菌性炎症反应中起重要作用。曹绚 杨炜敏 宋明清 杨冬梓 Parthasarathy Sampath 2007中国病理生理杂志2007,23,9:1
